PEST-SWOT-AHP 방법론을 적용한 한국형 가스터빈 개발 및 보급 확대 추진전략 도출

세계 각국은 온실가스 배출을 줄이기 위하여 활발한 노력을 하고 있다. 한국도 노후화된 석탄발전을 폐지하고 LNG 발전으로 전환하는 정책을 추진하고 있다. 그러나, 한국은 가스터빈 제작 기술이 국산화되지 않아서 해외 제작사로부터 전량 수입하여 설치하고 있다. 따라서, 본 논고에서는 가스터빈 발전산업에 대한 국내·외 환경을 살펴보고, 이를 기반으로 PEST-SWOT-AHP 방법론을 적용하여 한국형 가스터빈 기술개발 및 보급 확대 추진전략을 제안하였다. 연구결과, 한국형 가스터빈 기술개발과 보급 확대 전략은 1) 가스터빈 기술개발 및 사업화 촉진을 위한 발전공기업의 역할 강화, 2) 온실가스 감축을 위한 LNG 발전 비중 확대, 3) 정부의 적극적인 가스터빈 산업 생태계 조성 노력, 4) LNG 발전소 건설에 대한 국민 공감대 형성 등으로 요약할 수 있다. Countries around the world are making active efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Korea is also pursuing a policy of abolishing aging coal power and converting it to LNG power generation. However, in Korea, gas turbine manufacturing technology has not been localized, so all of it is imported and installed from overseas manufacturers. Therefore, this paper examines the domestic and foreign environment of the gas turbine power generation industry and proposes a strategy to develop and expand the supply of Korean gas turbine technology by applying the PEST-SWOT-AHP methodology. As a result of the research, the strategy to develop and expand the supply of Korean gas turbine technology can be summarized as 1) strengthening the role of power generation public enterprises to develop and promote commercialization of gas turbine technology, 2) expanding the proportion of LNG power generation to reduce greenhouse gases, 3) the government's active efforts to create an ecosystem for the gas turbine industry, and 4) forming a public consensus on the construction of LNG power plants.

웰니스(Wellness) 라이프스타일 유형이 한방의료관광 지각에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to examine how the wellness lifestyles affect the perception of korean medical tourism. Furthermore, the moderating function of income level between wellness lifestyle and perception of korean medical tourism was focused. A total of 214 effective questionnaires were collected for empirical analyses data to test proposed hypotheses. Descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analyses, multiple regression analyses were conducted for this study. Through the review of the related literature, wellness lifestyle was classified into physical wellbeing, socio-relational wellbeing, psychological wellbeing. The results indicated that the three factors of welleness lifestyle affect significantly the perception of korean medical tourism, especially physical wellbeing was shown to be the most significant factor among them. While, income level was found to have moderating function on the relationship between wellness lifestyle and perception of korean medical tourism. It was learned that the factor of socio-relational wellbeing in the case of relatively high level of income worked differently as moderating variable. Based on theses results, the potential implications and limitations of this study were discussed. 본 연구의 목적은 웰니스 라이프스타일 유형이 한방의료관광 지각에 유의한 영향을 미치는지를파악하는 것이다. 더불어 소비자의 소득수준이 웰니스 라이프스타일과 한방의료관광 지각의 인과관계에서 조절기능을 가지고 있는지를 밝히고자 하였다. 자기기입법의 설문지조사를 통하여 유효표본 214부를 확보하였으며 이를 실증분석 자료로 활용하였다. 가설검증을 위한 분석은 기술통계, 요인분석, 다중회귀분석이 사용되었다. 웰니스 라이프스타일, 한방의료관광, 소득수준에 관한 이론적 고찰을 하였으며 이를 근거로 측정변수를 도출하였다. 분석결과를 보면 신체적웰빙, 사회관계적웰빙, 정신적웰빙으로 유형화된 웰니스 라이프스타일은 한방의료관광 지각에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었다. 특히 신체적웰빙을 지향하는 라이프스타일은 한방의료 관련 관광상품에 대한 지각정도가 가장 높게 나타났다. 정신적웰빙 라이프스타일은 한방의료관광 지각에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀져 폭넓은 한방의료관련 관광상품개발의 필요성을 인지시켰다. 소득수준이 높은 집단에서는 사회관계적웰빙 라이프스타일이 한방의료관광 지각에 비교적 미미한영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있다. 소득수준은 한방의료관광 상품 이외에 다른 웰니스적 요소에대한 접근성이 훨씬 높은 것으로 보인다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 바탕으로 하여 실무적, 학문적 시사점을 제시하였으며 연구의 한계점에 대하여 논하였다.
