        보육교사와 학령전기 아동 어머니의 아동 건강증진 교육요구

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the needs for children's health promotion education programs as perceived by child care center teachers and mothers. Methods: This study conducted a survey of 88 child care center teachers and 70 mothers of preschool children in Seoul from January 4 to February 5, 2016. This study aimed to characterize the current conditions of health promotion education for preschool children and the needs for health promotion education as perceived by child care center teachers and mothers of preschool children. Results: Areas of high need for health promotion education included lifestyle improvements for preventing diseases in children and awareness of the importance of health in educational objectives, standardized educational manuals, health educators as educators, child care centers as educational places, local health centers as educational support organizations, regular class hours as educational time, role play for training, and actual models in the educational medium. The educational subjects for which a high need was reported included safety and accident prevention, the role of smartphones and TV watching in mental health, and personal hygiene and disease prevention. Conclusion: These findings suggest that it is necessary to develop a health promotion education program for preschool children.

        아이돌보미 여성의 지각된 건강상태, 우울, 직무스트레스가 직무만족도에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: This study examined the effect of perceived health status, depression and job stress on job satisfaction among child care providers. Methods: Data were from a convenient sample of 154 child care providers with a self-administered questionnaires from July 6th to September 26th, 2013. Collected data were analysed on SPSS WIN 18.0. Results: Child care providers had above medium degree of perceived health status, low degree of depression, low degree of job stress and above medium degree of job satisfaction. Predictive factors of job satisfaction among child care providers included job stress(Adj.$R^2$=.216, ${\beta}$=-.425, p<.001). Conclusion: These results suggest that educational program development needs to increase the job satisfaction among child care providers. Exploration of strategies to reduce the job stress will be necessary in order to increase of the job satisfaction.

        여성의 생식건강에 관한 국내 연구동향 : 1995년 이후 연구에 대한 고찰

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the research methods, topics and trend in reproductive health on women in Korea. Method: We reviewed 102 studies from the electronic database of KISS, RISS, NDSL, and PubMed, and finally selected 13 studies based on relevant criteria. Result: With regard to research methods, the majority of studies used survey research. As for the research themes, reproductive health status was most common. For study results, knowledge status of pregnancy and contraception were higher in university students. High school female students' level of sexual awareness was higher than that of male students. Around 30% of college students experienced direct sexual behavior. Ten percent of college students who had sexual experience had an unplanned pregnancy. About half of married women had experienced artificial termination of pregnancy at least once. Conclusion: The results of this study provide a basis for the improvement of women's reproductive health.

        심리운동프로그램이 보육교사의 자아탄력성과 보육효능감에 미치는 효과

        본 논문은 심리운동프로그램이 보육교사의 자아탄력성과 보육효능감에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위해 시도되었다. 본 연구의 대상자는 서울시 J구의 8개 어린이집의 보육교사로서 최종 대상자는 실험군 18명, 대조군 19명 이었다. 중재프로그램으로 1회 4시간, 주 2회, 총 10회, 총 40시간의 심리운동프로그램을 보육교사에게 제공하였다. 자료수집은 2017년 9월 2일부터 11월 12일 사이에 이루어졌으며 수집된 자료는 독립표본 Wilcoxon-Mann-Whitney test로 분석하였다. 연구결과는 심리운동프로그램이 보육교사의 자아탄력성과 하위요인인 대인관계 효율성 향상에 유의한 효과가 있음을 보여주었으며 이를 통해 보육교사의 자아탄력성 관리와 지원을 위한 기초근거를 마련의 가치가 있었음을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 보육교사의 직무에서의 적응과 대처능력 향상에 도움이 될 수 있는 방안을 제시하였으므로 그의미와 가치가 있다고 판단된다. The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of Psychomotor program on the child care teacher's ego resilience and childcare efficacy. The subjects of this study are childcare teachers of eight daycare centers in J-gu, Seoul. The final subjects were 18 in the experimental group and 19 in the control group. Psychomotor program was provided to the experimental group, which consisted of four hours per session, two sessions per week, and a total of ten sessions. Data collection took place between September 2 and November 12, 2017. Collected data were analyzed by independent sample Wilcoxon-Mann-Whitney test. In this study, the Psychomotor program had a significant effect on improving ego resilience and childcare efficiency of interpersonal relationships which is lower factor of the ego resilience. Through this study, we identified it was worth establishing a basic basis for managing and supporting ego resilience of child care teachers, and that it was meaningful to suggest ways to help them adapt and cope with their job duties.

