        PVA-Al(III) 착물 첨가 $UO_2$소결체와 AlOOH 첨가 $UO_2$소결체의 소결 특성 비교

        The sintering characteristics of PVA-Al(III) complex added $UO_2$ pellet and AlOOH added $UO_2$pellet were compared. The major phase of PVA-Al(III) complex and AlOOH decomposed at $1000^{\circ}C$ in $H_2$atmosphere was $\theta-Al_2O_3$. Compared with the apparent density of pure $UO_2$, that of AlOOH added $UO_2$ powder was higher but that of PVA-Al(III) complex was lower. the densification of AlOOH added $UO_2$ pellet was initiated at about $800^{\circ}C$, the densification of PVA-Al(III) complex added $UO_2$ pellet was initiated at about $900^{\circ}C$ respectively. In a view of pore size distribution, the PVA-Al(III) complex added $UO_2$ pellet appeared as monomodal type, whereas the AlOOH added $UO_2$ pellet appeared as bimodal type. The grain size of AlOOH added $UO_2$ pellet was about $13\mu\textrm{m}$ but the grain size of PVA-Al(III) complex added $UO_2$ pellet was increased up to about $36\mu\textrm{m}$.

        호 알카리성 Alcaligenes sp.가 생산하는 ${\gamma}$-Polyglutamic Acid의 기능성 및 리올로지 특성

        Some functional and rheological properties of the ${\gamma}$-polyglutamic acid(${\gamma}$-PGA) produced from alkalophilic Alcaligenes sp. were investigated. Viscosity synergism with thickening agents, capacities for gelling, entrapig of heavy metals, and flocculability of ${\gamma}$-PGA were not observed, but the relatively good compatability with various polyvalent metallic ins, excellent absorption ability and spinability were observed. The ${\gamma}$-PGA solution showed non-Newtonian flow behavior and exhibited pseudoplastic property with a yield stress at above 1% concentration. The values of flow index for 1% solution were in the range of 0.41∼0.75 showing shear rate dependency and the value of yield stress was 2.28 Pa. The value of consistency index was 0.868 Pa$.$Sn and was exponentially dependent on concentration.

        호 알칼리성 Alcaligenes sp.가 생산하는 ${\gamma}$-Polyglutamic Acid의 용액 특성

        The high viscous ${\gamma}$-polyglutamic acid(${\gamma}$-PGA) from alkalophilic Alcaligenes sp. was purified and its solution property was investigated. The intrinsic viscosities for Na+ form and H+ form of ${\gamma}$-PGA were 31.1 and 0.38d$\ell$/g, respectively. The viscosity of H+-PGA was not influenced by pH or salts while that of Na+-PGA was influenced. The intrinsic viscosity of Na+-PGA solution decreased remarkably at the alkaline or acidic pH and showed the sharp decrease when salts were added. ${\gamma}$-PGA exhibited the property of the polyelectrolyte showing the .sharp decrease of intrinsic viscosity by the addition of NaCl, and intrinsic viscosity of dilute solution with the low concentration of NaCl was exponentially dependent on temperature and its temperature dependency increased with increasing NaCl concentration. The chain stiffness, coil overlap parameter and critical concentration of Na+-PGA were 0.08, 5.25 and 0.07g/d$\ell$, respectively.

        예비유아교사의 자기존중감이 행복플로리시에 미치는 영향에서 교직적성과 전공만족도의 매개효과

        The purpose of the study was to investigate the mediating effect of teaching aptitude and major satisfaction on the relationship between self-esteem and flourishing of pre-service early childhood teachers. The research participants were 298 early childhood pre-teachers in G-do. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS 21.0 program. The results of this study are as follows: Firstly, there was significant correlation between self-esteem, teaching aptitude, major satisfaction and flourishing of pre-service early childhood teachers. Secondly, self-esteem, major teaching aptitude and satisfaction showed a statistically significant impact on pre-service early childhood teachers’ flourishing, these explained pre-service early childhood teachers’ flourishing total 68%. Thirdly, teaching aptitude and major satisfaction showed the complete mediating effect on the relationship between self-esteem and flourishing of pre-service early childhood teachers. This study is meaningful in that it provided the basic data for improving pre-service early childhood teachers’ flourishing.

