고굴절률 불화폴리이미드를 이용한 광도파로 위상변조기 제작 및 특성 분석

Fluorinated polyimide has excellent light transmittance and a high optical refractive index, and is useful for producing optical-waveguide phase modulators with low optical loss and low electric power consumption. In this work, an optical-waveguide phase modulator is designed and fabricated based on a high-refractive-index fluorinated polyimide, and its characteristics are measured. An efficient protocol for characterizing the loss components of the optical waveguide is proposed, and the propagation loss of the fabricated polyimide optical waveguide is confirmed to be 0.9 dB/cm. The phase modulator requires 9.1 mW of power for phase change of π, and the response time is 290 μs, which is improved by tenfold compared to a previous demonstration of polymeric phase modulators. 불화폴리이미드는 우수한 광투과율과 광학적 굴절률이 높은 특징을 가지며 이를 이용하여 제작된 폴리머 광도파로 위상변조기는 광손실이 작고 저전력으로 안정적인 위상제어가 가능하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 고굴절률 불화폴리이미드를 이용하여 광도파로 위상변조기를 설계하고 제작하여 특성을 분석하였다. 광도파로를 제작하여 손실을 측정하기에 효율적인 새로운 방법을 제시하였고, 제작된 폴리이미드 광도파로의 전파손실은 0.9 dB/cm로 확인되었다. 위상변조기는 π 위상변화를 위해 9.1 mW의 전력을 필요로 하였으며, 기존 폴리머 위상변조기 대비 응답속도가 10배 정도 향상된 290 μs 정도의 응답시간을 가지는 것을 확인하였다.

Purpose: This study is investigate the role conflict, professional self-concept, and job satisfaction degree of the physician assistant nurses, and to grasp the factors affecting job satisfaction. Methods: Data were collected from September to October, 2018 and 156 physician assistant nurses working at one certified tertiary hospital, four general hospitals, using self-report questionnaires. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe's test, Pearson's correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression. Results: The degree of job satisfaction of the subject was 2.76 out of 5. The influential factors in the job satisfaction of the subjects were professional self-concept (β=.51, p<.001), and role conflict (β=-.29, p<.001), affected job satisfaction by 53.5%. Conclusion: In order to improve the job satisfaction of physician assistant nurses, the role conflict should be solved and a plan to form a positive self-concept should be sought. Therefore, through the identification of the roles that are appropriate to the situation in Korea and the legal and institutional positioning, they will need to be recognized and developed.

