姙娠月齡에 따른 人胎盤의 成分 (Phosphates Fractionation 및 Transaimnase 活性)의 變動에 關하여

One hundred and sixteen human placenta(from the 2nd month to full term) were analyzed to determine the contents of acid soluble phosphorus, lipid-phosphorus, protein phosphorus, nucleic acid (RNA & DNA) phosphorus and the activities of transaminase(GOT & GPT). The following results ware obtained : 1st Mid. Last (Trimester) 1. Acid soluble-P 29. 5 23. 0 52. 6 mg/100g wet tissue 2. Lipid-P 28.6 27. 6 35.6 mg/100g wet tissue 3. RNA-P 26. 7 23. 0 23.4 mg/100g wet tissue 4. DNA-P 19. 7 23. 0 29. 9 mg/100g wet tissue 5. Protein-P 13. 7 12. 1 13. 9 mg/100g wet tissue 6. GOT 5880 4523 2942 unit/g wet tissue 7. GPT 3757 3187 1957 unit/g wet tissue The conclusions of this study were summarized as follows : 1. Acid soluble-P of human placenta was 31. 8 mg per 100g of wet tissues in the 2nd month, 61. 9mg in the 10moth(94.7%a increased). 2. Lipid- P of human placenta was 28. 2 mg in the 2nd month, 41. 9mg in the 10th month (48.6 % increased). 3. RNA-P of human placenta was 29. 6 nag in the 2nd month, 22. 9mg in the 10th month (22.6 % decreased) . 4. DNA-P of human placenta was 19.3mg in the 2nd month, 33.4mg in the 10th month (73. 1% increased). RNA-P/DNA-P ratio was 1.53 in the 2nd month, 0.67 in the 10th month. 5. Protein-P of human placenta was 12-16mg, nothing any noticiable changes, during the gestational course. 6. To investigate difference of component changes in salt-fermented spring (SAS) and autumn (AAS) anchovy, Engraulis japonicus sauce during fermentation, various chemical properties were examined at $1.5\sim3$ months intervals during 18 months fermentation, The contents of total and amino nitrogen were higher in SAS than in AAS until 15.7 and 17.4 months fermentation, respectively, but there were no difference after that. The cross point of inosine (HxR) + hypoxanthine (Hx) and uric acid was faster in SAS with 10.6 months fermentation than in AAS with 11.5 months fermentation, After 18 months of fermentation, the SAS was rich in free amino acids, such as glutamic acid, alanine, aspartic acid, valine, lysine in that order, On the other hand, the AAS was rich in free amino acids, such as glutamic acid, leucine, alanine, lysine, isoleucine in that order. Absorbance at 453 nm were higher in SAS than in AAS, and increased gradually during fermentation.

WTO 체제하에서 농업의 경쟁력을 높이고 협동조합의 판매사업 기능을 확대하기 위해 품목조합의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 그러나 우리 나라의 품목조합은 영세소농의 농업구조와 조합 경영규모의 영세성으로 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 품목조합이 판매사업을 강화하고 조합의 경영상태도 안정적으로 유지해 나가기 위해서는 사업물량을 크게 증대시켜야 하는 과제를 안게 된다. 이를 해결해 나가기 위해서는 대도시 주변에 있는 소비지 품목조합과 주산지에 조직되어 있는 산지 품목조합간 유기적인 협력관계가 구축되어야 할 것이다. 소비지 품목조합은 공판사업을 중심으로 산지 품목조합의 판로 확장에 특화 할 필요가 있으며, 산지 품목조합은 산지유통의 조직화와 조합원의 농산물 판로 확장을 위해 지역조합, 소비지 품목조합과의 협력체제를 구축하여 인근 도시상권을 겨냥한 마케팅 활동을 전개할 필요가 있다. 또한 출하협약과 공동계산제의 도업을 통해 조합원의 조합 전이용체제를 구축하고 농산물의 부가가치를 높이는 방안도 강구해야 한다. 품목조합이 경영안정을 도모하기 위해서는 사업규모의 영세성을 극복할 수 있도록 신규 사업영역을 개척해 나가는 것이 중요하며, 사업부문별 손익관리체제 등 새로운 경영방식을 도입할 필요가 있다.

호밀 유식물의 생장과 질산염 흡수에 대한 2,4-Dinitrophenol의 영향

This work has been accomplished to determine the effect of 2, 4-dinitrophenol on the growth and nitrate uptake in 6 days old rye(Secale cereale L.) seedlings. The shoot length and fresh weight have been increased in the groups as time go on, and the degree in the treated group has been lower than the control group. The dry weight has been decreased in both groups. The optimum pH for the nitrate uptake of the control group was 7.2 in the range of pH 4.5 - 8.5, but pH of the group treated with 0.5 mM 2,4-dinitrophenol has been gradually increased to 8.5. According to the treatment time in the solution of 10 mM KNO_3, the nitrate uptake has been increased for 2 hours in the control group, for 1 hour in the treated group, and then it has been decreased in both groups thereafter. With increasing of the concentration in the solution of KNO_3, the nitrate uptake has been promoted in both groups, and lower in the treated group than the control group. Consequently, it has been suggested that 2,4-dinitrophenol, one of the uncoupling agent in electron transport system, has inhibited the growth and nitrate uptake in the 6 day old rye seedlings.

농식품 유통의 가치사슬 변화와 농협 유통사업의 대응 과제

가치사슬(value chain) 은 농산물 유통에서 상품의 부가가치가 생성되는 흐름을 의미 한다 과거 도매시장 중심의 관행적인 농산물 유통에서는 농산물 상품의 가치사슬이 생산→도매→소매 과정을 통해 전개되었다. 이에 따라 산지에서는 소비자의 니즈와 시장의 신호를 제대로 전달받지 못했고, 농산물 생산은 주로 비용절감 위주의 생산지향적인 전략을 채택하였다. 그러나 최근 농산물 유통의 가치사슬은 소매→도매→생산의 역방향으로 전개되고 있다. 가치사슬이 이와 같이 변화한 데에는 건강·기능·안전을 중시하는 소비자의 구매행태 변화와 대형유통업체의 시장지배력 강화가 가장 커다란 영향을 미쳤다. 농산물 유통의 가치사슬 변화는 농협 유통사업에 많은 영향을 미치고 있다. 대형유통업체의 시장지배력이 커짐에 따라 산지조합이 이들 업체에 종속되어 교섭력을 제대로 발휘하지 못하거나, 대형유통업체의 공급망에 편입되기 위한 산지조합간 경쟁이 치열해지는 현상이 나타나고 있다. 또한 공판장, 종합유통센터, 하나로마트 등의 소비지 판매장은 시장환경변화에 대한 대응력이 약해져 경쟁력을 상실하고 있다. 농산물 유통의 가치사슬 변화에 농협 유통사업이 효과적으로 대응하기 위해서는 사업전략과 조직구조 측면에서의 혁신 노력이 요구된다. 먼저 개별 사업의 시장지향성을 강화해야 하며, 산지유통조직과 소비지 유통업체와의 파트너십을 확대해야 한다. 유통사업의 규모화·차별화 전략을 추진하고, 조합원 제도의 개편을 모색해야 한다. 중앙회는 도소매 기능 혁신과 신규시장 개척 등을 통해 산지유통조직에 활로를 제공해야 한다.