        영지(Ganoderma lucidum) 균사체의 액체배양에 의한 세포외 생물고분자의 생산조건과 특성

        새로운 생물산업소재의 탐색 및 개발연구의 일환으로 Ganoderma lucidum(영지1호) 균사체의 액체배양에 의하여 세포외 생물고분자의 생산을 위한 최적 생산조건을 검토하였고, 생성 생물고분자를 분획 정제하여 이의 성분특성을 조사하였다. 세포의 생물고분자 생산을 위한 최적 배양조건은 glucose 5%, yeast extract 0.5%, (NH_4)_2HPO_4 0.1% 및 KH_2PO_4 0.05%(w/v)를 함유한 배지에서 pH 5.0, 온도 30℃ 및 교반속도 100 rpm일 때 얻어졌다. 이들 조건하에서 7일간 플라스크 배양하였을 때, 최대의 균체 및 세포외 생물고분자 농도는 각각 15.2 및 18.8 g/l이었으며, 비생육속도, 비기질소비속도 및 비생산속도는 각각 0.039 hr^-1, 0.043 gg ^-1hr^-1이었다. 세포의 생물고분자는 실온의 물추출에 의하여 수용성 및 물불용성 다당류로 분획되었으며, 두 시료 모두 97% 이상의 당을 함유하였다. 수용성 생물고분자 분획(BWS)과 물불용성 분획(BWI)은 모두 glucose, galactose, mannose, xylose 및 fucose를 함유하였으며, 구성당의 몰비는 각각 3.6 : 1.5 : 2.1 : 0.5: trace 및 2.9 : 3.1 : 2.0 : 1.6 : 0.3이었다. For the screening and the development of the new bio-material, cultural conditions for the exo-biopolymer (EBP) production through the submerged cultivation of Ganoderma lucidum mycelium were investigated. Also, the fractionations and the purifications of the exo-biopolymer were carried out and the chemical compositions of the exo-biopolymer were examined. The optimal culture conditions for the exo-biopolymer production were pH 5.0, 30℃ and 100 rpm of agitation speed in the medium containing of 5% (w/v) glucose, 0.5% (w/v) yeast extract, 0.1% (w/v) (NH_4_)_2HPO_4, and 0.05% (w/v) KH_2PO_4. In the flask cultivation for 7 days under these conditions, the concentration of the maximum exo-biopolymer and the cell mass were 15.4 g/l and 18.8 g/l, respectively. The specific growth rate was 0.039 hr^-1. In addition, the substrate consumption rate, and the exo-biopolymer production rate were 0.043 gg ^-1hr^-1 and 0.025 gg ^-1hr^-1, respectively. The exo-biopolymer was fractionated into BWS (water soluble exo-biopolymer) and BWI (war insoluble exo-biopolymer) by the water insoluble exo-biopolymer) by the water extraction, and the sugar contents fo two fractions were higher than 97% (based on dry basis). The components sugar of BWS and BWI fractions were glucose, galactose, mannose, xylose, and fucose. Their molar ratios were 3.6:1.5:2.1:0.5: trace and 2.9:3.1:2.0:1.6:0.3, respectively.

        노인수형자를 위한 심리치료 프로그램 개발에 관한 연구

        노인수형자들의 숫자가 증가하고 이에 따른 교정비용의 증가에 따라 선진국들은 노인수형자 문제에 관심을 가지고 처우나 프로그램 개발에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있는데, 한국에서는 이제 관심이 시작된 초기단계라 볼 수 있다. 지금까지 노인수형자들의 신체적 건강문제에 더 초점이 맞추어져 있으며, 정신건강 문제는 소홀히 다루어지고 있다. 그러나 심리적 스트레스는 질병과도 밀접한 연관이 있는만큼 노인수형자의 심리적 문제에도 관심을 기울여야 한다. 심리적 문제가 해결되지 못하고 축적되면 교도소 내 적응에 어려움을 겪게되어 사고를 일으키기도 하며, 더 나아가 정신질환으로 진행하게 된다. 노인수형자들은 젊은 수형자들과 달리 특징적으로 우울증이 가장 높으며, 이밖에 치매나 교도소화 문제가 나타나고 있다. 또한 가족관계의 약화, 빈곤, 그리고 심리적 불안정 등으로 재범율이 높으며 출소 후에도 사회에 적응하지 못하고 다시 교도소로 들어오는 경우가 있다. 교정치료 프로그램은 재범방지에 효과가 있다는 것이 검증되었다. 따라서 본 논문은 노인수형자들의 심리적 문제를 해결하기 위한 방안을 모색하는데 목적을 두고 심리치료 프로그램을 개발하였다. 구체적인 목표는 스트레스 관리능력을 증진시키고, 자아통제감과 대인관계기술을 향상시켜 우울증을 감소시키는 것이다. 이를 위해 인지행동치료, 스트레스 관리훈련, 회상요법을 적용시켜 노인수형자에게 효과적인 집단심리치료 프로그램모형을 개발하였다. 프로그램의 효과성을 검증하지 못한 제한점이 있으나, 노인수형자의 심리적 문제의 심각성을 고취시키고 심리치료방안을 모색한 첫 시도로서의 의의가 있다고 본다. Even though the number of the elderly inmates are increasing in the last two decades, there is little concern in a correctional treatment program in Korea. The elderly prisoners suffer from depression, dementia, and stress. The factors influencing depression are helplessness, hopelessness, weak physical condition, low family ties, prison environment, and so on. If the psychological problems are not resolved, the elderly tend to fail in adaptation in prison and integration into community after release from prison. The purpose of this study is to develop the correctional treatment program for the elderly inmates. The cognitive-behavior therapy, stress management training, and reminiscence therapy are used for theoretical framework of correctional treatment program. Based on these theories, the model of correctional treatment program for the elderly inmates is developed. The limitations of this study and recommendations for the future study are discussed.

        PVA-Al(III) 착물이 UO$_2$ 소결체의 기공형성과 결정립성장에 미치는 영향(I)

        The characterization of the complexation reaction of PVA and Al(III) ion at different pH and the sint-ering behaviour of UO2 containing the PVA-Al(III) complexes were investigated. Compared with pure PVA powder the complexed PVA-Al(III) powder had compacter shape and lower decomposition temperature The major phase of PVA-Al(III) complex decomposed at 90$0^{\circ}C$ was $\alpha$-Al2O3 The PVA-Al(III) complex formed at pH 9 had the lowest relative viscosity the highest Al content of 36% and the smallest particle size of 19${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ While the pure UO2 pellet appeared with bimodal one. The grain size of the pure UO2 pellet was 7${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ but that of the PVA-Al(III) complex added UO2 pellet was increased up to 36${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ The largest grain size was ob-tained when the PVA-Al(III) complex formed at pH9 was added and the PVA-Al(III) complex formed at pH 11 had the greatest effect on increasing pore size.