Kicking Higher: Australian Taekwondo Athlete’s High-performance Pathway

목적 호주 태권도가 국제무대에서 강력한 위상을 구축하며 지속적으로 발전하고 있는 동향을 감안할 때, 본 연구는 이러한 성장세의 기초를 이루는 호주의 엘리트 태권도 우수선수 육성 체계와 그것이 성장에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 메소차원에서 분석하고자 한다. 방법 연구의 데이터 세트는 총 21개로 호주 태권도 협회, 컴벳 호주, 호주 스포츠 협회의 연간 보고서 및 간행물을 포함한다. 아울러 신뢰 있는 풍부한 데이터 확보를 위해 추가적으로 미디어, 비디오 콘텐츠, 기사 및 웹사이트에서 추출된 데이터와 함께 검토하였다. 결과 본 연구에서 도출된 결과는 크게 세 가지 주요한 통찰로 나뉜다. 첫째, 호주 태권도의 엘리트 육성 체계는 Austrlian TKD와 Combat AUS 라는 두 특징적인 조직이 주도하고 있으며, 조직간 협력은 태권도의 경쟁력을 높이는 데 필수적인 역할을 한다. 둘째, 호주 태권도 선수를 위해 제시된 엘리트 육성경로는 1) 미분류, 2) 신흥, 3) 개발, 4) 시상대 유망, 5) 시상대 준비, 6) 시상대 단계로 구성되어있다. 특히, 주목해야하는 점은 5~ 6) 단계에서 우수선수를 위해 Associate라는 차별화된 분류를 제시한다. 셋째, 호주 태권도의 국제적 성과를 향한 강한 의지와 열망은 국립 태권도 센터의 설립, 선수중심 코치 주도의 트레이닝 환경 구축, 한국에서의 전문 코치영입에서 찾아볼 수 있다. 결론 본 연구를 통해 AT와 Combat AUS의 전략적 프레임워크가 호주 태권도 선수의 성장과정에 있어 명확한 지침과 방향성을 제시하고 있음을 확인하였다. 이러한 연구 결과는 호주 태권도의 우수선수 육성 체계와 전략 그리고 정책 시스템을 이해하는 데에 중요한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다. Purpose This article seeks to examine the high-performance pathway of Australian Taekwondo and the potential influence that impacts recent growth in international Taekwondo events at the meso level. Method Utilising qualitative document analysis, this study reveals Australian Taekwondo’s policies, and systems, specifically high-performance pathway. Australian Taekwondo’s evolution, policies, and systems. Our dataset comprises 21 official documents, encompassing annual reports and publications from Australian Taekwondo, Combat Australia, and the Australian Institute of Sport. Supplementary data were sourced from media outlets, video content from Australian Taekwondo (AT), literature, articles, and official website information from Australia Taekwondo, Combat Australia (Combat AUS), the Australian Institute of Sport, and World Taekwondo (WT). Result Based on qualitative content analysis, this study presents three pivotal findings: First, the high-performance pathway of Australian Taekwondo is facilitated by two distinct organisations: AT and Combat AUS. Their collaboration aims for efficient and subdivided management of Taekwondo performance. The high-performance pathway for Australian Taekwondo is as follows: 1) Uncategorised, 2) Emerging, 3) Developing, 4) Podium Potential, 5) Podium Ready, and 6) Podium. An additional distinctive category, termed Associate, exists for athletes oscillating between the Podium Ready and Podium stages. Third, the formation of the National Performance Centre, which is athlete-centric and coach-led, along with the recruitment of a Korean coach signifies the high effort toward international growth of its performance. Conclusion This study reveals that AT and Combat AUS frameworks offer a well-defined trajectory for Taekwondo athletes in Australia, steering their progression from beginners to elite practitioners. The findings contribute to the presentation of an overview of Australia’s Taekwondo policy and system.

지역아동센터의 서비스 만족도가 이용아동의 학교적응 변화에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 지역아동센터에서 제공되는 서비스가 이용아동의 학교적응 변화에 미치는 영향을 종단적으로 살펴보는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 초등학교 4학년 지역아동센터 아동패널조사의 1차년도~4차년도 638명의 자료를 사용하였으며, 이차 잠재성장모형(Second-order Latent Growth Model)을 적용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 초등학교 4학년부터 중학교 1학년 시기까지의 학교적응 수준은 시간이 지날수록 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 지역아동센터에서 제공하는 학습지원, 상담, 친구관계 서비스 만족도가 높을수록 아동의 학교적응 초기값이 높았다. 반면, 문화 프로그램은 아동의 학교적응과 관련이 없었다. 셋째, 아동의 학교적응의 변화에는 상담, 친구관계 서비스가 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과를 토대로 지역아동센터 이용아동의 학교적응을 증진시킬 수 있는 센터 서비스 실시 방안에 대한 시사점이 논의되었다. This study examined low-income children’s school adjustment trajectory and the influence of community child-centers’ services on children’s adjustment in school overtime. Using the community child-center panel based on the 1st – 4th wave data including 638 children, second-order latent growth model was performed. Results showed that the levels of children adjustment in school had decreased through elementary school 4th grade to middle school 1st grade. Moreover, satisfaction with program service in academic support, counseling, and peer-relationship increased the level of school adjustment in the 4th grade. However, culture program was not significant in explaining children’s school adjustment. Furhermore, satisfaction with program service in counseling and peer-relationship were associate with the rate of change. Finally, interpretations and implications of these findings were discussed.

