        이예린의 작품은 군더더기 없이 단순명료한 인터페이스를 가지고 있지만, 내포적 다양성이 풍부하다. 대표적인 사진 작품들은 그림자이긴 하지만, 물에 비친 그림자이기에 거울 같은 반영상이다. 거기에는 재현의 기원이 되는 그림자와 거울의 모델이 동시에 작동한다. 배수가 잘 안되어 하수구로 빠져나가지 못한 물이 고여 생긴 이 순간의 연못은 다른 세상을 담는 틀이 되었다. 현실과의 최소한의 접점을 가지는 상상세계는 회화에서 극대화되고, 드로잉에서는 추상적 요소들로 분해되어 있지만, 사진 작업에서는 절묘한 균형을 이룬다. 현실과 상상은 이원론으로 완전히 분리되어 있기 보다는, 뫼비우스 띠처럼 연결된다. 모태 예술이었던 음악은 무의식과 몸속에 깊숙이 자리하며, 음악뿐 아니라 미술에서도 여러 장르를 두루 섭렵해온 작품은 공共감각적이다. 이예린의 작품 속 허상simulacre은 현실과 닮은 그림자eikônes와 닮지 않은 그림자phantasma가 모두 존재한다. 작가는 미술이라는 우회로를 통해서 순수한 생성의 세계에 가 닿으려고 한다. The works of Ye leen Lee feature simple and clear interfaces, while they imply abundant diversity. Her representative photo works show mirror-like shadows reflected on the surface of the water, embodying the origin of representation with shadows and mirrors. The pond or puddle made of stagnating water that failed to drain becomes a frame for another world. In the works of Lee, the imaginary world having minimal contact points with the reality becomes maximized in paintings, gets disassembled into abstract elements in drawings, and creates a subtle balance in photographs. However, the reality and the imagination are not separated by dualism but connected like a Möbius strip. Since the artist learned music from inside her mother’s womb, music is deeply rooted in her unconsciousness as well as in her body. The works of Lee are synesthetic, for she has experimented with diverse genres of art besides music. The simulacrum in her works contains both eikônes that is close to the reality and phantasm that is far from the reality. Using art as a detour, the artist attempts to reach a pure world of creation.

        에틸렌옥사이드(Ethylene oxide)에 노출된 병원 근로자들의 소핵 빈도와 유전적 감수성 지표와의 연관성

        Objectives: Ethylene oxide (EtO) is classified as a human carcinogen, but EtO is still widely used to sterilize heat-sensitive materials in hospitals. Employees working around sterilizers are exposed to EtO after sterilization. The aim of the present study was to assess the exposure of EtO level, coupled with occupationally induced micronuclei from hospital workers. The influence of genetic polymorphisms of detoxifying genes (GSTT1 and GSTM1) and DNA repair genes (XRCC1 and XRCC3) on the frequencies of micronuclei in relation to exposure of EtO was also investigated. Methods: The study population was composed of 35 occupationally exposed workers to EtO, 18 student controls and 44 unexposed hospital controls in Korea. Exposure to EtO is measured by passive personal samplers. We analyzed the frequencies of micronuclei by performing cytokinesis-block micronucleus assay (CBMN assay) and GSTM1, GSTT1, XRCC1, and XRCC3 were also genotyped by performing polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP). Results: The frequencies of micronuclei in EtO exposure group, student controls and hospital controls were $18.00{\pm}7.73$, $10.47{\pm}7.96$ and $13.86{\pm}6.35$ respectively and their differences were statistically significant, but no significant differences according to the level of EtO were observed. There was a dose-response relationship between the frequencies of micronuclei and cumulative dose of EtO, but no significantly differences were observed. We also investigated the influence of genetic polymorphisms (GSTM1, GSTT1, XRCC1, and XRCC3) on the frequencies of micronuclei, but there were no differences in the frequencies of micronuclei by genetic polymorphisms. Conclusions: The frequencies of micronuclei in EtO exposure group was significantly higher than control groups. A dose-response relationship was found between the level of EtO exposure and the frequencies of micronuclei, but no statistically differences were observed. We also found that the frequencies of micronuclei were increased according to cumulative EtO level. There was no association of the genetic GSTM1, GSTT1, XRCC1, and XRCC3 state with the frequency of micronuclei induced by EtO exposure.

