        은퇴인식을 감안한 자산운용 선택모형 연구

        As Korea rapidly progresses into an aging society and the baby boomers" retirement has begun, retirement and the life after retirement have become a major concern for the society. The purpose of this study is to investigate how Korean households invest in real estate as they prepare for the retirement. Additionally, the study is conducted to research and analyze real estate asset management by examining investment intention, investment area and investment type. For this research analysis, we surveyed pre-retirees over 30 years old who live in metropolitan areas including Seoul, Incheon and other metro cities in Gyeonggi from May 10, 2017 to May 30, 2017. With the collected data, we ran logistic regression analysis and classified the characteristics of households, characteristics of current assets, retirement preparation, and retirement awareness by type. As a result of the research, it is found that for a retirement plan, investing in real estate is one of best investment option as it is investment assets. Residential and commercial real estate will play a significant role as an investment material for financial resources for retirement. In addition, as the interest in the commercial center area, Seoul, and other metropolitan areas, continue to grow as an investment material, it is projected that the market will have a steady growth trend. Despite the implication from this research, we will need to acquire a broader sample size and analyze the trend by considering additional factors so that the analysis can contribute to the market trend forecast of retirees’investment behavior and impact real estate policies furthermore.

        전이함수모형을 이용한 약품비 지출의 예측

        본 논문에서는 약품비 지출에 대한 예측을 수행하기 위하여 시계열 모형을 도입한다. 2012년 약가 일괄인하를 반영하기 위하여 구간별 모형을 토대로, 자기회귀오차모형과 전이함수모형을 고려하였다. 자기회귀오차모형에서는 예측의 편리성을 위하여 결정적 추세만을 고려하였으며, 전이함수모형에서는 주요한 외생변수와의 교차상관성을 이용하여 약품비 지출의 인과 메커니즘을 설명하였다. 각 모형에서 약가 일괄인하 이후 수준 변화가 유의하게 나타났으며, 전이함수모형에서는 의약품 사용자 수 및 노인환자 비중 시계열 변수가 유의하게 나타났다. 자기회귀오차모형은 약가 일괄인하로 의한 약품비 수준이동에 좌우되어 비교적 낮은 예측값이 도출되었으며, 전이함수모형은 약품비 지출에 영향을 미치는 외부 설명변수의 증가 추세가 적절히 반영되어 더 높은 예측값을 보였다. 설명변수를 포함하지 않을 경우, 약품비 수준이동만을 고려한 ARIMA 모형은 약품비 지출 추세를 가장 높이 예측하였다. This study considers time series models to forecast drug expenditures in national health insurance. We adopt autoregressive error model (ARE) and transfer function model (TFM) with segmented level and trends (before and after 2012) in order to reflect drug price reduction in 2012. The ARE has only a segmented deterministic term to increase the forecasting performance, while the TFM explains a causality mechanism of drug expenditure with closely related exogenous variables. The mechanism is developed by cross-correlations of drug expenditures and exogenous variables. In both models, the level change appears significant and the number of drug users and ratio of elderly patients variables are significant in the TFM. The ARE tends to produce relatively low forecasts that have been influenced by a drug price reduction; however, the TFM does relatively high forecasts that have appropriately reflected the effects of exogenous variables. The ARIMA model without the exogenous variables produce the highest forecasts.

        Epinephrine 의 우발적 과용량 투여 후 발생한 가역적인 심근병증

        There is increasing tendency to use epinephrine injection or topical application to obtain clear operative field and hemostasis under general anesthesia. But excessive catecholamines due to inadvertent administration are known to cause a wide spectrum of cardiotoxicity. The authors have experienced a case of reversible cardiomyopathy due to accidental epinephrine overdose during mastoidectomy. This report is the first recorded case of the nearly fatal conseguences of inadvertent administration of a very large dose of epinephrine, with the subsequent development of a severe catecholamine induced $quot;cardiomyopathy$quot;. After the initial phase of massive catecholamine excess, this patient required exogenous catecholamines to support the injured, dysfunctional myocardium and maintain adequate perfusion pressure to vital organs. These abnormalities are also transient in nature with complete recovery documented. The case suggests the need for aggressive support of patients received accidental epinephrine overdose with the expectation that, while cardiar. function may be extremely impaired early in the course of the illness, recovery is virtually complete over time.

        Wake Turbulence RE-CAT 적용과 효과성에 관한 연구

        Wake turbulence generated by the lead aircraft has a significant impact on the following aircraft and it is has been considered a key factor to consider whenin determining the longitudinal separation between the aircraft. ICAO classifies aircraft into four wake turbulence categories based on the maximum takeoff weight and provides the longitudinal separation minima for each category. Due to richer measured data and better understanding of physical processes, it is raised that classifying aircraft with only four wake turbulence grades is imprecise and leads to over-separation in many instances. In this regards, much research on a new method of classifying Wake Turbulence Category(Re-CAT) has been done by EURO-CONTROL, FAA, and ICAO. The main purpose of this study is to conduct a comparative analysis of the existing wake turbulence separation standards with Re-CAT in terms of departure capacity and the resulting benefits of Re-CAT using the data from the Incheon International Airport. The results show that EUROCONTROL and new ICAO standards have the greater effect on reducing wake turbulence separation, compared to the FAA RE-CAT standards. It is also concluded that Re-CAT presents different results of wake turbulence separation depending on the flight characteristics of each airport.

        올레인산 유발 급성폐손상시 Pentoxifylline의 예방적 효과

        Background : Although exact mechanism of adult respiratory distress syndorme(ARDS) is not known, many evidences suggest that inflammatory mediators such as protease and oxygen radicals may be the final common pathway to the endothelial injury. It is gradually accepted that activated neutrophils play a major role in the process. Pentoxifylline is a methylated xanthine with a wide range of actions that make it theoretically useful in the treatment of ARDS. Studies show that it decreases neutrophil phagocytosis and superoxied production. The aim of this experiment is to determine whether pentoxifylline has a preventive effect on oleic acid-induced lung injury. Methods : Oleic acid(0.08 ml/kg) was infused in 10 mongrel dogs in order to induce acute lung injury. Pentoxifylline(20 mg/kg) was administered 40 mins before oleic acid injection. The author made a comparative studies on the effects of pentoxifylline on hemodynamics and gas exchange before oleic acid injection and at 15, 30, 45, 60, 90 mins after oleic acid injection. Results : There were not significant changes in mean arterial pressure, cardiac output, systemic vascular resistence, pulmonary wedge pressure intrapulmonary shunt in both groups. There were statistical significance in arterial oxygen tension, pulmonary artery pressure, pulmonary vascular resistance between both groups(p<0.05). Conclusions : Pentoxifylline is a noteworthy drug that could be a candidate as a therapy to help prevent effect in lung injuries that share a common mechanism with oleic acid-induced lung injury.
