골프지도자의 지도유형에 따른 지도대상자의 만족도에 관한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 골프지도자의 지도유형에 따른 지도대상자의 만족도를 알아봄으로써, 골프지도자의 지도유형에 따른 지도대상자의 만족도를 극대화시킬 수 있는 마케팅적 방안을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 자료분석을 위해서 본 연구에서 사용된 통계기법 방법은 단순빈도분포와 백분율을 계산하여 표본의 일반적 성향을 살펴본 후, 지도유형 및 만족도의 차이는 기술통계분석과 분산분석을 통해 실시하였다. 이와 같은 자료 수집 및 분석과정을 통하여 얻어진 본 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성별에 따른 골프지도자의 지도유형은 훈련과 지시행동, 사회적 지지행동, 긍정적 보상행동에서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 또한 성별에 따른 지도유형에서는 전체적으로 여성보다 남성의 만족도가 높게 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 연령에 따른 골프지도자의 지도유형에서는 훈련과 지시행동, 민주적 행동, 전제적 행동, 사회적 지지행동, 긍정적 보상행동이 모두 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았으며, 평균적으로 살펴보면, 전제적 행동을 제외하고는 60세 이상의 연령에서 가장 선호하는 것으로 인식되었고, 전체적으로 비교적 연령이 높을수록 각 행동에 대한 만족이 높게 인식되었다. 셋째, 학력에 따른 골프지도자의 지도유형에는 사회적 지지행동만이 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 그리고 훈련과 지시행동, 민주적 행동, 전제적 행동과 사회적 지시행동, 긍정적 보상행동이 서로 상이한 모습을 보이고 있으며, 훈련과 지시행동, 민주적 행동, 전제적 행동의 경우 학력이 높을수록 만족의 정도가 크게 인식되었으며, 사회적 지지행동과 긍정적 보상행동은 비교적 학력이 낮을수록 만족감이 큰 것으로 인식되었다. 넷째, 수입에 따른 골프지도자의 지도유형에서는 모든 유형에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 그러나 비교적 통계적으로는 유의한 차이는 없었지만 평균적으로 살펴보았을 때, 수입에 따른 골프지도자의 지도유형에 따른 만족의 차이는 서로 다른 유형의 차이를 보이고 있는 것으로 인식되었다. 다섯째, 경력에 따른 골프지도자의 지도유형에서는 훈련과 지시행동, 민주적 행동, 사회적 지지행동, 긍정적 보상행동에서 유의한 차이를 보였으며, 훈련과 지시행동, 민주적 행동, 사회적 지지행동, 긍정적 보상행동의 경우 동일하게 3년 이상의 연령에서 제일 높은 만족을 얻는 것으로 인식되었고, 전제적 행동만이 6개월 미만의 가장 미숙한 경력자에게만 선호되는 유형인 것으로 인식되었다. The purpose of this study was to propose the scheme of marketing which maximizes the satisfaction of learner who participate in golf with respect to teaching method. The subjects of this study were 337 people who live in Chung jo city participating in out door golf practice center. We excluded 37 peoples` data because the question wasn`t completely answered. We used descriptive statistics and ANOVA analysis to found out satisfaction difference among teaching method. The result of this study was as followed. First, there were significant difference between male and female in satisfaction who was taught by Training and Instruction, Social Support Behavior, Positive Feedback Behavior teaching method. The female showed higher satisfaction compare to male. Second, there weren`t any significant difference among the age in satisfaction who was taught by Training and Instruction, Democratic Behavior, Autocratic Behavior, Social Support Behavior, Positive Feedback Behavior teaching method. But the mean of satisfaction showed higher with respect to the older age. Third, social Support Behavior solely showed significant difference among academical background. Training and Instruction, Democratic Behavior, Autocratic Behavior and Social Support Behavior, Positive Feedback Behavior seams to be opposite concepts so as to reveal that the highly educated people preferred Training and Instruction, Democratic Behavior, Autocratic Behavior and low educated people preferred Social Support Behavior, Positive Feedback Behavior. Forth, there weren`t any significant difference between income in all teaching methods. Fifth, there were significant difference among career in Training and Instruction, Democratic Behavior, Social Support Behavior, Positive Feedback Behavior. In Training and Instruction, Democratic Behavior, Social Support Behavior, Positive Feedback Behavior, 3 years of career group similarly showed highest satisfaction. On the contrary, the less than 6 month career group preferred Autocratic Behavior. From these result We could conclude as followed. First, according to the result of this research, the sex, academical background, and career showed different satisfaction level. The golf coach have to carefully choose teaching method based on the sex, academical background, and career when they start teaching. Second, the coach have to select appropriate teaching method when they are teaching different sex and career of learner.

본 논문은 분산된 협동적 개발 환경에서 제품 설계 정보 재사용을 위한 제품 영상 기반의 제품 설계 정보 검색 시스템을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 시스템은 에지기반 라벨링(EBL) 방법으로 제품 영상을 분할하고 각 분할 영역의 속성과 영역간의 관계를 표현하는 속성 관계 그래프(ARG)을 생성하여 질의 영상과의 부합을 수행한다. 검색된 유사 영상과 연결된 제품 설계 정보를 접근함으로써 영상 검색을 통한 제품 설계 정보의 재사용이 가능하다. 본 시스템의 주요 이점은 다음과 같다. (1) 비율을 이용한 특징 벡터에 의해 다양한 크기의 유사 부품을 포함한 영상의 검색이 가능하다. (2) 분할된 각 부품의 영역, R,G,B 채널의 표준편차등의 다양한 속성(특징)과 그들의 관계를 적용하기 때문에 검색 능력이 뛰어나다. (3) 주변 장치로부터 쉽게 획득할 수 있는 래스터 영상을 이용하므로 활용성이 높다.

The purpose of this study is to describe the characteristics of sport in modem capitalistic society with which both Allen Guttman, in From Ritual to Record(1978), and Bero Rigauer, in Sport and Work(1981), are concerned. The characteristics of sport as conceived in both books offer a basic framework for interpreting the sporting body. First, I state that according to Foucault`s conception of the body, self-destructive use of the body is reinforced through the continued sport pattern of manipulation; alienation, and the abuse of power. Second, in discussing the sporting body within the capitalistic society, sport carried by the body is incorporated into and reproduced in sport, which is itself a form of social production structured as culture. The social-cultural value expressed in achievement ideology transforms the athletic body into a commodity, or an instrument that has value only if it can help the team win the game. The athlete`s body for example, is a commodity that is sold to sponsors, advertisers, and the consuming public to generate profit. In conclusion, in all sport the body is an instrument of production. If sport is controlled by the social ideology of achievement, then the body is transformed into machine and commodity. The purpose of this study is to understand the meaning and nature of golfing experience. Heuristics research provides the methology for gaining meaning and essence. It is the ideal research paradigm for this study of the golf experience. I interviewed eight individuals, seven men and a women Each participant voluntarily signed an authorization form permitting me to tape record the interview sessions. At the same time, each co-researcher agreed to participate in a three hour interview session In working with the data I used Outline Guide of Procedures for Organization and Analysis of Heuristic Data which was developed and written by Moustakas. According to this procedures, I present the analysis of my data following each of the steps, including an individual depiction, a composite depiction of the group of co-researches as a whole, an exemplary portrait and a creative synthesis portraying what the golfing experience is and means. In comparison and contrast from my own interview data, the natures and meanings of golfing experience are as followings: 1), competitive strivings; 2), inherent in the experience of golf; 3), social value; 4), mindbody connection; 5), awakening to the beauty and energy of nature.