        스펀본드 부직포의 흡음성에 대한 구조적 요인 효과 연구

        Nonwovens have been proposed as a sound absorber in applications of home interior textile industry for effective noise control. Honeycomb cell blind textiles have been increasingly used in window covering for noise reduction. In this study, the effect of structural parameters of honeycomb cell-structured spunbond nonwoven on the sound absorption property was investigated. Spunbond nonwovens with various thicknesses, areal densities, and porosities were used, and they were joined in the form of a honeycomb cell structure with various cell widths and cell layering. The sound absorption property of the nonwoven improved with increasing thickness. The porosity of the nonwoven was shown to be proportional to the noise reduction coefficient (NRC). An increased air gap between two layers of the nonwoven shifted the maximum sound absorption coefficient toward a lower frequency range. The honeycomb cell structure was confirmed to contribute to an improvement of the sound absorption property. Layering of the honeycomb cell structure was also shown to be a critical factor in controlling the sound absorption property of the nonwoven.

        안면형상을 활용한 사상체질 진단 연구에 관한 체계적 고찰

        Objectives : This study proposes developing Sasang Medical Diagnosis Program using Facial form for increase in Sasang Constitution Diagnosis objectivity and putting the Diagnosis Program into practical use. The author presents a review of extant research on Sasang constitution diagnosis utilizing facial feature analysis and suggests an agenda for further research. Methods : For this thesis, a collection of dissertations on the subject of 'Usage of facial form for constitution diagnosis' published until September of 2012 such as RISS4U, OASIS, KISTI, Korean TK were reviewed. The final 33 dissertations were classified into two categories, basic or clinical research and then analyzed. Results : 9 out of 33 dissertations were of basic research and 24 were of clinical research. 1) As result of review of references, a uniform tendency was found in facial form according to Sasang Constitution. 2) In the grade of practical use, facial element is repeatedly used and the facial element of important use has constitutional differences. 3) Standard faces per Sasang Constitution were derived as result of 2-dimensional research. 4) 3-dimensional research focused on improvement of accuracy and reliability of 3D-AFRA, and there has been an attempt to develop a prototype for identification. Conclusions : For practical use of facial feature in Sasang Constitution Diagnosis, 1) Standardization of diagnosis through establishing Sasang Medical Diagnosis clinical protocol must be preceded. After the standardization, practical purpose and direction of facial form in general may be decided. 2) Information on high quality facial form of constitutional and conditional patients must be collected to form extensive database. 3) Subdivided symptomatology, as well as Sasang Constitution must be considered for diagnosis in order for diagnosis technique to acquire clinical practicality.

        저융점 폴리에스터와 텐셀을 이용한 싸이로필사의 제조와 물성 분석

        The purposes of this study were to manufacture sirofil yarn using tencel roving and low melting polyester filaments and to analyze the physical properties of sirofil yarns with yarn count, in order to develop composite yarn for high glossy and luxury textile fabrics. The surface morphology of sirofil yarn was observed with the SEM. Tensile and bending properties of sirofil yarn were examined with the yarn count. The tensile fracture of sirofil yarn was shown with a two-step process. Firstly, tencel yarn having low elongation was broken and then the low melting polyester filaments were fractured with very high elongation. Bending properties of sirofil yarn were measured with the KES-FB. The bending rigidity of sirofil yarn was between that of tencel spun yarn and that of low melting polyester. Also, the surface property of sirofil yarn was evaluated in terms of the hairiness coefficient. It was shown that stress, strain, bending rigidity, bending hysteresis and surface hairiness coefficient of sirofil yarn decreased as yarn count increased.

