      • 食品中에서 葡萄球菌 增殖에 미치는 溫度와 時間의 影響

        An investigation on growth response of Staphylococcus aureus B₂and 209p strains in foods was examined at low and high temperatures. The results are summerized as follows: 1. In food B (fish paste), Staphylococcus B₂and 209p exhibited weak growth of both organisms at temperatures from 4℃ through 8℃. But after five days incubation, growth of both Staphylococcus remarkably increased at a temperature 10℃. 2. In food C(beef), weak growth of both organisms was observed at 4℃ to 8℃. But both Staphylococcus underwent a gradual increase in numbers at 10℃ after five days incubation. 3. In food B(fish paste), both groups of organisms were observed to increase at 44℃ after 24 hours incubation, but decreased in numbers at 46℃ and 48℃. 4. In food C(beef), both groups of organisms at 44℃ showed a greater increase than the initial inoculums, but decreased at 46℃ after 18 hours incubation. 5. Good growth of the test organisms in two foods was observed at 35℃. 6. No difference was observed between both organisms at tested various temperatures and foods. 7. This result indicates that the temperature range of growth(incubation danger zone) for Staphylocooccus in foods of the studied types is 4℃ to 44℃.

        Attenuation Curves of Neutrons from 400 to 550 Mev/u for Ca, Kr, Sn, and U ions in Concrete on a Graphite Target for the Design of Shielding for the RAON In-flight Fragment Facility in Korea

        Rare isotope beam facilities require shielding data in early stage of their design. There is much lessshielding data on neutrons from the reactions between heavy ion beams and matter than the data onneutrons produced by protons. The purpose of the present work is to produce and thus increase theamount of shielding data on neutrons generated by high-energy heavy ion beams based on the RAON inflightfragment facility. Calculations were performed with the computational Monte Carlo codes PHITSand MCNPX. The secondary neutron source terms were evaluated at 550 MeV/u for Ca, Kr, and Sn and at400 MeV/u for U ions on a graphite target. Source terms and attenuation lengths were obtained by fittingthe ambient dose equivalent inside an ordinary concrete shield

        동일 조직 내 공무원과 비공무원 간의 직무태도 비교분석: 지속적 몰입을 중심으로

        대부분의 정부기관은 공무원과 비공무원 모두를 조직 구성원으로 하고 있으나, 지속적 몰입의 결정요인에 관한 선행연구는 공공부문의 공무원만을 연구 대상으로 하거나, 민간부문의 비공무원만을 대상으로 하고 있다. 본 연구는 공무원과 비공무원 모두를 조직 구성원으로 하는 국립대학 직원을 연구 대상으로 하여 공무원과 비공무원 두 직종 차이가 직무태도에 미치는 영향을 지속적 몰입을 중심으로 분석하였다. 구체적으로, 지속적 몰입의 선행변수로 개인 차원의 공공봉사동기, 조직 차원의 조직신뢰, 직무 차원의 직무자율성을 선정하고, 매개변수로 직무만족을 선정하여 지속적 몰입에 미치는 영향이 공무원과 비공무원이라는 직종 차이에 따라 다르게 나타나는지 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 공공봉사동기, 조직신뢰, 그리고 직무자율성이 직무만족을 매개로 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에 직종 차이가 조절효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 공무원의 경우 공공봉사동기가 직무만족과 지속적 몰입에 통계적으로 유의미하지 않았으나, 조직신뢰와 직무자율성은 직무만족을 매개로 지속적 몰입에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 나타냈다. 반대로, 비공무원의 경우 공공봉사동기가 직무만족을 매개로 지속적 몰입에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 나타냈으나, 조직신뢰와 직무자율성은 직무만족과 지속적 몰입에 유의미하지 않았다. 따라서 공무원과 비공무원 모두를 조직 구성원으로 하는 정부기관에서 차별적인 지속적 몰입 강화 방안을 모색할 필요가 있다. 공무원에게는 조직발전을 위한 비전에 기반한 합리적 의사결정, 파생적 업무 감축, 그리고 직원이 의사결정에 참여하는 민주적 업무관리 확대로 조직신뢰를 향상하고, 업무 수행 속도·순서·방식·절차 등에 대한 직무자율권을 부여해서 공무원의 직무만족 향상을 통해 조직에 계속 남고자 하는 지속적 몰입을 강화할 수 있다. 비공무원에게는 국가와 국민에 봉사하고자 하는 이타적 동기가 제고될 수 있도록 신분보장 강화와 처우개선을 위한 정책적 노력으로 공공봉사동기를 함양하여 비공무원의 직무만족 향상을 통해 지속적 몰입을 강화할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. Government agencies have both public servants and non-public servants as organizational members in many cases. The literatures on the determinants of continuous commitment have studied only public servants in the public sector or non-public servants in the private sector. This study analyzed the effect of occupational difference between public servants and non-public servants working in the same government agency on job attitudes, focusing on continuous commitment. Specifically, as the antecedent variables of continuous commitment, public service motivation at the individual dimension, organizational trust at the organization dimension, and job autonomy at the job dimension were used, and using job satisfaction as a moderating variables, it aims to analyze whether the effect on continuous commitment differed between public servants and non-public servants. The results of analysis show that occupational difference has a moderating effect on the effects of public service motivation, organizational trust, and job autonomy on organizational commitment through job satisfaction. In the case of public servants, organizational trust and job autonomy show statistically significant effects on continuous commitment through job satisfaction as a moderating variable. Conversely, in the case of non-public servants, public service motivation shows a statistically significant effect on continuous commitment through job satisfaction, but organizational trust and job autonomy have no significant effect on job satisfaction and continuous commitment. Therefore, it is necessary to take different steps to strengthen continuous commitment in government agencies that have both public servants and non-public servants as members of the organization. To public servants, rational decision-making based on a vision for organizational development, reduction of derivative work, and expansion of democratic work management in which employees participate in decision-making enhance organizational trust, by granting them autonomy over the speed, order, methods, and procedures of work performance the continuous commitment can be strengthened by improving job satisfaction of public servants. For non-public servants, policy efforts are required to strengthen status security and improve work environment, by cultivating public service motivation of non-public servants, continuous commitment can be strengthened by improving job satisfaction.

        4분할 광 검출기 상의 광점 크기가 변위 측정감도에 미치는 영향

        In this paper, we have measured the effect of the optical spot size, incident upon the quadrant photodetector, on the optical displacement sensitivity of the optical beam deflection technique. We have built an optical displacement detection system based on the optical beam deflection method using 3 ㎽ He-Ne laser and measured the displacement sensitivity with changing the optical spot size on the quadrant photodetector. We have also calculated the changes in the optical displacement sensitivity as a function of the incident laser spot size by modeling a circular optical spot with constant laser intensity. Our experimental and theoretical studies show that the optical displacement sensitivity increases with the decrease in the optical spot size. This suggests that in the design of the optical motion detection systems with sub-nanometer sensitivity, the displacement sensitivity can be optimized by reducing the size of the incident optical spot on the detector.

        While considering the rapid increase in the amount of electronic components and network buses in EV vehicles, the use of gateways in electronic control units (ECUs) is becoming more important. Therefore, the gateway is used as a central hub for interconnecting and processing data in the vehicle’s built-in network. In addition to microcontroller and peripheral functions, the gateway consists of several automotive networking interfaces such as CAN and LIN. In this paper, we introduce the optimization method of electric/electronic architecture and the method of securing VCU hardware flexibility through CAN bus load distribution and analysis of EPT parts function (ie VCU, BMS, MCU, OBC, EVCC).
