With economic abundance, the government strongly tends to make the nation wholesome by realizing the value and the role from sports, though it has been indicated that national balanced budget has emerged as one of the problems for the government, because of the welfare priority of sports investment. It is the purpose of this work to promote national welfare through sports activities with some suggestive considerations: they are 1) solidification of well organized interrelations with the sports related areas; 2) role harmonization between civilian and governmental agencies of sports; 3) substantiality of sports to inform the nation to be sports-oriented; 4) providence of equal opportunity to assign sports welfare to all the nation; and 5) sports-purposed policies for enhencing national welfare through systematic development of sports index.

With the reason of simplifing the government structure, The Ministry of Culture and Physical Education was established, though it has been ideal that the government ministry of physical education remains as an independent institution, because of its own original function of physical education administration and the word of "culture and physical education administration" has newly born. It is the purpose of this work to promote national culture and physical education welfare through suggesting some development guidelines of culture and physical education administration : they are 1) integration of relater culture and physical education administration branches of the regional governments; 2) mutual combination of culture and physical education in the field of facilities and programs; 3) achievement of administrative expertise of the officials; 4) extension of administration autonomy of relater civil organizations; 5) continuous elite training in both of culture and physical education areas; and 6) solidification of the cooperative system with the Ministry of Education.

Family, which is not only the basic unit of our society but also has the important value for the individual family member during his or her life, is being faced with serious challanges by undergoing its violent fluctuation in this changing society. Family life problems have bad effects upon the social problems including adolescent ones. It is needed that the families, private sector institutions and government which are related with family affairs should make their efforts for the family welfare. Especially, 'sport for all' is closely related with family welfare in terms of functions and values, and the role of the 'sport for all' for the family welfare is a matter of concern in the academic and practical viewpoints. The purpose of this study is to discuss the value and importance of the 'sport for all' in the field of family welfare which is one of the part of social welfare, and to explore the some recommendations for the development of family 'sport for all'. The welfare functions of the family 'sport for all' are 1)preservation and promotion of health and fitness for all of the family members; 2)promotion of the family unity and providing the chance for the family renovation; 3)role as a determining factor of the family 'sport for all' activity; 4)the role as a setting for family exercise promotion. The measures taken for the promotion of family 'sport for all' for family welfare are 1)reflection of the family point of view on the individual family member exercise; 2)joining family 'sport for all' program to the another family welfare programs; 3)development and propagation of new family 'sport for all' programs; 4)enhancement of the 'sport for all' leaders' ability for family exercise guidance; 5)strengthening propaganda of the necessity of the family 'sport for all' activities.

As the microarray technology has played an important role in broad range of science, more researchers are now relying on commercially available microarray products not only because of cost and time efficiency but also the quality. In this research, we aim to compare commercially available microarray slides and chemically modified DNA probes along with variation of spotting solution in terms of array sensitivity. Four different types of microarray slides, two different functional group linkers modified for nucleic acid probe, and glycerol content in spotting solution were evaluated. Microarray slides from Nexterion® coated with epoxy show highest signal intensity regardless of linker functional group. Addition of glycerol in spotting solution also improves the signal strength in general. Although this study is limited to particular commercial slides and chemical information of linker group is not disclosed by vendors, the work successfully demonstrates that optimum arraying protocol can be achieved and any incompatibilities of certain combinations can be found and avoided for future microarray spotting.
Aptamer-based optical switch for biosensors

In this review, we will discuss aptamer technologies including in vitro selection, signal transductionmechanisms, and designing aptamers and aptazyme for label-free biosensors and catalysts. Dye-displacement,a typical label-less method, is described here which allows avoiding relatively complex labeling steps andextending this application to any aptamers without specific conformational changes, in a more simple, sensitiveand cost effective way. We will also describe most recent and advanced technologies of signaling aptamerand aptazyme for the various analytical and clinical applications. Quantum dot biosensor (QDB) is explainedin detail covering designing and adaptations for multiplexed protein detection. Application to aptamer arrayutilizing self-assembled signaling aptamer DNA tile and the novel methods that can directly select smart aptameror aptazyme experimentally and computationally will also be finally discussed, respectively.