        주택에서의 각 생활행위에 대응하는 조명환경에 관한 실험연구

        The present study performed subjective evaluation experiments using slides and scale down models in order to propose guidelines for lighting environment desirable for each behavior in the house. The evaluation measure was composed of 20 mood items and 15 behavior items. As for experiment methods, the slide experiment used SD method, and the scale down model experiment used Scheffe's paired comparison. The results of this study are as follows. 1) Desirable lighting environment for working and talking is active atmosphere. 2) Lighting environment desirable far relaxation is to heighten lighting contrast using candescent lamps and local lights. In other words, active atmosphere, which is desirable for working and talking, is not desirable for relaxation. 3) Lighting for working requires bright illuminance and high color temperature(6000k). 4) Lighting for relaxation requires somewhat low brightness regardless of color temperature. If the light is bright it is better to use lamps of low color temperature. 5) for conversation, bright illuminance is more desirable than dark one, and the most adequate color temperature is 4000K.

        A지역 의과대학생의 문화성향, 도덕성, 그리고 정신건강과의 관계

        This study aimed to investigate the relationship among the cultural disposition, morality, and psychological health of medical students to determine how these factors might relate to curriculum planning in medical education. Data was collected from a total of 186 medical students. The questionnaire used included the individual cultural disposition scale, the symptom checklist-90-revised, and the defining issues test. To evaluate individual cultural disposition, we classified students into four categories-low, individual, collective, or mixed cultural disposition-using individualism/collectivism and vertical/horizontal dimensions. We found that those who were younger and in earlier academic years had higher collectivism than individualism and the males had higher individualism than the females. There was no difference in morality or psychological health by the students' sex, age, or academic year. Horizontal collectivism and moral judgment showed a statistically significant correlation (r=0.150, p<0.05), as did stage 6 morality and symptoms of damaged psychological health (r=-0.156, p<0.05). Other than these relationships, no significant correlations between cultural disposition and morality or between morality and psychological health were found. Cultural disposition did have correlations with various aspects of psychological health; specifically, the highest correlation coefficients were found in the relationships between phobic anxiety and horizontal individualism, psychoticism and vertical collectivism, and hostility and horizontal collectivism. The four cultural disposition categories showed relationships not with morality but with psychological health factors including depression, anxiety, hostility, and phobic anxiety. We hope the results of this study can be used to improve the curriculum of medical education.

        기저세포암의 bcl - 2 발현에 대한 면역조직화학적 연구

        Background: Basal cell carcinoma(BCC) is the most common tumor of light-skinned people. Most of them are relatively innocuous, but some may cause extensive tissue destruction, and result in death by local infiltration of vital structure or metastatic disease. The bcl-2 is a protooncogene involved in tumorigenesis by blocking apoptosis or programmed cell death. Objective : To investigate whether there was a difference in bcl-2 expression in different histopathological types of BCC. Method: We performed immunohistochemical staining by using a monoclonal mouse anti-human bcl-2 oncoprotein in 28 BCC(nodular: 7 cases, micronodular; 3 cases, adenoid; 1 case, infiltrative; 9 cases, and mixed; 8 cases). Result: All 28 BCC expressed bcl-2, and the degree of staining was different according to histopathological types; poor prognostic micronodular(100%) and infiltrative(73.3%) types were relatively strong, and nodular(66.7% ) and adenoid(75.0%) types were moderate. Conclusion . These results suggest that the degree of bcl-2 expression in BCC seems to be dependent to the histopathological types together with clinical behavior.         인삼 복용 후 발생한 비출혈 및 심계항진을 주소로 한 소양인 환자 1례

