혐오표현과 젠더 차별 인식에 대한 연구

목적 본 연구는 혐오표현에 대한 인식이 젠더 차별에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 이를 통해 사회적 혐오와 젠더 차별 해소를 위한 방안을 모색하려는 것이다. 방법 시민 1,000명을 대상으로 혐오표현과 젠더 차별에 대한 설문조사를 실시하고, 혐오표현의 인식 차이와 성차별 및 성 소수자 차별 인식에 미치는 영향 요인을 분석하기 위해 차이검증과 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과 혐오표현 인식에서 성별과 연령별 인식의 차이가 있었으며, 혐오표현을 접한 경험이 있는 경우에 혐오표현에 대한 문제 인식이 큰 것으로 나타났다. 젠더 관련한 혐오인식을 차별적 태도, 혐오적 태도, 혐오표현 지지로 구분하여 영향요인을 분석한 결과, 성별, 연령, 차별 심각성, 차별 경험 등이 영향을 미치며, 특히 혐오표현에 대한 일반적 인식이 젠더 차별에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 사회 전반적으로 혐오표현에 대한 문제인식이 높아질 때 혐오와 차별문제를 해소할 수 있음을 보여준다. 결론 혐오와 차별은 긴밀하게 연결되어 있으며, 특정 집단에 대한 차별 해소 없이 혐오표현 문제를 해결할 수는 없을 것이다. 그러나 혐오표현에 대한 문제 인식과 규제를 통해 차별의 재생산 구조를 제한하고 개입할 수 있다는 점에서 혐오표현에 대한 정확한 이해와 인식제고를 위한 사회적 노력이 필요하다. 이를 위해서 온라인 경험이 높은 청소년 세대를 중심으로 혐오표현 대응교육과 미디어 리터러시 향상을 위한 교육과 기회가 먼저 마련되어야 할 것이다. Objectives This study analyzes the impact of perceptions of hate speech on gender-related discrimination and seeks to explore ways to eliminate social hatred and gender discrimination. Methods I surveyed 1,000 citizens about hate speech and discrimination and used the analysis of variance and regression analysis to analyze differences in citizens perceptions of hate speech and the impact factors on the perception of gender discrimination. Results There was a difference in perception by gender and age in the recognition of hate speech, and it was found that the perception of the problem of the experience of encountering hate speech was large. As a result of analyzing the impact factors by classifying gender-related hate perception into discriminatory attitudes, hateful attitudes, and support for hate speech, gender, age, severity of discrimination, and experience of discrimination have an effect. The results of this study show that discrimination can be resolved when the awareness of the problem of hate speech is raised in society as a whole. Conclusions The hate speech and discrimination are closely linked, and it will not be possible to solve the problem of hate speech without resolving discrimination against a specific group. However, an accurate understanding of hate speech and social efforts to eliminate the hate speech are necessary in that it is possible to limit and intervene in the reproduction structure of discrimination. To this end, education to respond to hate speech and improve media literacy should be prepared first, centering on the youth generation with high online experience.

죽음을 향한 모던 오디세이: 열차와 이민의 비극

This article analyzed the ways in which the representation of death due to the operation of trains changes in response to three periods that marked large fluctuations in immigration flows from Mexico and Central America. It aims to reveal that the violence of the train that causes immediate or consequential death of the migrants can also be approached from the perspective of mobility, identicality, and speed. In this study, the contradictory experiences with trains that go against their nature and purpose are transformed into the violence of the train, which recurs throughout many historical periods. The three works studied in this article, such as Norte by Edmundo Paz Soldán and Lost Children Archive by Valeria Luiselli, and the movie ‘Alambrista’ by Robert Young, reveal how trains as a space along with the rail tracks demonstrate the biological power of the state and the capitalistic logic of accumulation through exploit, repression, mobility, and speed. Each work revealed how the free mobility was ironically cooperative with the violence of forced migration and how a slow mode of freight train, rather than a fast vehicle, was paradoxically beneficial in an economy of exploitation. Ultimately, this study examined how the voices of the authors deepened the madness, imprisonment, vulnerability, and insecurity, expanding them to a more existential level, making the train journeys resemble a modern odyssey to death.

푸에르토리코의 인종주의를 읽는 세 가지 사회문화적 코드

This study examines the sociocultural background of negritude by delving into Caserios, Reggaeton, and Triguenos, which are interrelated with the racism deeply embedded in Puerto Rican society. These terms have also been discussed in relation to the ideological discourse of racial democracy, which has caused Puerto Rican people to be blind to silenced inequality and hegemonic racial policies. Caserios, housing projects for the poor urban class, are targeted by the state - sponsored project ‘Mano Dura’. Due to the policing, control and surveillance of this anticrime project, Caserios became perceived even more as residential communities of violence, poverty, and insecurity generally connected to the stigmatization of blackness. Reggaeton emerged as a mega hit genre of transnational Puerto Rican music in the 2000s, which in turn, drew attention to both the afrodiaspora in New York and the urban musical power in the Island. This musical genre serves to highlight the meaningfulness of black heritage in the national cultural identity of Puerto Rico. Triguenidad has recently become a common racial cultural term that embraces a broader racial paradigm of mestizaje. This term can function as an alternative concept of blackness, but it has not yet been transformed into enough cultural politics to resist ongoing racial democracy. The three terms intrinsically address both the uprooted racism and potential methods of challenging it. This paper argues the necessity of stronger and more responsive cultural politics to defy the pervasiveness and invisibility of racial discrimination in Puerto Rico.

