        韓國語 破裂音 體系의 言語 類型論的 考察

        The fact that the Korean plosive consonant forms a three-way opposition between plain plosive, aspirated plosive, and laryngealized plosive has been frequently mentioned as one of the typological characteristics of Korean. However, this is not the result of empirical studies based on large-scale language data, but one of the surface comparisons with several well-known languages. So there is room for reconsideration in the objectivity and reliability of previous argument. In this paper, I compared and analyzed the plosive inventories of 4,356 languages, a very large-scale language data, and then examined the typological aspects of Korean plosive system. In aspects of quantity such as the number(9) and ratio(47.4%) of plosives, three places of articulation, and three-way opposition, the plosive system in Korean did not deviate significantly from the average of all languages. On the other hand, the qualitative profile is completely different. It is not easy to find a same plosive system with Korean which there is no opposition by [±voiced], one of the most universal in world´s languages, and consist of three voiceless plosives(plain, aspirated, and laryngealized one) that is in contrastive proportionally in three places of articulation. Through this, it can be concluded that the plosive system of Korean is quantitatively universal, but qualitatively specific. 이진호, 2020, 한국어 파열음 체계의 언어 유형론적 고찰, 어문연구, 186 : 5~29 한국어의 파열음 체계가 평음, 유기음, 경음의 삼항 대립을 이룬다는 사실은 한국어의 유형론적 특징의 하나로 이전부터 널리 언급되어 왔다. 그러나 이것은 대규모 언어 자료에 기반한 실증적 연구의 결과가 아니고 잘 알려진 몇몇 언어와의 표면적 비교 결과이기 때문에 재검토의 여지가 존재한다. 이 글에서는 4,356개라는 대규모 언어의 파열음 체계를 비교 분석한 후 이에 근거하여 한국어 파열음이 어떠한 양상을 보이는지를 구체적으로 살펴보았다. 그 결과 파열음의 수나 비율, 조음 위치의 수, 대립항의 수 등과 같은 양적인 측면에서는 한국어의 파열음 체계가 전체 언어의 평균치에서 크게 벗어나지 않았다. 반면 삼항 대립의 음운론적 성격, 유무성 대립의 부재, 비례 대립의 성립 등과 같은 질적 측면에서는 동일한 유형을 찾기 어려울 만큼 독특한 모습이었다. 이를 통해 한국어 파열음 체계는 양적으로는 보편성을 보이지만 질적으로는 상당한 특수성을 보인다고 결론 지을 수 있다.

      • 원통형 액적내의 표면장력 변화로 인한 흐름특성에 관한 실험적 연구

        An experiment is carried out to study the surface-tension driven flow characteristics in a cylindrical liquid column heated from above (which is the low gravity floating zone simulated on earth) with varing the aspect ratio and diameter of the liquid column. Hexadecane, octadecane, silicon oil(10cs), FC-40 and water are used as the test liquids. The free surface shape varies sinusoidally for Ma>M $a_{cr}$ and its frequency is found to be the same as that of temperature oscillation. It is verified that the surface temperature profile changes from linear to S-shaped profile for Ma>M $a_{cr}$ . The frequency of temperature oscillation decreases with increasing liquid volume, while its level increases. M $a_{cr}$ decreases with increasing aspect ratio, and also decreases with increasing Prandtl number in the range of 25<Pr<70.

      • 전도기판에 탑재된 단일모듈과 공기류와의 각도에 따른 냉각특성 연구

        The effect of thermal resistances and materials of board on cooling of a module was experimentally investigated. The problem considered is relevant to the cooling of electronic equipment made up of components mounted on a flat board. It is an aim of this experiment is to estimate temperature of module on the board that is the role of an expanded conducting surface. The study is performed with a variation of parameters that are the thermal resistance(Rc =158K/W, 0.05K/W), material of board, inlet velocity(V = 0.2∼ 1.5m/s), attack angle(θ=0˚∼45˚), and input power(Q=3W, 7W). The results show that input power was most effective parameter on the temperature difference between module and inlet air and as the attack angle increases, the temperature difference between module and inlet air increases.

      • 상부가열인 다공물질내의 열파이프 현상에 관한 실험적 연구

        An experiment was performed to study the heat pipe phenomenon of porous media heated above at one-dimensional steady state for the range of heat flux, 300 W/ $m^{2}$ ~ 2000w/ $m^{2}$. Glass beads, sand, and copper particles were used as porous media and distilled water was used as a working fluid. Result of experiment shows that the length of the two-phase zone increases with the decreasing particle size for the same heat flux. At relatively lower heat flux the length of the two-phase zone increases with the increasing heat flux, which contradicts the result of earlier work. However, its length remains nearly constant when the heat flux increases above a certain value. The length of the two-phase zone is proportional to the product of the heat flux by the hydrostatic capillary height under the limited value on heat flux, that is, $l_{t}$ = A(q. $l_{cap}$)+B, q.leg.1/A(C+B/ $l_{cap}$) where A is 1.7*10$^{-4}$ $m^{2}$/w, B is 1.9*10$^{-2}$ m, and C is 0.43 for copper particles and 0.31 for glass beads and sand.d.d.d. 본 연구에서는 1차원 열흐름하에서 상부가 가열된 다공물질내의 열파이프 현 상과 관련하여 2상영역의 존재와 그 길이에 영향을 미치는 인자들을 실험적으로 관찰, 조사하였다.

        The Web grows rapidly and access to international information through the Web occurs quite often. Many people access not only pages written in their own lanaguage but also ones written in other languages. Therefore, CLIR(Cross Language Information Retrieval) or TLIR(TransLingual Information Retrieval) becomes an important research issue. We study Korean-English cross words and try to develop an efficient method matching Korean-English cross words. Since we start this research with PC related information, there are many words of foreign origin. We consider two cases for matching. First, translated Korean words in dictionary corresponding to English words are used. Second, words of foreign origin are considered more seriously and two approaches for the words have been studied again. First, segmenting Korean consonants and vowels after preprocessing using several rules is done, and a table of possible Korean phonemes for English alphabets is made. The possible matching Korean words for an English word are given in order along with matching scores. Second, English pronunciation symbols and Korean components (consonants and vowels) are compared, and the result answer type is boolean. We select a Korean PC portal site and almost ten English PC portal sites, and test the proposed method to identify related Web pages in two sites. The result seems promising and further study is needed.

        장천공이 발생한 비장티푸스성 D군 살모넬라 장열 1례

        비장티푸스 살모넬라증에 의한 장열과 장천공은 매우 드물다 저자들은 방어기전의 손상이 없는 건강한 성인에서 비장티푸스성 D군 살모넬라 장열에 동반된 장천공이 발생한 예를 경험하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. The case of enteric fever and bowel perforation caused by nontyphoidal Salmonella spp. is extremely rare. We report a case of a 28-year-old man who suffered from enteric fever with complicated a small bowel perforation, which is a known complication of S. typhi and S. paratyphi infections. The culprit later proved to be nontyphoidal group D Salmonella spp. in our case.
