        CO<sub>2</sub> 하이드레이트의 film형 결정성장 거동에 관한 연구

        지구 온난화의 대표적인 주범인 $CO_2$를 저감하기 위하여 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 특히 가스 하이드레이트 형성원리를 이용한 $CO_2$ 분리 및 저장 공정이 주목을 받고 있다. 본 연구는 필름형 $CO_2$ 하이드레이트의 결정성장 거동에 관하여 성장 메커니즘을 규명하였다. 다양한 압력조건에서 반회분식 교반 반응기를 이용하여 $CO_2$ 하이드레이트를 형성시켰으며 객체가스의 용해도 차이를 최소화하기 위하여 모든 실험에서 온도는 고정하였다. 공급된 가스는 순도 99.999 %의 $CO_2$ 가스를 사용하였고, CCD 카메라(Nikon DS-5M/Fi1/2M-U2)가 장착된 광학현미경을 사용하여 관찰 결과를 실시간 기록하였다. 실험에 적용되는 압력에 따라서 하이드레이트 성장형태와 성장속도는 매우 큰 차이를 보였다. 특히 2.0 MPa 이상의 압력에서 가장 큰 변화를 관찰하였으며, 이것은 $CO_2$의 농도 차이와 모세관 힘에 의한 것으로 사료된다. Many researches have been carried out to reduce and/or to capture the major global warming gases. Especially, the hydrate formation mechanisms were intensively investigated for carbon dioxide sequestration and storage process applications. In this study, the characteristics of film-type crystal growth mechanism of carbon dioxide hydrate were comprehensively examined. Carbon dioxide hydrate crystal was formed in semi-batch type stir reactor at various pressure conditions while the temperature was fixed to be constant to reduce and minimize the guest gas solubility effects. A supply gas composition was 99.999 % of Carbon dioxide, the observation data was collected by optical microscope adopted CCD camera (Nikon DS-5M/Fi1/2M-U2). This study revealed that the guest gas pressure changes significantly altered the crystal growth mechanism and film growth rate of carbon dioxide hydrate crystal. The critical pressure of the carbon dioxide hydrate of crystal growth mechanism change was found to be 2.0 MPa. The capillary force and gas concentration gradient also significantly changed the film-type crystal growth mechanism of carbon dioxide hydrate crystal.

        금속-세라믹 코어-쉘 복합체에 담지된 Ni 금속 촉매를 적용한 CO<sub>2</sub> 메탄화 반응 특성연구

        Microstructured Al@Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> and Al@Ni-Al LDH (LDH = layered double hydroxide) core-shell metal-ceramic composites are prepared by hydrothermal reactions of aluminum (Al) metal substrates. Controlled hydrothermal reactions of Al metal substrates induce the hydrothermal dissolution of Al ions at the Al-substrate/solution interface and reconstruction as porous metal-hydroxides on the Al substrate, thereby constructing unique metal-ceramic core-shell composite structures. The morphology, composition, and crystal structure of the core-shell composites are affected largely by the ions in the hydrothermal solution; therefore, the critical physicochemical and surface properties of these unique metal-ceramic core-shell microstructures can be modulated effectively by varying the solution composition. A Ni/Al@Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> catalyst with highly dispersed catalytic Ni nanoparticles on an Al@Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> core-shell substrate was prepared by a controlled reduction of an Al@Ni-Al LDH core-shell prepared by hydrothermal reactions of Al in nickel nitrate solution. The reduction of Al@Ni-Al LDH leads to the exolution of Ni ions from the LDH shell, thereby constructing the Ni nanoparticles dispersed on the Al@Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>. The catalytic properties of the Ni/Al@Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> catalyst were investigated for CO<sub>2</sub> methanation reactions. The Ni/Al@Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> catalyst exhibited 2 times greater CO<sub>2</sub> conversion than a Ni/Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> catalyst prepared by conventional incipient wetness impregnation and showed high structural stability. These results demonstrate the high effectiveness of the design and synthesis methods for the metal-ceramic composite catalysts derived by hydrothermal reactions of Al metal substrates.