산드라 시스네로스의 `나만의 집` - 집을 찾는 문학적 여정

The most recently published book of Sandra Cisneros, A House of My Own, is a rich recollection of personal essays about her life and work revolving around the theme of a house. This paper deals with Cisneros` relentless struggle to search for her house through her own voice revealed in A House of My Own. Her literary itinerary from The House on Mango Street through Woman Hollering Creek and Other Stories, and Caramelo or Puro Cuento, to Have You Seen Marie? is examined to provide an explicit and concrete account about which elements continue to motivate her search. The author endeavor to overcome a sense of shame imposed by oppressive myth in order to embody a transformative and subversive reconstruction of her past house. The author expands the significance of house to encompass the Mexican American community by weaving together family and national history into a fictional portrayal. Furthermore, she illustrates the house of spiritual networks intertwined by the relationship between life and death. Cisneros demonstrates an endless exploration about the real, historical, and symbolic connotations of the house, through which she hints at her strong commitment to Latino community and literary causes.

간호간병통합서비스병동 간호사의 환자안전간호활동 관련 요인

본 연구는 보호자 없이 간호인력이 24시간 환자를 간호하는 간호간병통합서비스병동 간호사의 환자안전문화인식, 간호전문직관, 피로와 환자안전간호활동의 관계를 확인하고, 환자안전간호활동 관련요인을 규명하고자 시도되었다. 자료는 2022년 7월 01일부터 7월 30일까지 수집되었고, 186부의 설문지가 이용되었다. 자료는 IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient와 다중회귀분석을 진행하였다. 분석결과, 환자안전문화인식과 간호전문직관이 높을수록 환자안전간호활동 수행정도가 높게 나타나는 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 간호간병통합서비스병동 간호사의 환자안전간호활동 수준을 높이기 위해서는 주기적이고 체계적인 교육프로그램을 활성화하는 등의 병원차원의 노력을 통하여 환자안전문화에 대한 인식을 공유하고 올바른 간호전문직관을 형성할 필요가 있다. This study was aim to understand the relationship between patient safety culture perception, nursing professionalism, fatigue and patient safety nursing activities of comprehensive nursing care service ward nurses and to identify factors related to patient safety nursing activities. Data were collected from July 01 to July 30, 2022, and 186 questionnaires were used. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression using SPSS WIN 26.0 program. As a result of the analysis, the higher the patient safety culture perception, the higher the nursing professionalism were identified as related factors for patient safety nursing activities. Therefore, in order to increase the level of patient safety nursing activities of comprehensive nursing care service ward nurses, it is necessary to share awareness of patient safety culture perception and form a proper nursing professionalism through hospital-level efforts such as activating periodic and systematic educational programs.

미국 아프로쿠바계 이민자의 다중적 정체성

The article analyzes the conflicting understandings regarding the recognition of anti-black racism in Cuban American communities, drawing from controversial debates about Evelio Grillo’s memoir, Marielitos and stigmatized images about Afro Cuban immigrants. It reveals that the recent movement of “neo-whitening” is openly brought up alongside with the dominance and celebration of whiteness of Cuban American diaspora in the U.S. While focusing on anti-black racism embedded in both the dominant society and the Latino community, it tries to propose the reconceptualization of ‘Afro-Latinidad’ based on multiple racial identities of Afro-Cuban Americans.

라이프스타일 샵 소비자의 소비가치가 점포 선택기준 및 구매의도에 미치는 영향

As `Lifestyle Shop` becomes a cultural space of consumption trend while it is highlighted as a new distribution form, the study started from problematic recognition that it is necessary to study on lifestyle shoppers. The purpose of the study is to investigate the effect of consumption values on selection criteria and purchase intention of lifestyle shoppers. The subjects of the study were female and male consumers in their 20~ 40s living in Seoul and metropolitan area who purchased the products in lifestyle shops. On-line questionnaire survey was conducted from Oct. 14 to Oct. 19, 2013. Finally, survey sheets of 316 participants were analyzed using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 20.0 program. The results of the study were as follows. First, regarding the influence of consumption values on shop selection criteria, functional value affected selection criteria of `shop` and `product.`Exotic value affected selection criteria of `reputation/fashion.` Hedonic value gave significant influences on selection criteria of `shop`only. Also, the value of pursuing fashion affected selection criteria of reputation/fashion. Second, As a result of investigating influences of shop selection criteria of shoppers on purchase intention, only `shop`selection criteria affected purchase intention. Third, there was a difference between direct and indirect influences in regard to the relationship of consumption value to purchase intention; exotic value and hedonic value gave direct influences. There was an indirect effect of the functional value on purchase intention through shop`selection criteria. The results of the study can be used in establishing marketing strategy of lifestyle shop which is an emerging retailing channel.

옴니채널 소비자의 구매 전 검색행동이 구매 후 만족 및 구전에 미치는 영향

Background The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of pre-purchase searching behavior on post-purchase satisfaction and word-of-mouth of omni-channel consumers by adapting AISAS theory. Methods An online survey was performed from November 7 to 10, 2016, targeting male and female consumers aged between 20 and 30, living in Seoul and the capital area, having the experience of shopping and purchasing fashion products. A total of 320 consumers responded to the survey, and the final analysis was conducted using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. Result The study results can be summarized as below. First, as a result of examining the effects of pre-purchase searching on satisfaction, online search influenced channel satisfaction. The smart search had significant effects on both channel and product satisfaction. Second, product satisfaction significantly influenced word-of-mouth. Lastly, channel satisfaction influenced word-of-mouth mediated by product. satisfaction. Conclusion The results of study are expected not only to contribute to providing practical implications for establishment of appropriate distribution strategies for omni-channel being highlighted in the distribution industry, but also to offer baseline data to the academic world lacking the research on omni-channel consumers.
