안좌도의 경관이미지와 경관잠재력 제고를 통한 문화 경관의 형성에 관한 연구 ― 신안군 안좌도의 경관 테마 공원을 사례로

본 연구는 일상적으로 대하는 자연경관의 다름과 차이를 이해, 분석하고, 경관이미지와 경관의 잠재력을 도출하여 자연경관과 조화를 이루는 경관형성 계획에 어떻게 반영할 것인가 하는 데 목적이 있다. 본 계획대상지가 입지한 전라남도 신안군은 국내에서 유일하게 아파트가 전무한 지역으로 도서지방의 원형경관이 보전되어 있는 지역이다. 이와 같이 원형경관을 고려한 새로운 경관의 형성이 이루어져야만 지역 고유의 경관미를 지속적으로 보전할 수 있고, 이는 지역의 정체성으로까지 발전할 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구에서는 신안군 안좌도 원형경관에 대한 이해와 분석을 통해 경관의 특성을 파악, 의미의 재구성을 통한 문화 인프라, 즉 경관테마공원을 조성하고자 했다. 특히 안좌도가 지닌 인물 콘텐츠인 수화 김환기 화백의 명성과 예술세계를 차별화된 문화경관자원으로 이해, 계획에 반영하고자 안좌도 자연환경의 경관미와 그 잠재력을 재해석, 경관이미지를 도출하고, 개념정립과 설계전략을 수립하였다. 이를 위해 계획대상지를 경관구역으로 나누어 각 특징을 기술하고, 경관 조망점과 경관 변이점을 설정, 동선 및 경관의 연속적인 체험이 가능하도록 하였을 뿐만 아니라, 인근의 자연경관과 시각적 충돌이 이루어지지 않고 조화를 이루어 부지 내외부가 하나의 경관으로 인지되도록 하여 경관의 조화를 꾀하고자 한 것이 연구의 주요 내용이다. 이와 같은 연구의 시도는 일상적인 자연경관이 미래지향적인 가치를 가지는 자원으로서의 역할뿐만 아니라, 더 나아가 경관계획을 통해 자연경관의 보전 및 관리에도 기여할 수 있도록 하기 위함이다. The purpose of this study is to establish the landscape planning which harmonize with the existing natural landscape through the drawing landscape image and the deducing landscape potential. Accordingly the difference and diverseness of natural landscape must be analysed. The planning site is located in the province Shin-an, which has none of the high rise appartment houses and as a result the landscape prototype in islands is preserved. It must be considered landscape formation and development with the prototypal landscape in order to preserve the landscape identity and original landscape beauty sustainedly. In this study we make an on-site survey of the Anjwa island and the landscape of island is analysed. There by the understanding of the characteristic landscape grants the reformation of landscape meaning and the development of landscape theme park as a culture infra structure. Especially the Artist Kim, Whanki is the unique personal contents in Anjwa island, who has his world of art and world wide fame. His personal and artistic character is symbolized in Anjwa culture landscape. By the landscape image and landscape potential in Anjwa islands the planning concepts and design strategies are deduced. The main issue in this study is to avoid the visual impact with the natural landscape and to provide the harmonized sceneries with natural landscape.