        실리콘 관통형 Via(TSV)의 Seed Layer 증착 및 Via Filling 특성

        As continued scaling becomes increasingly difficult, 3D integration has emerged as a viable solution to achieve higher bandwidths and good power efficiency. 3D integration can be defined as a technology involving the stacking of multiple processed wafers containing integrated circuits on top of each other with vertical interconnects between the wafers. This type of 3D structure can improve performance levels, enable the integration of devices with incompatible process flows, and reduce form factors. Through silicon vias (TSVs), which directly connect stacked structures die-to-die, are an enabling technology for future 3D integrated systems. TSVs filled with copper using an electro-plating method are investigated in this study. DC and pulses are used as a current source for the electro-plating process as a means of via filling. A TiN barrier and Ru seed layers are deposited by plasma-enhanced atomic layer deposition (PEALD) with thicknesses of 10 and 30 nm, respectively. All samples electroplated by the DC current showed defects, even with additives. However, the samples electroplated by the pulse current showed defect-free super-filled via structures. The optimized condition for defect-free bottom-up super-filling was established by adjusting the additive concentrations in the basic plating solution of copper sulfate. The optimized concentrations of JGB and SPS were found to be 10 and 20 ppm, respectively.

        Recently, the high performance of tactical situation display console and tactical data links are used to integrate the operational situations in accordance with information age and NCW (Network Centric Warfare). The tendency to maximize the efficiency of task execution has been developed by sharing information and the state of the battle quickly through complex and diverse information exchange. Tactical data link is a communication system that shares the platform with core components of weapons systems and battlefield situation between the command and control systems to perform a Network Centric Warfare and provides a wide range of tactical data required for decision-making and implementation.It provides the tactical information such as tactical information such as operational information, the identification of the peer, and the target location in real time or near real time in the battlefield situation, and it is operated for the exchange of mass tactical information between the intellectuals by providing common situation recognition and cooperation with joint operations. In this study, still image management, audio file management, tactical screen recording and playback using the storage and playback, NITF (National Imagery Transmission Format) message received from the displayer integrates the tactical situation in three dimensions according to multiple data link operation to suggest ways to ensure data integrity between the data link processor during the entire operation time.

        다중 센서 데이터를 활용한 시약장 위험상황 식별 시스템

        최근 실험실에서 발생하는 안전사고가 다양한 형태로 발생함에 따라 실험실의 안전사고를 줄일 수 있는 시스템이 요구되고 있다. 기존 시스템은 온도, 습도의 변화에 따라 위험상황을 식별하지만 위험상황의 유형을 알 수 없고 기기의 동작이 수동으로 이루어지는 단점이 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 다중 센서를 활용하여 시약장의 위험상황을 식별하고 기기를 자동으로 동작시키는 시스템을 제안한다. 시약장의 내부 환경은 센서들을 통해 실시간으로 측정되며 센서 데이터는 위험상황을 식별하는 것에 활용된다. 또한 위험상황이 식별되었을 경우 이에 맞는 기기를 선택하고 자동으로 동작시킨다. 이와 같이 시약장의 위험상황을 식별하고 기기를 자동으로 동작시킴으로써 시약장에서 발생하는 안전사고를 줄일 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. Recently, safety accidents that occur in laboratories have occurred in various forms, so that a system that can reduce safety accidents in laboratories is required. The existing system identifies the danger situation according to the change of the temperature and the humidity, but the type of the danger situation is not known and the operation of the device is manually performed. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a system that identifies the danger situation of a reagent cabinet using multiple sensors and automatically operates the device. The internal environment of the reagent cabinet is measured in real time through the sensors and the sensor data is used to identify the danger situation. Also, when a danger situation is identified, the appropriate device is selected and operated automatically. In this way, identification of the danger situation of the reagent cabinet and automatic operation of the device will reduce the safety accidents occurring in the reagent cabinet.

