A magnetic resonance wireless power transfer (WPT) system achieves maximum power transfer efficiency (PTE) at the position where critical coupling occurs, but the PTE degrades significantly off this position. In this paper, we propose a new design technique that can achieve high PTE over a wide range by generating critical coupling at two other positions by using a switchless passive dual-matching technique. We present a receiver (RX) and transmitter (TX) configuration implemented with lumped elements for dual-matching and derive the values of each device analytically. A RX part is constructed by connecting parallel LC and C in series to resonate at two frequencies. Considering the mutual inductances between the TX and RX coil at two distances, T-type TX matching is designed to achieve conjugate matching at two resonant frequencies for the source impedance simultaneously. To verify the performance of the proposed technique, a WPT system with critical coupling at 25 and 75 mm for two frequencies of 4 and 6.78 MHz was implemented, and the PTE was measured. The average PTE in the range of 20–80 mm is 70%, and it is verified that the proposed technique can achieve robust WPT system to distance variation.
표준 BIM 라이브러리 활성화를 위한 객체분류체계 및 속성정보 구축방법에 관한 연구

BIM library is a critical part in BIM implementation in design as well as in construction. Current status, however, shows that the companies are struggling even just for setting up the library itself due to the lack of standards. Without proper standards, it makes difficult not only sharing libraries among companies but also implementing BIM work environment. The purpose of this study is to analyze the number of current BIM library systems and to propose a strategy of standardization of classification system as well as a sample standard of property information structure. In order to achieve this, current major classification systems that are adopted in building industry of domestic as well as foreign countries were analysed to be applied to BIM library and finally modified to facilitate the need of BIM industry.
장치비용과 에너지 회수비용을 함께 고려힌 다품종 회분식 공정의 최적 설계 및 생산계획

연속식 공정에서와는 달리 회분식 공정에서 에너지 회수를 위한 열교환을 하기 위해서는 부득이 생산일정을 변경하여야만 하고, ZW policy를 따르는 대부분의 회분식 공정에서는 이럴 경우 생산주기가 늘어나게 되어 결국은 회분식장치 크기의 증가가 요구된다. 늘어난 장치 설비비용의 부담으로 인해 공정설계 엔지니어들은 열교환의 가능성을 무시하고 초기설계를 마치는 경우가 많다. 본 논문에서는 다품종 회분식 공정의 생산일정, 필요한 회분식장치의 크기, 그리고 열교환에 필요한 수학적인 식들로써 구성된 혼합정수 비선형 프로그램의 최적화 해를 구하여서 회분식 공정에서의 열교환 가능성과 그 경제성을 검토해 보고자 한다. 이해를 돕기 위하여 열교환 가능성이 있는 다품종 회분식 공정을 예로 들어 본 연구 결과를 적용해 보았다. Differently from continuous processes, the processing schedule of batch processes should be modified for heat exchange between batch streams. In most batch processes in which ZW policy is adopted, the heat integration causes the increased production cycle time that require the bigger batch equipments sizes. Process design engineers usually finish the initial batch process design neglecting the possibilities of heat integration due to the increased equipment costs in that case. In this study, the schedule of multi-product processes, the required equipments sizes and the heat exchange between batch streams are mathematically formulated in a mixed integer nonlinear programming. A solution of this formulation can be readily obtained with a commercial MINLP solver. Numerical examples are presented to illustrate the possibilities of heat exchange in a multi-product batch process.

직렬구조의 회분식 공정에서 저장시간제약을 고려한 다품종생산 공정운용 모델개발

회분식 공정은 공정내의 중간저장조의 크기, 위치 및 역할에 따라 UIS, NIS, FIS, ZW 등 4가지로 공정운용 방안을 분류할 수 있다. 이들 4가지 공정 mode를 대상으로 생산계획을 최적화하기 위하여 현재까지 개발된 공정운용 모델들은 중간저장조의 저장시간에 제약이 없는 경우에만 국한하고 있으므로 실제의 응용에 많은 제약이 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 제약을 완화하는 보다 일반화된 모델인 각 제품에 중간저장조의 저장시간이 제약이 있을 경우의 회분식 공정으로, 이때 각각에 대한 생산완료시간 예측 모델을 개발하였다. 또한 NIS-ZW 공정운용 방안과 ZW-NIS 공정운용 방안에 대한 생산계획 모델을 제시하고, 이들 결과를 바탕으로 일반적인 직렬구조의 회분식 공정에서 NIS와 ZW 운용방안이 번갈아 발생하는 형태의 공정운용에서의 조업완료시간 예측 모델을 개발하였으며, 이들 모델에 대한 수식해를 구하였다. The scheduling literature dealing with serial multiproduct systems has focussed on the determination of completion times for the various types of the intermediate storage policies such as UIS, FIS, NIS and ZW. In practical applications, time limitations will exist while storing the intermediate products in the storage vessel due to the time dependent changes of the chemical and physical properites. This paper presents an completion time calculation model for serial multiproduct batch process with storage time constraints. A set of recurrence relations for serial multiproduct processes in ZW and NIS policy is suggested. These results are used to describe an completion time algorithm for the case where NIS and ZW mode is used between pair of processing stages. Finally, these models were extended to treat the more usual case involving both policies in systems. The effectiveness of the proposed model is illustrated with a example.
핑거프린트 방식의 자기 공진형 무선전력전송코일 정렬 상태 개선 기법 연구

This paper proposes fingerprint-based positioning methods which can be used in a magnetic resonant wireless power transfer(WPT) system and verifies their performance. A new receiver coil with small orthogonal auxiliary coils is proposed to measure magnetic field signals in three axial directions. The magnitude and phase characteristics of the three-axis electromotive force can be obtained by using the proposed coil. To predict a position with the measured values, we propose a lookup table-based method and linear discriminant analysis-based method. For verification, the proposed methods are applied to predict 75 positions of the 6.78 MHz WPT system, and the performances such as accuracy and computation time are compared.
