        블록공중합체 스티렌 - 이소프렌 - 스티렌의 응력이완거동

        열가소성 탄성체 스티렌-이소프렌-스티렌 블록 공중합체의 응력이완 거동을 Rheometrics mechanical spectrometer를 이용하여 조사하였다. 선형 점탄성 구간에서의 응력이완은 steady shear flow 중지후의 이완과는 뚜렷이 달랐으며 이 차이를 ABA형 블록공중합체의 morphology와 관련하여 검토하였다. The stress relaxation behavior of an elastomeric styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer was studied in simple shear using a Rhemetrics mechanical spectrometer. The data exhibit two distinct stress relaxations, a stress relaxation after sudden strain in a linear viscoelastic zone and a stress relaxation after cessation of steady shear flow. Results are discussed in terms of two phase morpholgy of ABA block copolymers.

        국소맥락막함몰의 임상양상과 장기 추적관찰 결과

        Purpose: To evaluate the clinical presentations of focal choroidal excavation and to report long-term outcomes of cases without retinal disorders at the initial presentation. Methods: A retrospective review of medical records was performed for patients diagnosed with focal choroidal excavation. Concomitant retinal disorders at the initial presentation were identified. In cases without retinal disorders, the development of retinal disorders during follow-up was also evaluated. Results: Forty-five eyes in 45 patients were examined in this study. Focal choroidal excavation was accompanied with retinal disorders in 16 eyes (35.6%). In the remaining 29 eyes, only focal choroidal excavation was noted without any accompanying retinal disorders. The accompanying retinal disorders included choroidal neovascularization (n = 8), central serous chorioretinopathy (n = 4), epiretinal membrane (n = 1), macular hole (n = 1), branch retinal vein occlusion (n = 1), and uveitis (n = 1). Of the 29 eyes without retinal disorders, 22 were followed up for a mean period of 33.5 ± 18.2 months. Consequently, choroidal neovascularization was found to have developed in one eye at 59 months, and subretinal fluid had developed in two eyes at 17 and 28 months, respectively. Conclusions: Focal choroidal excavation was accompanied by retinal disorders in 35.6% of the included patients. In patients without retinal disorders, the development of a retinal disorder was noted in some eyes, suggesting the need for long-term regular follow-up in patients diagnosed with focal choroidal excavation. 목적: 국소맥락막함몰의 임상양상을 알아보고 동반된 망막 이상이 없었던 경우의 장기 추적관찰 결과를 보고하고자 한다. 대상과 방법: 국소맥락막함몰로 진단된 환자를 대상으로 후향적 의무기록 분석을 시행하였다. 진단 당시 동반된 망막질환을 확인하였으며, 진단 당시 망막질환을 동반하지 않은 특발성 국소맥락막함몰의 경우 경과관찰기간 동안 질환의 발생 여부를 추가적으로 조사하였다. 결과: 전체 45안(45명)을 대상으로 연구를 시행하였다. 16안(35.6%)의 경우 진단 당시 다른 망막질환을 동반하고 있었으며, 나머지 29안의 경우 국소맥락막함몰을 제외한 다른 이상은 확인할 수 없었다. 동반된 질환은 맥락막혈관신생 8안, 중심장액맥락망막병증 4안, 망막앞막 1안, 황반원공 1안, 분지망막정맥폐쇄 1안, 포도막염 1안이었다. 동반된 질환이 없었던 29안 중 22안에서 평균 33.5 ± 18.2개월 동안 경과관찰하였는데 1안에서 59개월에 맥락막혈관신생이 발생하였고, 2안에서는 각각 17개월 및 28개월에 망막하액이 발생하였다. 결론: 국소맥락막함몰로 진단된 35.6%에서 최초 진단 당시 망막질환을 동반하였다. 망막질환을 동반하지 않았던 경우에도 경과관찰과정 중 일부에서는 망막질환이 발생하였는데, 이와 같은 결과는 국소맥락막함몰로 진단된 환자를 대상으로 장기적인 경과관찰이 필요하다는 점을 시사한다.

        CFRP CNT 패널을 적용한 동물용 X-ray 디텍터 디자인에 관한 연구

        Design was developed through user-oriented service design methodology and survey was conducted on materialselection criteria for prototype production to select CFRP (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastics) CNT (Carbon Nano Tube), whichwas applied to animal X-ray detector panel to design product and develop prototype. Completed prototype with the applicationof CFRP CNT panel was tested in drop test, frontal external pressure test, and dustproof/waterproof performance to confirmthat it can be utilized as a portable animal X-ray detector used in outdoor environment. 사용자 중심의 서비스디자인 방법론을 통한 디자인개발을 진행하고 시제품 제작 시 소재 선정 기준에 대해 조사분석하여 선정된 소재인 CFRP(Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastics) CNT(Carbon Nano Tube)를 동물용 X-ray 디텍터 패널부분에 적용하여 제품디자인 및 시제품 개발을 진행하고 CFRP CNT 패널을 적용하여 완성된 시제품을 Drop 테스트, 전면외압 강도 시험, 방진/방수 성능 시험을 진행하여 야외환경에서 사용하는 휴대가능한 동물용 X-ray 디텍터로 활용이 가능한 제품임을 확인하였다.

