The effects of compositional variation, rotation speel and pulling rate on the growth of optical quality Bi120e02(1 crystals were examined. It was found to flatten the shape of crystal-melt interface for yowing a single crystals less than about 30mm in diameter at the rotation speed of 50rpm. Diameter of crystals with flat interface was increased as the pulling rate. The precipitation of Bi40e3012 phase set limits to pulling rate of BGO crystals. Precipitate-free BGO crystals were grown under pulling rate of 2mm l hr which released the stress resulted from too hi어 Pulling rate, and from 6. IBi203·GeO2 batch composition obtained by addition of 0.1 mole Bi203 into Bi-deficient melts to fill up the deficiency resulted from gradual volatilization of Bi2O). The pale-yellow colored crystals had good quality in that dislocation density was less than 103pits/cm, and it also exhibited transmittance of 70% and optical activity of 23°/mm. and SAW velosity was measured 1700m/sec on 111 cut 110 propagating BGO crystals. The SAW filter with electrode thickness of 9.8um was fabricated by using the electron beam and dry etching technique, it makes Bi12GeO20 devices intersting for color TV IF with half device size.
행정구역통합에 따른 지역간 갈등의 영향요인 연구 - 창원시 공무원을 중심으로 -

Many researches have been performed about a administrative district integration, integration effectiveness, agreement and disagreement opinion, and propulsion direction. In addition, researches having interests according to economic facility selections are relatively in numbers. However, the researchs did not deeply conduct about regional conflicts and influence factors related a administrative district integration. Therefore, the research studied influence factors related a administrative district integration. The research selected 7 exogenous variables with politics, administration, local government head, economics, region consciousness, region level, and region scale. Also, the research selected 6 individual characteristic variables with age, gender, education, rank, service period, and service region and 1 intermediate variable with conflict scope and 1 dependent variable with conflict degree. The research conducted multiple regressions, and the results were made as a path analysis. As the research results, economics, region level, and politics among exogenous variables were significant to the intermediate variable. Politics, administration, region scale, economics, and region level among exogenous variables were significant to the dependent variable. Education and gender of individual characteristic variables were significant to the dependent variable. Finally, the intermediate variable was highly significant to the dependent variable. 대개의 연구자들은 행정구역 통합과정에 대한 연구, 통합 후의 효과성 연구, 통합에 대한 찬성이나 반대의견에 대한 연구, 그리고 통합을 위한 추진방향에 대한 연구를 수행해왔다. 또한, 갈등에 관한 연구도 다수가 수행해 왔고, 특히 경제적인 입지시설의 선정에 따른 이해관계에 대한 연구도 많은 편이다. 그렇지만 행정구역 통합과 관련한 지역간 갈등, 특히 행정구역 통합후에 통합전의 지역간 갈등에 대해서는 연구가 심도 있게 이루어지지 못하고 있다고 할 수 있고, 이러한 통합전의 지역간 갈등에 대한 영향요인에 대한 연구도 깊이 있게 다루어지지 못하고 있는 상황이다. 따라서 본 연구는 행정구역 통합 후에 통합전의 지역간 갈등에 대한 영향요인을 연구하였다. 연구는 7개의 외부변수들, 정치, 행정, 단체장, 경제, 지역의식, 지역수준, 그리고 지역규모와 6개의 개인특성변수들, 그리고 1개의 매개변수, 지역간 갈등범위요인, 그리고 1개의 종속변수, 지역간 갈등정도에 대하여 다중회귀분석과 그 결과에 대한 경로화를 통하여 본 연구주제를 연구하였다. 그 결과 외부변수중 경제, 수준, 정치요인이 매개변수에 유의미하였고, 정치, 행정, 규모, 경제, 수준요인이 종속변수에 유의미하였으며, 개인특성변수 중에서는 교육과 성별이 종속변수에 유의미하였으며, 마지막으로 매개변수가 종속변수에 가장 크게 유의미한 관계를 가진다고 분석하였다.

Most of speakers, the con-paper (con shape) or vibration plate generate the sound by reciprocating motion which is received vibrating signal from voice coil. On the other hand, the vibration speaker that reproduces sound by attaching a vibration head to some materials such as wood, plastic, glass plate, etc. instead of cone paper or vibration plate generates different sound timbres depending on the attached materials with vibration head. so we can hear a variety of timbres than ordinary speakers. In this study, the characteristics of vibration and sound propagation according to various materials attached to the vibration head of the vibration speaker were experimentally investigated and this sound propagation characteristics were compare with woofer speaker and micro speaker. As a result of sound propagation characteristics of vibration speaker, the reproduction ability of low frequency band wes inferior to compared than woofer speaker and micro speaker. This is judged to be due to the material characteristics of glass and wood which are source of the sound propagation. As compare with 1kHz sine tone, the woofer speaker has not generated the high order harmonic component, but the glass plate and wood plate used with the vibration speaker head have generated the high order harmonic component at a level that can not be ignored. According to above results, the vibration speaker will be had a low articulation of sound because the higher volume to generate the high distortion.

In the car speaker, because the sound characteristics is changed by the space of car which mount the speaker, the speaker elements must be decide according to sound field. In this study, the nonlinear characteristics, the frequency response and the sound pressure for the same size speakers which is adapted to domestic car model are investigated. The car model is classified to semi-midsize, midsized, full size automobile in order to change the car space. As a results, we can investigate the differences of the force factor and the stiffness of suspension system for speaker. According to the change of the speaker characteristics, the sound pressure is changed, also. In the future, these data will be used to investigate the correlation between the sound quality and measurement data.
