A 20 W GaN-based Power Amplifier MMIC for X-band Radar Applications

In this paper, we demonstrated a power amplifier monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) for X-bandradar applications. It utilizes commercial 0.25 μm GaN-based high electron mobility transistor (HEMT) technologyand delivers more than 20 W of output power. The developed GaN-based power amplifier MMIC has small signalgain of over 22 dB and saturated output power of over 43.3 dBm (21.38 W) in a pulse operation mode with pulsewidth of 200 μs and duty cycle of 4% over the entire band of 9 to 10 GHz. The chip dimensions are 3.5 mm ×2.3 mm, generating the output power density of 2.71 W/mm2. Its power added efficiency (PAE) is 42.6–50.7% inthe frequency bandwidth from 9 to 10 GHz. The developed GaN-based power amplifier MMIC is expected to beapplied in a variety of X-band radar applications.

이 보고는 31세된 여자의 우측난소에 발생한 한 거대한 Krukenberg종양을 다루엇다 환자는 양측 난관난소 절제술후 3개월만에 재발된 복수와 심힌 수척을 갖고 사망하였다. 저자들은 Krukenberg종양 이란 용어의 정의에 대한 개념의 혼동을 문헌고찰에서 지적하였 다. Krukenberg종양은 Krukenberg가 처음 기술한 조직학적 소견에 부합된 종양에만 명명되 어져야 함을 저자들은 강조하였다. The purpose of this paper is to offer a brief historical background of the various viewpoints of Krukenberg tumors taken by different writers. The report is to make recommendations as to what the authors belive to be useful categorical entity and to add our case to the already large series reported. The authors belief is that the term Krukenberg tumor should be reserved for those originally defined by Krukenberg. This 31 year old Korean female with unilateral Krukenberg tumor o the right ovary died with stubborn ascites and cacheixa 3 months after bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy

The biggest problem that suffering in adolescence is cultual identity's discord. Not only their language but also their life style is changing radically. Juvenile's culture is peculiar, unique and cyber culture. There are fanfic and fandom. So we call it "Net generation". Culture is the peculiar possession of man. By means of culture we are enjoying our lives. Culture means that we are living a life worthy of man as a rational creature. Otherwise we have to think about Juvenile's sexual identity. Modern contorted sexual discourse makes difficult for adolescence to establish of sexual identity. Adolescence surrounded sexual marks and codes dream of sexual adventure and deviation, and they are wandering from within sexual democracy and body capitalism. Adolescence who are intoxicated of resistance the older and ego-centrism operate as a prosumer of sexual market, they are also in the center of sexual discourse under these conditions. The absent and confusion of adolescence's sexual identity bring to destruction, ultimately it is an obstacle to their growth of whole man. The education is not a teaching and learning for just simple memorizing and testing. Aspect anthropology, the education is human being itself. Now, it is clear to find educational duties for adolescence who are in the center of modern confused sexual discourse. For the purpose of them, first, we have to understand right characteristics of adolescence's culture and mental, second, we have to analyze their position and function being in the center of modern contorted sexual discourse, finally we have to design procedural steps and duties for whole approach education.
위상 배열 안테나 빔 오차 개선을 위한 반도체송수신모듈 크기/위상 보정 알고리즘 설계

In multi function radar systems, Transmit/receive module provides amplifying transmit rf signal and receive low noise rf signal, phase shifting, amplitude attenuation, etc. In this paper, among the functions amplitude/phase correction algorithm is described with the process of generating control data to correct amplitude/phase for antenna unit. A MFC(Multi Function Chip) used for phase shifting and amplitude attenuation has 0.5dB(1lsb) attenuation resolution, 5.625°(1lsb) phase shifting resolution. Also, attenuation can be controlled to 31.5dB and phase shifting can be controlled to 360°. But the mfc doesn’t have an accurate 1lsb characterization because of parasitic effect. In this paper correction algorithm will be discussed. With the correction algorithm, It can be corrected to 1lsb. Before the correction algorithm, the mfc error had 3dB/16°. After the correction, An error was measured less than 0.8dB/4°.