마음공부 기반 청소년 인성교육 프로그램 현황과 전망 : ‘심심풀이 M3’프로그램을 중심으로

본고에서는 ‘심심풀이 M3’가 어떠한 배경과 목적 아래 개발되고 내용이 구성되었는지 탐색하고, 청소년 마음공부 인성교육으로서 심심풀이 M3프로그램의 현황 및 성과와 전망에 대하여 논하고자 한다. 마음인문학연구소는 마음공부와 도덕교육을 통한 원만한 인격의 세계시민 양성이라는 기조 아래 인성교육을 통한 마음인문학의 사회 확산에 대한 연구를 꾸준히 진행하여왔다. 청소년 인성교육에 대한 관심과 연구 중, 2014년 마음인문학연구소는 희망숲인성교육센터과 연계하여 ‘심심(心心)풀이 Meta-Mind Meditation’을 개발하고 이후 추가로 프로그램을 수정·보완하였다. 현재는 업그레이드된 버전의 ‘심심풀이 Meta-Mind Meditation(심심풀이 M3)’가 현장에서 널리 시행되고 있다. 이와 같은 노력과 성과가 반영되어 청소년 마음공부 인성교육 심심풀이 M3는 문화체육관광부 평가 결과 청소년 사업에서 청소년 인성교육 최우수 프로그램(2016, 2017년), 우수프로그램(2014년)으로 선정된 바 있다. 심심풀이 M3 프로그램은 개발 이후 지속적인 개선이 있었으며, 프로그램 전문강사인 지도자 양성 교육 또한 다양한 형태로 확장되며 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 지금까지의 적용과 성과를 바탕하여 보다 많은 기관과 청소년에게 지속적으로 확장·보급될 것으로 전망할 수 있으며 이에 대한 발전 방안을 제안하였다. 심심풀이 M3 프로그램은 개발과 개선에 참여한 연구진과 위원 및 강사의 전문성과 실제적인 마음공부에 기반한 청소년 인성교육으로 많은 긍정적인 성과를 이루어냈다. 이에 따르는 기대와 사명 또한 무겁게 다가온다. 향후 심심풀이 M3 프로그램의 지속적인 발전과 적용이 청소년 대상 인성교육프로그램에 선구적인 좋은 모델을 제시할 수 있음을 기억하고 나아가야 할 것을 강조한다. In this article, we will explore what background and purpose of Simsim-puri Meta-Mind Meditation(M3) was developed and composed, and discuss the current status, performance, and prospects of the ‘Simsim-puri M3’ character education program. The Institute of Mind Humanities has been conducting research under the goal of cultivating world citizens with good character through mind study and moral education on the proliferation of mind humanities through social education by means of the study of mind and humanity education. As an interest and research on youth character education, in 2014, the Institute of Mind Humanities developed the Simsim-puri Meta-Mind Meditation in connection with the Hope Forest Character Education Center, and subsequently modified and supplemented the program. Currently, an upgraded version of the Simsim-puri Meta-Mind Meditation(M3) is widely implemented in the field. As a result of these efforts and achievements, the M3 program was selected as the Best Program for Youth Character Education (2016, 2017) and the Excellent Program (2014) by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. Since the development of the Simsim-puri M3 program, there has been continuous improvement, and the training program to train leaders who are professional instructors of the program has also been expanded in various forms. Based on the application and achievements so far, it can be expected to continue to expand and distribute to more institutions and adolescents, and suggested development plans for this. The Simsin-puri M3 program achieved many positive results through the character development of adolescents based on the professionalism and practical mind study of the researchers, consultants, and lecturers who participated in the development and improvement. The expectations and missions that come with this are also approaching heavily. It should be emphasized that the future development and application of the M3 program can provide a good model for pioneering character education programs for adolescents.