        Objectives The purpose of this case study was to report improvement of palpitation, epistaxis, nausea, and anorexia after treatment with Dojeokgangki-tang gamibang in a middle-aged woman who has been taking Panax Ginseng continually. Methods Upon beginning her Dojeokgangki-tang gamibang regimen the patient was asked to self-evaluate the degree of discomfort in her symptoms using a using a number scale from 0 (no symptoms) to 10 (most severe). Evaluation of palpitation and chest discomfort was made a high priority. Results The palpitation the patient experienced, and self-evaluated as an "8" on the number scale at the time of her admission to the hospital, had disappeared (become "0") by the fourth day of hospitalization. The numerous symptoms which accompanied her palpitations (chest discomfort, nausea, anorexia, general weakness, weight loss, and depression) also improved accordingly. Conclusions Health functional food can pose serious health risks such as sudden bleeding and palpitations in individuals with pre-existing health problems. One must exercise extreme caution in deciding to take such supplements. As seen in the case of the middle-aged woman, the quality of life of patients who had experienced adverse reactions to such supplements can be treated through the administration of Dojeokgangki-tang gamibang.

        CoFeSiB/Ru/CoFeSiB 자유층을 갖는 자기터널 접합의 스위칭 자기장

        Magnetic tunnel junctions (MTJs), which consisted of amorphous CoFeSiB layers, were investigated. The CoFeSiB layers were used to substitute for the traditionally used CoFe and/or NiFe layers with an emphasis given on understanding the effect of the amorphous free layer on the switching characteristics of the MTJs. CoFeSiB has a lower saturation magnetization ($M_s\;:\;560\;emu/cm^3$) and a higher anisotropy constant ($K_u\;:\;2800\;erg/cm^3$) than CoFe and NiFe, respectively. An exchange coupling energy ($J_{ex}$) of $-0.003\;erg/cm^2$ was observed by inserting a 1.0 nm Ru layer in between CoFeSiB layers. In the Si/$SiO_2$/Ta 45/Ru 9.5/IrMn 10/CoFe 7/$AlO_x$/CoFeSiB 7 or CoFeSiB (t)/Ru 1.0/CoFeSiB (7-t)/Ru 60 (in nm) MTJs structure, it was found that the size dependence of the switching field originated in the lower $J_{ex}$ using the experimental and simulation results. The CoFeSiB synthetic antiferromagnet structures were proved to be beneficial for the switching characteristics such as reducing the coercivity ($H_c$) and increasing the sensitivity in micrometer size, even in submicrometer sized elements. 비정질 $Co_{70.5}Fe_{4.5}Si_{15}B_{10}$층을 갖는 자기터널접합(magnetic tunneling junctions; MTJ)를 연구하였다. 비정질 자유층이 MTJ의 스위칭 특성에 미치는 영향을 중점적으로 이해하기 위하여 기존의 사용된 CoFe 그리고 NiFe층들을 대신하여 비정질 강자성체 CoFeSiB을 사용하였다. CoFeSiB은 CoFe과 NiFe보다 각각 낮은 포화자기장($M_s:\;560\;emu/cm^3$)과 높은 자기이방성 상수($K_u:\;0.2800\;erg/cm^3$)를 갖는다. CoFeSiB층들의 사이에 1.0 nm Ru층 삽입시 $-0.003\;erg/cm^3$ 교환결합에너지($J_{ex}$)를 나타내었다. $Si-SiO_2-Ta$ 45/Ru 9.5/IrMn 10/CoFe 7/$AlO_x$/CoFeSiB 7 또는 CoFeSiB (t)/Ru 1.0/CoFeSiB (7-t)/Ru 60(in nm) MTJ 구조의 터널접합에 대하여 실험 및 시뮬레이션 결과를 통하여 낮은 $J_{ex}$에 기인하는 스위칭 자기장(switching field; $H_{sw}$)의 시료 크기 의존성이 나타나는 것을 알 수 있었다. CoFeSiB 합성형 반강자성 구조는 micrometer뿐만 아니라 submicrometer 시료 크기영역에서도 보자력($H_c$)의 감소와 민감도를 증가 시킴으로써 자기 스위칭 특성에 유리한 것으로 확인 되었다.
