An understarding of men and human relations in paramount to good management. So, the management of men remains the main concern of management in the hotel industry. Hotel emploees work under completely different circumstanes from general manufacturing industry. The product of their work is hospitality from human relations. Hospitality needs a close and knowing relationship among the management, emploee and guest. The work situation changes from individual to individual and changies within a servicing process of each. So, an important responsibility of the hotel management is management of human relations. In this respect, this thesis suggested a device of human relations suitable for the characteristic of Hotel industry. Those are suggestion system of emploee, cultivation of manager's conselling ability, morale survey and communication.

This study is to designed to suggest the master plan of development plan which is examined the fourist potential resources in Chinju district. In chapter Ⅱ, analyced the character of Chinju district as a fourist resort, in result, Chinju is a growthing spot assimilating neighboring district, and presented human and natural resources to tourist complex resort. In chapter Ⅲ, studyed tourist resources status and developing status, and examined the valuable degree of tourist resources in natural, cultural, social, and industrial aspects. In chapter Ⅳ, showed the directions of tourist development, and those suggested five aspects as overceming geographical tourist resources, developing, expanding dynamic Tourist resources, specializing tourist goods, developing riverside resources, and inspiring neighboring citizen's participation consciousness. As the result of this study, the character of toruist resources in Chinju district has a complex as natural and human resources, and Chinju district has a character as a complex tourist resources. The directions of these development should deal with preservation and protection, distribution of developing effects on the basis of developing concept which is minimized social cost.

유동법에 의한 용융 ZnCl<sub>2</sub> 및 FeCl<sub>2</sub>의 증기압 측정

Chloride-based fluxes such as NaCl-KCl are used in the refining of Al melt. The vapor pressure of the chloride is one of the fundamental pieces of information required for such processes, and is generally high at elevated temperatures. In order to measure the vapor pressure for chlorides, the apparatus for the transpiration method was assembled in the present study. The vapor pressure of $ZnCl_2$ and $FeCl_2$, which is related with the process of aluminum refining and the recovery of useful elements from iron and steel industry by-products, was also measured. In the measurement of vapor pressure by the transpiration method, the powder of $ZnCl_2$ or $FeCl_2$ in a alumina boat was loaded in the uniform zone of the furnace with a stream of Ar. The weight loss of $ZnCl_2$ and $FeCl_2$ after holding was measured by changing the flow rate of Ar gas (10 sccm -230 sccm), and the partial pressures of $ZnCl_2$ and $FeCl_2$ were calculated. The partial pressures within a certain range were found to be independent of the flow rate of Ar at different temperatures. The vapor pressures were measured in the temperature range of 758-901K for $ZnCl_2$ and 963-983K for $FeCl_2$. The measured results agreed well with those in the literature.
