As the population decline and aging accelerate, the crisis of regional extinction is emerging, especially in local cities in Korea. The regional crisis is closely linked to the corporate ecosystem of the region, as deterioration of the corporate ecosystem by region leads to a decrease in the number of employees and production personnel. From a macro perspective, indicators such as increase and decrease of population and employment, entry and exit rate of firms are being examined to monitor regional crises, but data-based corporate ecosystem monitoring has not yet been conducted. Accordingly, in this study, a model that can monitor the local business innovation ecosystem using corporate microdata was established, and the business innovation ecosystem by 17 cities and provinces was examined based on the developed model. First of all, a total of ten indicators related to soundness and innovation capacity of firms were analyzed to build the model. Based on the built model, a total of 3,071,573 observations were used to diagnose the business innovation ecosystem by city and province between 2014 and 2020. Consequently, it was confirmed that the business innovation ecosystem of each city and province appeared differently. Based on these research results, we would like to suggest as policy implications that it is necessary to establish data that measures the business innovation ecosystem by region, prepare a monitoring system from a micro perspective, and establish customized regional policies by region. 인구 감소와 고령화가 가속화되면서 수도권 외 지역을 중심으로 지역소멸위기가 부각되고 있다. 특히, 지역별 기업생태계 악화는 고용 인원과 생산 인력의 감소로 이어져 지역 위기는 해당 지역의 기업생태계와 밀접하게 연계되어 있다. 현재 정부 및 지자체는 거시적인 관점에서 지역 위기를 모니터링하기 위해 인구 및 고용의 증감, 기업의 진입 및 퇴출률 등의 지표를 살펴보고 있으나, 아직 미시 데이터 기반의 지역의 비즈니스혁신생태계 모니터링은 이루어지지 않고 있습니다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 기업의 재무데이터를 활용하여 17개 시·도별 비즈니스혁신생태계를 진단·분석해보고자 한다. 우선, 모델 구축을 위해 기업의 재무건전성 및 혁신역량과 관련된 총 10개의 지표를 선정하였으며, 구축된 모델을 바탕으로 2014년부터 2020년까지 총 3,071,573개의 관측치를 활용하여 시·도별 비즈니스혁신생태계를 진단하였다. 분석 결과 인구소멸지역이 많이 분포하고 있는 부·울·경 지역의 비즈니스혁신생태계가 상대적으로 낮은 수준을 보이는 것으로 나타났으며, 최근 5년간 시계열분석을 살펴보아도 비즈니스혁신생태계가 개선되는 모습도 크게 나타나지 않았다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 지역별 비즈니스혁신생태계 측정을 위한 신뢰성 높은 데이터 구축, 각 지역별 비즈니스혁신생태계 모니터링 시스템 마련, 지역별 맞춤형 지역 정책 수립의 필요성을 정책적 시사점으로 제시하고자 한다.
On Short Argument Scrambling: A contrastive focus movement approach

The aim of this paper is to explore the motivation for the short argument scrambling and its general properties (its A- and A'-property of scrambling). Regarding the former, we propose that scrambling consists of a two-step process: object shift (A-movement) and contrastive-focus driven movement (A'-movement). Regarding the latter, we resolve the puzzle related to both binding and the mitigation of WCO effects, assuming that scrambling has only A'-movement property against the traditional assumption that short scrambling has properties of both A- and A'-movement. We also show that the A-movement properties of short argument scrambling result from the operation object shift.

The practical design methodology of a three-phase dual active bridge (3ph-DAB) converter applied to low voltage direct current (LVDC) applications is proposed by using a mathematical model based on the steady-state operation. An analysis of the small-signal model (SSM) is important for the design of a proper controller to improve the stability and dynamics of the converter. The proposed lead-lag controller for the 3ph-DAB converter is designed with a simplified SSM analysis including an equivalent series resistor (ESR) for the output capacitor. The proposed controller can compensate the effects of the ESR zero of the output capacitor in the control-to-output voltage transfer function that can cause high-frequency noises. In addition, the performance of the power converter can be improved by using a controller designed by a SSM analysis without additional cost. The accuracy of the simplified SSM including the ESR zero of the output capacitor is verified by simulation software (PSIM). The design methodology of the 3ph-DAB converter and the performance of the proposed controller are verified by experimental results obtained with a 5-kW prototype 3ph-DAB converter.
