본 고에서는 국어과 수업 연구의 과정과 수업 관찰 보고의 한 사례를 통해 국어과 수업 연구의 맥락과 보고(report) 방식에 대하여 살펴보고자 하였다. 여기서 살펴 본 자료는 2002년 한국교육과정평가원에서 수행된 『국어과 교육 내실화 방안 연구』(이주섭, 2002)이다. 이 연구에서는 국어과 교육 내실화의 징표는 국어과 수업을 통해 드러난다고 가정하고 국어과 좋은 수업의 여러 양상에 천착하여 국어과 교육을 내실화하기 위한 방안을 찾는 데 목적을 두고 진행되었다. 이 연구에서 좋은 수업 사례에 주목한 까닭은, 좋은 수업이 학교교육, 교실 수업이 겪고 있는 여러 가지 어려움, 혹은 학교교육 위기라는 사회적 우려를 슬기롭게 극복하고 있는 수업이기 때문이다. 위 연구를 수행하기 위한 과정은 국어과 좋은 수업 사례 수집 및 발굴 → 좋은 수업 사례 1차 선정 → 수업 관찰 및 면담 → 좋은 수업 사례 최종 선정 → 기초 자료 결과 정리 → 국어과 교육 내실화 방안 설정 등의 순서로 진행되었다. 본 고에서는 위 연구의 과정 중에서 국어과 좋은 수업 사례로 최종 선정된 5개의 국어과 좋은 수업 사례 중 1개의 사례 보고(report)를 살핌으로써 국어과 수업 연구의 한 방식에 대하여 궁리하려고 하였다. 국어과 좋은 수업 사례들을 선정하기 위해 우선 5가지 형태의 범주를 설정하였다. 설정된 범주는 1)협동학습을 통해 활발한 의미 구성 경험을 제공한 수업, 2)수업과 수행평가의 상호 의존을 통해 평가의 본질을 지향한 수업, 3)대중매체의 활용을 통해 국어과의 외연을 확장한 수업, 4)인성 교육에의 실천과 지역 사회의 언어 문화를 반영한 수업, 5)다양한 독서 교육 프로그램의 적용 등이다. 본 고에서는 ‘1)협동학습을 통해 활발한 의미 구성 경험을 제공하는 수업'이라는 범주에서 최종 선정된 김영석 교사(가명)의 경우를 주로 다루었다. 제시된 수업 사례에 대한 보고 방식은 1)교사의 개인적인 특성 측면, 2)수업 운영 측면(수업 준비, 교수학습방법), 3)평가 측면, 4)수업 환경 측면 등으로 나누어 살펴보았다. 이 가운데에서 교사의 개인적인 특성, 수업 준비, 전문성 신장을 위한 노력과 지원 체계에 대한 내용들은 국어과 좋은 수업을 가능케 하는 동인(動因)으로 작용하는 것들이기도 하다. 국어과 수업 연구는 여러 가지 목적으로 진행될 수 있으며, 연구의 방법 또한 다양하다. 본 고에서는 본격적인 의미에서의 국어과 수업 연구라기보다는 정책 연구 성격의 연구에서 비교적 소략한 질적 연구 방법이 활용된 수업 연구의 한 방식을 살펴보았다. This study attempted to diagnose the present situation of Korean language art education and to find its improving ways based on the case studies of good classes. Cases of good classes were selected because they showed ways to solve current problems of Korean language art classes or because they are desired classes we should follow. To choose cases of good classes in Korean language art, five categories of good classes were established: 1) active meaning construction process through community learning 2) interdependence of classes and performance tests 3) extension of subject contents by utilizing mass media. 4) implementation of personality education and reflections on language culture of local community 5) adoption of various kinds of reading programs. To select classes having properties mentioned above, many cases of Korean language art classes, recommended via several routes, were reviewed by this researcher as well as a Korean language art specialists committee. Consequently, 10 cases of good classes were selected and each of them represented one of five categories. After having been observed, interviewed and analyzed, 5 cases were finally selected through discussion and guidance of a specialists' committee. General properties of good classes were to hold obvious educational philosophy, to interact with students positively, to use effective teaching speech, to make an effort for teacher expertise, to be supported by active school staffs, and to utilize appropriate teaching and testing methods based on intricate class preparation.

본 논문에서는 Ka대역 위성 중계기용 출력 멀티플렉서의 설계 및 제작에 대하여 언급하였다. 출력 멀티플렉서는 저역통과필터, 채널필터, 매니폴드(Manifold)로 구성되어 있으며, 위성 중계기의 무게와 부피를 최소화하기 위하여 채널필터는 이중모드로 설계하였다. 채널별 주파수 선택도를 높이기 위하여 채널필터는 4차 타원 응답형으로 설계하였으며, 저역통과 필터는 13차 corrugated 형으로 설계하였다. 채널필터와 매니폴드의 초기 설계 후 최적화 과정에 있어서 모든 설계 변수를 최적화시키는 대신 일부의 설계 변수만을 최적화시킴으로써 용이하게 최적화 설계할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 제작한 Ka 대역 위성 중계기용 출력 멀티플렉서의 측정결과는 설계결과와 동일한 특성을 나타내었다. This paper presents the design technique of output multiplexer(OMUX) for the Ka-band satellite transponder. Output multiplexer consists of low-pass filter(LPF), channel filter and manifold. Channel filters adopt dual-mode technique in design for mass and volume reduction and frequency response of channel filters is 4-pole elliptic response for high frequency selectivity. w-pass filters are designed to be of 13th order corrugated type for high rejection characteristic over reception band of satellite transponder. After initial design of channel filters and manifold, we optimized only a few design parameters for fast and easy optimization instead of optimizing all the design parameter. Measured results of a realized output umltiplexer for Ka-band satellite transponder show good agreement with the computed ones.

두 개의 통과대역을 갖는 위성 중계기용 이중모드 정규(Canonical) 구조 필터

위성통신에서 있어서 주파수 할당 및 빔 커버리지가 다양해지고 복잡해짐에 따라 주파수상에서 인접하지 않은 여러 개의 채널 신호가 하나의 고출력 증폭기에 의해서 증폭되어져 안테나를 통하여 지상으로 송출되는 경우가 있다. 본 논문에서는, 이러한 위성통신 시스템에 적용이 가능한 두 개의 통과대역을 갖는 위성 중계기용 이중모드 정규(canonical) 구조 필터를 제시하였다. 필터의 무게와 부피를 줄이기 위하여 이중모드 설계기법을 사용하였으며, 최대한 많은 수의 전달영점 구현이 가능한 정규 구조로 필터를 설계하였다. 두 개의 통과대역을 갖는 Ka대역 위성 중계기용(30/20 ㎓) 6차 이중모드 정규 구조 필터의 구현을 통하여 설계기법을 검증하였다. Due to the complex arrangement of frequency plans and spatial overages in modern satellite communications, channels that are non-contiguous in frequency may be amplified by a single power amplifier and transmitted to the ground through one beam. In this paper, a dual-mode canonical filter with dual-passband is presented. The filter adopts dual-mode technique for mass and volume reduction. Canonical structure is adopted for maximum transmission zero realization. To validate the design technique, a 6-pole dual-mode canonical dual-passband filter for Ka-band(30/20 ㎓) satellite transponder is realized. The measured frequency response of the filter shows good agreement with the computed one.