        동래부 화원 李時訥 연구

        This paper aims to research on Lee Si-Nul(李時訥) who served as a painter in Dangraebu(東萊府 畵員) district in the 19th century. Lee Si-Nul's family originally came from Beokjin(碧珍) and his pseudonym(號) is Songam(松菴). He filled various military posts in Dongraebu district in the 19th century such as Pachong in Janggwancheong(將官廳 把摠); Gungigamgwan in Beolgungwancheong(別軍官廳 軍器監官); Baekchong in Jakdaecheong(作隊廳 百摠); Baechong in Sucheopcheong(守堞廳 百摠). His works are largely classified into three kinds of paintings according to the purpose and orderers, which are documentary paintings for the use of the government offices, the on-demand paintings from Japan, the paintings for appreciation from private interaction. His documentary painting which remains now is 〈Imjinjeonrando: Imjin War painting〉(壬辰戰亂圖). Most of the on-demand paintings from Japan, which bear the mark of Joseon(朝鮮) and the signature of his pseudonym, Songam, are inherited generation to generation in Japan. Among them, Songhodo(松虎圖), Eungdo(鷹圖), and the landscape of southern school style(南宗畵 山水) remain today. The subjects of the paintings for appreciation are various compared with the quantity such as Nonggawolryeongdo(農家月令圖) in the landscape style; Seowonajipdo(西園雅集圖) which applied the tradition of Gosado - a painting of an old story - in China(中國 故事圖); the paintings of the four gracious plants(Sagunja, 四君子) and grape vines drawn in black and white(Mukpododo, 墨葡萄圖) in the literary artist's style. The documentary paintings for the use of the government offices highlight regional characteristics while the paintings for appreciation strongly reflect the style in the same period like Kim Hong-Do(金弘道) and Jeong Sun's(鄭?). This paper postulates the paintings of dispatched painters in each province from Dohwaseo, Drawing & Painting Authority in the late Joseon Dynasty and the ones dispatched to Dongraewegwan(東萊倭館) for the nexus of relationship with the Central Authority of Drawing & Painting. Then, it has examined the regional styles of paintings in the correlation between Byeon Bak(卞璞) and Byeon Gon(卞崑) who worked in Dongraebu district in the 18-19th century and the paintings in Dongraebu. Furthermore, this article has attempted to tell the distinct characteristics of Dongraebu district as a painting-making place in the respect that the private paintings for appreciation got a sense of Japanese style and the paintings in Dongraebu were related to the style and works of escort painters in Tongsinsa, a diplomatic delegation in Joseon.

        흑인 퀴어 디아스포라의 위치 ―디온 브랜드의 『여기 아닌 또 다른 장소에서』

        This paper explores the location of black queer diaspora in Dionne Brand’s In Another Place, Not Here. She was born in Trinidad and emigrated to Canada in her late teens. She now lives in Toronto and is actively working in various genres, ranging from poetry, novels, nonfiction to documentary films. However, when compared with white Canadian women writers such as Alice Munro and Margaret Atwood, the position of Brand is significantly lower. This, above all, is linked to the question of how Brand herself has established her position, sense of belonging and identity as a writer. The critic Danyte argues that it is difficult for Brand to receive the correct position and appraisal as a Canadian writer because she does not want to use terms such as African Canadian or Caribbean Canadians when describing her status as a writer. Emphasizing the fact that Brand expresses herself Black rather than Canadian can be read as a gesture of rejecting assimilation into Canadian society or alliances with whites. Brand explores themes of queerness, gender, race, sexuality and feminism, white male domination, and injustices in Caribbean and Canadian societies. Her first novel, In Another Place, Not Here consists of two sections: one is told from the view of Elizete, a Caribbean peasant labor who remembers and rethinks slavery, colonial history, female bodies, and tangible realities; the other focuses on Elizete’s lover, Verlia as a revolutionist and activist for Blacks. Verlia, who left Canada for the Caribbean, tries to love and seek solidarity with Caribbean peasantry like Elizete. Their positions as queer black Caribbean women living in the Caribbean and Canada challenge questions of queerness, gender, race, colonialism, diaspora, and globalization. Elizete heads to Toronto to find her lover's trace and mourn her after Verlia's suicide during the revolution. What Brand's queer diaspora emphasizes is not to reveal abandonment of history, but to expand the horizon of new perceptions of multi-layered history based on shared experience in class, race, gender and sexuality. Finding belonging and stability in the arms of loved ones rather than physical places such as the Caribbean or Canada raises questions about more fundamental issues of home, place, space, nostalgia, and bondage.

