In this study, the average in-situ stress in metallic thin film was measured during deposition of the Cu thin films on the Si(111) wafer and then the phenomenon of stress shift by the interruption of deposition was measured using Cu thin films. We have observed the stress shift in accordance with changing amount of atom"s movement between the surface and grain boundary through altering the grain size of the Cu thin film with variety of parameters. The grain size is known to be affected on the deposition rate, film thickness and deposition temperature. As a experimental results, the these parameters was not adequate to explain stress shift because these parameters affect directly on the amount of atom"s movement between the surface and grain boundary as well as the grain size. Thus, we have observed the stress shift toward tensile side in accordance with the grain size changing through the interlayer deposition. From an experiment with inserting interlayer before deposit Cu, in thin film which has big grain size with high roughness, amount of stress movement is higher along direction of tensile stress after deposition that means, after deposition process, driving force of atoms moving in grain boundary and on the surface of the film is relatively higher than before.

Purpose: This study aimed to explore perception level of health care professionals on legislation for advanced practice nurses’roles focusing and practice acts. Methods: The 173 participants in this study were medical specialists and clin-ical nurses in one territory and two general hospitals. Results: Health care professionals expressed positive perceptions of the legislative acts for advanced practice nurses’roles. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test and ANOVA. Health care professionals expressed positive cognition of the legislative acts for advanced practice nurses’roles. Conclusions: The findings indicate that the importance, satisfaction and contribution of advanced practice nurses’acts, and legislation of their roles are recognized. Indicate a need for further development of advanced practice nurses’roles to overcome the gaps identified through this research.

본 논문은 파 이토치(PyTorch) 및 파이로(Pyro) 조합을 이용한 모션 특징 표현을 다룬다. 각종 센서에서 측정되는 모션데이터는 신체 활동 패턴을 기반으로 이루어지며, 일반적으로 시간에 따라 변화하며 고차원이다. 이러한 데이터의 특성을 단순히 추출된 데이터 자체를 활용하여 분석하기는 매우 어렵다. 이에 따라, 데이터의 특성을 표현하는데 있어 추출된 데이터가 아닌, 그 특성을 내포하는 어떠한 특징공간의 필요가 제기된다. 본 논문은 이러한 특징공간으로 잠재 공간(Latent space)을 사용하여 특징을 표현하는 문제를 고려한다. 이를 위하여 스마트폰 센서와 동적 잠재 공간 표현 방법론을 외부메모리와 함께 활용한다. 구체적인 코드 구현은 파이토치/파이로 조합을 이용하며, 실험 결과는 우수한 응용가능성을 보여준다. This paper deals with motion feature representation using PyTorch and Pyro combination. Motion data measured via a variety of sensors are based on physical activity patterns, and are typically time dependent and high-dimensional. It is very difficult to analyze the characteristics of such data by simply utilizing the extracted data themselves. Thus, the need for their dynamic and inherent features, rather than the extracted data, is raised in expressing the characteristics of the data. This paper considers the problem of expressing the features by using latent space. To do this, smart-phone sensors and dynamic latent space representation methods are utilized along with external memories. Our implementation is based on PyTorch/Pyro combination, and the experimental results show excellent applicability.