        아이돌보미 여성의 근무환경, 직업정체성, 직무만족도가 이직의도에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: This study examined the impact of working environment, job identity, and job satisfaction on turnover intention among child care providers. Methods: Data were collected from a sample of 146 child care providers using self-administered questionnaires from May 1 to July 20, 2014. The data were analyzed with SPSS 18.0. Results: Child care providers had a middle level of job identity, job satisfaction, and turnover intention. Turnover intention among child care providers was significantly predicted by age, job satisfaction, and income satisfaction. Conclusion: These results suggest that intervention and strategy development are needed to decrease turnover intention among child care providers. Exploration of strategies to increase the job satisfaction and income satisfaction are needed, in order to reduce turnover intention.

        프랑스 교육복지안전망 연구 -2015년 우선교육정책재설립 시행을 중심으로-

        본 연구에서는 프랑스 교육복지정책의 기본노선인 우선교육정책과 그 연계운영방식인 프랑스 교육복지안전망의 우선교육네트워크를 분석하였다. 프랑스 교육안전망의 개념은 2원적인 의미를 갖고 있다. 1차적인 연계망은 학교간 교육연계망으로 이루어진 우선교육네트워크의 기능이고, 2차적인 연계망은 우선교육네트워크-시ㆍ구청-교육지원청-지자체 민ㆍ관 교육협력기관으로 이루어진 다자적인 교육연계망의 기능이다. 즉 우선교육정책 안의 교육연계망은 교육거점 중학교를 중심으로 유치원-초등학교-중학교를 총체적으로 아우르는 학교단위 교육협력을 도모하게 할 뿐 아니라 시ㆍ구청 및 지역사회 민ㆍ관 교육연계기관과 다자적인 교육협력 운영체제를 이루게 한다. 학교는 모두를 위한 열린 장소로서 교육네트워킹을 작동시키는 구심점의 역할을 하고, 이는 현장중심의 자율적 시스템으로 이어져 지역교육자원의 체계화와 통합에 일조하고 있다. 우선교육정책을 중심으로 작동되는 프랑스 교육안전망의 의의는 첫째, 본 정책을 계기로 아동ㆍ청소년의 총합적 생활세계를 위한 통합교육네트워킹 시스템 구축이 시작되었다는 점, 둘째, 학교내-학교간-학교밖의 교육협력이 활성화된 점, 셋째, 본 정책과 도시개발정책의 공동참여로 지역교육공동체에 대한 인식을 강화시킨 점, 마지막으로 기타 아동ㆍ청소년정책과 연계를 통한 부처 간 사업에 시너지 역할을 할 수 있다는 점이다. 교육지원체제로서 교육네트워크가 교육복지안전망의 핵심적 작동방식이라는 점은 이제 막 교육복지우선지원사업과 함께 교육안전망 구축을 정착하기 시작한 한국에 주는 시사점은 다의적일 것이다. This study analyses "la Politique d`education prioritaire" and its "networking system" which leads to the fundamental educational welfare policy in France. French educational network system is defined by two functions : One is the inter-school networking system, the second is the multiple educational networking system with various organizations such as city hall-office of education-governmental and non governmental associations. Above all, this inter-school educational networking system promotes constantly school unit`s cooperation as common projects and programs between preschool and elementary school and middle school. In this context, school is considered as an open place for all and has a central function for educational autonomous networking which aims at the consolidation of local educational resources. The French educational networking system`s implications are as following; firstly, building a synthetical educational networking system which combines youth`s overall everyday life with integral welfare youth policy, secondly, revitalizing intra - inter - outside of school`s educational cooperation, thirdly, reinforcing the local education community due to the city development policy and the educational priority policy, and finally promoting the synergy`s effects in terms of inter-ministerial working for other youth policies. The fact that the networking as the key for the success of educational welfare safety could suggest multiple learning points for Korea which has just started to settle the educational networking system with the "educational welfare priority plan".