        숫자양식과 빈도범위가 베이스 추론 과제에서 위험판단과 추론에 미치는 영향

        위험정보를 확률이나 빈도양식으로 제시하고 질병으로 사망할 확률(기저율)에 대한 위험을 판단하게 하고 양성판정을 받은 사람이 질병에 걸렸을 확률(사후확률)에 대한 위험판단과 추론의 정확성을 비교하였다. 베이스 추론 과제를 사용한 연구 1에서 숫자양식의 효과가 관찰되었다. 참가자들은 위험이 확률보다는 빈도로 제시될 때 더 위험하다고 판단하였고 질병에 걸렸을 확률을 더 정확하게 추론하였다. 빈도의 범위가 좁을 때보다 넓을 때 더 위험하다고 판단하는 효과는 관찰되지 않았다. 분석적 사고체계가 위험판단에 미치는 영향을 검토하려고 사후확률을 계산하는 조건과 계산하지 않는 조건을 비교하였다. 숫자양식의 효과는 여전히 관찰되었다. 연구 2는 기저율과 사후확률의 크기에 따라 숫자양식 효과와 빈도범위 효과가 달라지는지 알아보았다. 숫자양식의 효과는 기저율과 사후확률의 크기에 상관없이 모든 조건에서 관찰되었다. 위험한 사건이 발생할 확률의 높고 낮음에 상관없이 빈도로 제시되었을 때 참가자들이 더 위험하다고 판단하였다. 그러나 빈도범위 효과는 기저율이 낮은 조건에서만 발견되었다. 본 연구의 결과들을 이중처리체계 이론과 관련시켜 논의하였다. We examined risk judgment and the accuracy of inference based on two kinds of probabilities in a Bayesian inference task: the death probability from a disease (base rates) and the probability of having a disease with positive results in the screening test (posterior probabilities). Risk information were presented in either a probability or a frequency format. In Study 1, we found a numerical format effect for both base rate and posterior probability. Participants rated information as riskier and inferred more accurately in the frequency condition than in the probability condition for both base rate and posterior probability. However, there was no frequency range effect, which suggested that the ranges of frequency format did not influence risk ratings. In order to find out how the analytic thought system influences risk ratings, we compared the ratings of a computation condtion and those of a no-computation condition and still found the numerical format effect in computation condition. In Study 2, we examined the numerical format effect and frequency range effect in a high and a low probability condition and found the numerical format effect at each probability level. This result suggests that people feel riskier in the frequency format than in the probability format regardless of the base rates and the posterior probability. We also found a frequency range effect only for the low base rate condition. Our results were discussed in terms of the dual process theories.

        고쳐쓰기를 통한 유의어 교육 방안 연구

        국어 교과는 풍부하고 정교화 된 언어 사용으로 학습자들의 언어와 사고를 교육해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 이해 어휘와 사용 어휘의 통합적 교육을 위한 ‘유의어 교육’에 초점을 맞추어서 어휘교육의 방법을 연구해 보고자 한다. 유의어의 섬세하고 세밀한 의미와 사용역을 이해하고 능숙하게 활용할 수 있는 학습자라면 그렇지 않은 학습자에 비해 그 사고과정도 섬세하고 유창할 것이라고볼 수 있기 때문이다. 유의어는 의미가 완전히 동일하지는 않기 때문에 섬세한의미 차이와 사용역의 차이를 보이는데, 이러한 의미와 사용의 차이를 섬세하게 인식하고 드러낼 수 있도록 교육해야 할 필요가 있다. 2장에서는 이러한 문제의식을 바탕으로 폭넓은 의미 영역을 지닌 단어의 의미를 분석하고, 또 유의어군으로 묶일 수 있는 단어의 의미 변별에 대해 논의할 것이다. 3장에서는 학습자가 쓴 글을 분석하여 의미 분석이 필요한 단어를 선정한 다음, 해당되는 단어를 유의어로 바꾸어 적는 방법을 논의해볼 것이다. 구체적이고 정교화된 단어로 고쳐쓰기를 한 다음에는, 그 단어의 의미와 용법에 대해, 의미와 더불어 ‘세계-인간-언어’ 요소를 서술해 보도록 할 것이다. 이러한 과정을 통해 학습자는 이해 어휘의 질적인 신장과 사용 어휘의 양적인신장을 도모할 수 있을 것이다. This study focuses on ``synonyms`` with an aim to provide holistic education covering vocabularies and their application. This is because learners who can understand and skillfully use delicate and fine meanings of synonyms and registers will more delicately and skillfully think than other learners. It is necessary to provide learning that can help learners to adroitly understand and express such meanings and differences in the application. Chapter 2 analyzes the meanings of vocabularies containing wider ranges of interpretation based on this understanding and discusses discrimination of the meanings that can be grouped as synonyms. Chapter 3 analyzes works by learners, select vocabularies to be analyzed for their meanings, and discusses how to change relevant vocabularies to synonyms. After developing vocabularies into more specific and elaborate forms of words, the meanings and usage as well as the elements of ``world-human-language`` will be described. Such a process will help learners to develop vocabularies qualitatively and promote quantitative vocabulary application.
