This study is intended to set the criteria for the classification of prescription and non-prescription drugs, and classify hospital pharmacy formulations according to the criteria. 717 hospital pharmacy formulations were collected ken the Center for review and evaluation of health insurance, and national provincial offices. Hospital pharmacy formulations were evaluated based on the 'Guidelines on the Hospital Pharmacy Formulations (Notification No. 2000-46)'by the Ministry of Health and Welfare. Drug classification advisory committee was composed of twelve medical and pharmaceutical specialists, and suggested opinions on the drug classification. Among 717 formulations, 651 drugs $(90.8\%)$ satisfied the basic conditions for the hospital pharmacy formulations. 312 formulations $(43.5\%)$ were classified as drugs for the disinfection and tests. For the rest of them, 231 formulations were classified as prescription drugs whereas 108 drugs were as non-prescription drugs. 56 non-prescription drugs were included as hospital formulations, because there were no therapeutic alternatives. Iu sum 599 drugs $(83.5\%)$ were suggested as hospital pharmacy formulations. The study also recommends pharmaceutical companies to produce drugs of limited commercial value, and doctors to change their unique prescribing behavior in order to prevent the abuse of hospital pharmacy formulations.

One of the interesting social phenomena in short-form video platforms is the hashtag challenge wherein ordinary users are encouraged to create by imitating short viral videos on a particular theme. Despite the increasing popularity of hashtag challenges, theoretical discussion on related user behavior is still very insufficient. In this study, we attempted to examine the impact of micro-influencers in order to understand users' willingness to participate in hashtag challenges. For this purpose, the para-social interaction theory and imitation behavior literature were adopted as key theoretical basis. In an empirical investigation using 243 survey data from TikTok users, our study found that a user's illusion of intimacy with a micro-influencer (i.e., para-social interaction) had significant positive impact on the intention to participate in a hashtag challenge. This study also showed that the degree of para-social interaction in a short-form video platform was determined by both media content-related factors and media character-related factors (i.e., content attractiveness, physical attractiveness, and attitude homophily). Our work in this study provided significant theoretical and practical implications on how to leverage micro-influencers for the success of hashtag challenges in a short-form video platform.

The demand for pharmaco-economic data has increased since the introduction of positive list system for drug insurance. A survey was conducted for pharmaceutical companies, universities and hospitals to find the current states and barriers for pharmaco-economic studies in Korea. The results showed that even those who are in charge of pharmaco-economic studies at companies/universities had a limited technical expertise. Government should pay more attention to the education of the relevant manpower, and the production of national statistics needed for economic evaluation.

본 연구는 경비행장의 건설로 예상되는 편익을 추정하고 그 결과를 이용해서 경비행장의 경제적 가치를 측정한 것이다. 어느 시점에 어느 장소에 경비행장을 건설하느냐에 따라서 그 편익은 달라질 수 있는데 본 연구는 2017년 기준으로 경상남도 사천시의 경비행장 건설계획을 사례로 분석하였다. 중요한 편익으로 조종교육, 항공정비, 정비교육, 항공관광, 항공MICE 등 5대 사업에서 예상되는 순현금유입을 추정하였다. 경비행장 준공 후 5년간의 예상편익을 추정한 결과 조종교육에서 332백만 원, 항공정비에서 1,942백만 원, 정비교육에서 668백만 원, 항공관광에서 245백만 원, 엑스포와 캠프사업에서 1,465백만 원으로 나타났다. 단순히 편익을 추정하는 것에 그치지 않고 계속기업(going concern)으로서 경비행장의 경제적 가치를 평가하였다. 편익추정 결과를 갖고 DCF법에 근거한 고든모형(Gordon model)을 적용해서 산출한 경비행장의 경제적 가치는 1,192억 원으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과는 최근에 많은 지방자치단체들이 경비행장에 대해서 높은 관심을 갖고 있는 만큼 실무와 이론적인 측면에서 향후 유사사업을 추진하는 데에 유용한 정보를 제공할 수 있다고 본다. This study examines the benefits and estimates the economic value of an airfield at Sacheon-si Gyeongsangnam-do. The benefits are classified into five types: aviation education, aviation MRO, MRO education, aviation tour, and aviation MICE. The result of the estimation of the five types for the first five years are 332 million won, 1,942 million won, 668 million won, 245 million won, 1,465 million won respectively. The airfield can be understood as a going concern, so we calculated the economic value of the airfield with Gordon Model which is based on discounted cash flow method. The result of the calculation shows that the economic value of the airfield is 119,216 million won. Even though these results can vary according to the time of construction and the location of the airfield, the result of this study can be useful information to many local governments interested in an airfield.
관광중심항공사(TCC)의 설립이 지역경제에 미치는 효과

본 연구는 새로운 형태의 항공사로서 관광중심항공사(TCC)가 설립될 경우 지역경제에 나타날 경제적 파급효과를 분석한 것이다. 분석대상이 된 사례는 2017년 취항을 목표로 하고 있는 신설항공사인 FYY이다. 현재 항공운송사업면허를 신청 중인 FYY는 침체된 강원도 양양공항을 모기지로 취항할 계획인데 공항인근지역에 카지노, 호텔, 쇼핑센터 등 관광개발사업을 병행하여 적극적으로 항공수요를 창출한다는 점에서 일반적인 저비용항공사(LCC)와는 구별되는 우리나라 최초의 TCC라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 다지역 산업연관분석(MRIO)의 결과에 근거하여 TCC가 항공사업과 관광개발사업을 함께 진행함으로써 강원도지역에 나타날 경제적 파급효과를 측정하였다. 분석결과 개발사업이 완료되는 처음 8년간 생산유발효과는 7조 6,385억 원, 고용유발효과는 195,865명으로 나타났고 그 이후에는 매년 8,511억 원의 생산유발효과와 26,568명의 고용유발효과가 지속될 것으로 예측되었다. This study examines the effects of the establishment of TCC on the local economy using multi-regional input output analysis model. The TCC dealt in this study is FYY and the region is Gangwon-Do. TCC is different from the traditional LCC in that it develops tour and leisure complex together. So it is necessary to consider the effect of not only the airline project but also the tour and leisure complex. The results of this study which analysed these two effects are as follows : In the first eight years, which is the establishment period, the production inducement effect is 7,638.5 billion won and the employment inducement effect is 195,865 persons. Afterwards the production inducement effect of 851.1 billion won and the employment inducement effect of 26,568 persons are expected every year.