        First record of Odontozona arbur (Decapoda: Stenopodidae: Odontozona) from Korea

        Shrimp of the family Stenopodidae occurr in tropical, subtropical and warm temperate parts of the world. Thirty-seven species of four genera (Juxtastenopus, Odontozona, Richardina, and Stenopus) of the family Stenopodidae have been reported in the world. Among them, only Stenopus hispidus of the family Stenopodidae has been recorded from Korean waters. The stenopodid shrimp, Odontozona arbur is reported for the first time from Korea. During a taxonomic survey of the deacapod crustaceans in Korean waters, O. arbur was collected by scuba diving in approximately 14 m depth from the Munseom Islet, in Jejudo Island on 28 Jun 2018. Odontozona arbur is the second species of the family Stenopodidae in Korea. It is easily distinguished from other species of this family in Korea by the entire dorsal surface of the abdominal somites. The morphology of this species is described and illustrated herein.

        Establishment of a loop-mediated isothermal amplification system for on-site diagnosis of Oryctes rhinoceros nudivirus in Allomyrina dichotoma (Coleoptera: Scarabaeidae)

        The Korean insect industry is rapidly developing, with the Korean horn beetle Allomyrina dichotoma as one of the most popular insects kept as pets. Korean horn beetles reared in local farms are suffering fromOryctes rhinoceros nudivirus (OrNV). In a nationwide investigation on the early death of young larvae due to this virus, 70 to 77% mortality was found. It was also confirmed that several larvae collected from some wild horn beetle habitats were infected with the virus. Thus, it was concluded that the virus could be transmitted vertically from an infected adult to the offspring and that the OrNV disease is a very serious threat to the wild horn beetle in Korea. With local farmers expecting that an early detection technique would be helpful for the quick removal of infected larvae, an on-site diagnosis method for the viral disease using loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) assay was thus tested. To avoid the DNA extraction process, the LAMP assay used a 50-fold diluted hemolymph was set for diagnosis standardization and convenient on-site application to infected larvae from local farms. A. dichotoma larvae were assayed for the OrNV infectivity with LAMP primers targeting the OrNV_gp102 gene. To evaluate the LAMP specificity, two bacterial pathogens, Bacillus thuringiensis and Serratia marcescens, causing disease in A. dichotoma were tested along with OrNV. The positive results were detected only from the OrNV-infected larvae.

        고령자 시각 인지성 향상을 위한 공공사인 배색 평가

        Recently, in the spread of the importance of color universal design, it is also growing up the importance of public sign considering the visually handicapped and the aged. Nevertheless, there are many problems in the public sign color based on the aged's view, and in particular, the recognition of sign color has required an improvement in a subway station and a public space. This study's purpose is to grasp the characteristics of recognition on public sign color considering the aged. In particular, based on the evaluation of subjects of the aged and the non-aged, this study aims to identify the trend of color differences in the picture color and background color and suggest ways to improve the color of a public sign. The research method was followed. 1) identifies the characteristics of public sign color considering the aged through existing research analysis, 2) conducts color recognition experiments and research on the status of use of public signs for the aged and non-aged people, 3) summarizes the results of the survey to identify the agedly's highly sensitive colors and suggest ways to improve the public sign color. As a result of the study, the characteristics of the highly recognizable color of the aged and the non-aged were identified, and it was arranged that a sign color plan considering the characteristics of hue, value, and chroma was essential to improve the cognition of the public signs for the aged.

        교수에 대한 수학적 지식의 관점에서 본 지필평가문항 분석

        본 연구는 평가 문항에 대한 컨설팅 내용을 '교수에 필요한 수학적 지식 (MKT)'의 영역과 비교하여 '평가 문항 제작에 필요한 지식'의 영역을 알아볼 목적으로 2007년부터 2009년까지 A교육청의 컨설팅단에서 일선학교 교사들이 출제한 문항에 대해 컨설팅을한 내용을 수집하여 분석하였다. 이를 통하여 '평가 문항 제작에 필요한 지식'을 알아보았으며 교사들이 보다 질 높은 평가 문항을 제작할 수 있도록 하기 위해서는 문항 출제 관련 연수 및 컨설팅이 계속해서 이루어질 필요가 있다고 판단된다. This paper aims to identify the area of knowledge required for constructing test items by comparing the consulting contents with the area of MKT(Mathematical Knowledge for Teaching). This paper collects the consulting results by the consulting group of A provincial office of education from 2007 to 2009, and analyzes and categorizes the results. The knowledge for constructing test items are known by the analysis on the consulting contents. Training and consulting for teachers are necessary to enable them to recognize the importance of these categories and improve the quality of test items.

      • 인천광역시 원도심 공원녹지 기본계획 현황 및 이용 평가

        The purpose of this study is to review and evaluate the proper planning for 2030 Incheon Urban Parks & Green Space Master Plan. Some of the plans are aimed at multiple small districts within the city's old town, as local governments are planned to be sub-subsidized by Incheon Metropolitan City. However, these plans have become simple plans for each district and therefore find it difficult to collect from the perspective of the using system of the residents who are directly used. First, the construction of the urban park and green space network requires the construction of a service using system that can be felt by the users. Second, the basic idea of each district planned as the detailed strategy of the master plan should be planned through consultation with nearby the district. Third, specific targets and directions for the urban park and green space plan through the urban development project are needed.

        First Records of Two Species of Crabs (Crustacea: Decapoda: Brachyura) Collected from Southern Korea

        Two species of crabs, Homola orientalis Henderson, 1888 and Pseudomicippe nipponica (Sakai, 1938), are described and illustrated for the first time in Korea. Homola orientalis was collected at 30 m depth by trap from Busan, and P. nipponica was collected on the intertidal region in Seongsanpo, Jejudo Island. Homola orientalis is the first species of its family in the region. The family Homoldae is characterized by a linea homolica on the carapace and they carry camouflage in the form of sponges or cnidarians with subchelate of the fourth ambulatory legs. The Korean brachyuran fauna now comprises 223 species including the new records from this study.
