The purpose of this study is to find developmental directions for constant beef traceability use and to provide restaurants with useful information so that beef safety security and customers' trust in beef can make customers keep purchasing beef with all the beef information restaurants use. 242 of 300 copies of questionnaires were collected and among which 222 questionnaires that could be analyzed statistically, factor analysis and reliability verification were carried out with SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. Covariance structure analysis was conducted to verify suggested study hypothesis. To sum up analysis results, first, information quality, a sub-dimension of beef traceability has a meaningful positive influence on usefulness and easiness. Second, in a relation between recognized easiness and usefulness of technology acceptance model, easiness does not have a meaningful influence on usefulness. Third, recognized usefulness and easiness have a meaningful positive influence on customers' trust. Recognized usefulness has a meaningful positive influence on use intention as well. Fourth, customers' trust shows a meaningful influence on use intention. Use intention shows a meaningful influence on use efficiency. Therefore, useful information of beef traceability is provided to restaurants based on analysis results.

腎臟組織에서 백강잠 抽出物의 抗酸化 作用에 關한 硏究

白彊蠶 추출물이 신장조직에서 반응성 산소기들에 의한 지질의 과산화와 세포 손상을 방지하는지를 관찰하기 위하여 정상조직과 t-BHP를 처리한 조직에서 白彊蠶 추출물의 효과를 조사하였다. 지질의 과산화와 LDH 유출은 t-BHP의 농도에 비례하여 증가되었으나, 白彊蠶 추출물의 첨가로 유의하게 억제되었다. 그리고, t-BHP에 의한 지질의 과산화 및 LDH 유출은 白彊蠶 추출물의 농도에 비례하여 억제되었다. 또한, 白彊蠶 추출물은 oxidant를 처리하지 않은 정상조직에서도 지질의 과산화 및 LDH 유출을 유의성 있게 감소시켰다. 그리고, catalase 활성에는 영향이 없는 반면, 정상 조직과 t-BHP를 처리한 조직에서는 glutathione peroxidase 활성을 유의성 있게 증가시켰다. 한편, 반응성 산소기의 발생은 白彊蠶 추출물의 농도에 비례하예 억제되었다. 이러한 결과로 볼 때, 白彊蠶 추출물은 신장 조직내 항산화 효소의 활성을 증가시킴과 동시에 직접 반응성 산소기의 발생을 억제하므로 신장 조직에서 지질의 과산화와 세표손상을 방지하는 효과가 있을 것으로 여겨진다. This study was undertaken to determine whether Bombycis Corpus extract (Bom) has antioxidant action. Kidney tissues were exposed to t-butylhydroperoxide (t-BHP) to induce oxidative stress. Lillid peroxidation was estimated by measurimg rnalondialdehyde, a product of lipid peroxidation, and cell injury was estimated by measuring lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) release in rabbit renal cortical slices, t-BHP increased lipid peroxidation and LDH release in a dose-dependent manner over the concentration range of 0.1-1 mM. Such effects of t-BHP on lipid peroxidase and LDH release were prevented by 0.5% Bom. When tissues were treated with t-BHP in the presence of various concentration of Bom, lipid peroxidation and LDH release were dose-dependently inhibited by Bom. Bom at 1 and 2% concentrations inhibited lipid peroxidation and LDH release in normal tissues. Bom at 2% concentration increased glutathione peroxidase activity in tissues treated or untreated with 1.0 mM t-BHP. However, catalase activity was not altered by addition of Bom. Bom inhibited generation of reactive oxygen species. These results indicate that Born inhibits lipid peroxidation and cell injury in tissues treated with or without oxidant and effect is, at Ieast in part, attributed to increased activity of glutathione peroxidase and a direct sacvenging action.

청소년기의열등감에대한이해와성경적상담

본연구는청소년에대한올바른이해와청소년기에경험할수있는열등감을성경적상담을통하여그해결방안을살펴보았다. 청소년들의문제를돕기위해서는먼저청소년기에대한올바른이해가필요하다. 그러므로본고에서는먼저학자들이말하고있는청소년기의정의와특징에대하여살펴보았다.그리고청소년기나타날수있는열등감의정의와원인을살펴보았다. 또한청소년기에나타난열등감을통하여어떤결과가나타나는가를살펴봄으로써청소년기의열등감해결방안으로성경적상담을제시하였다.열등감극복을위한성경적상담의방법을논하면서성경인물들의열등감극복을살펴보았다. 성경인물가운데모세, 사울과다윗, 바울이어떻게열등감을극복하게되었는가를연구함으로써청소년들이자신의열등감을어떻게극복할것인가하는문제제시를하고자했다. 그리고청소년기열등감에대한상담과극복방법에대하여열등감수용하기, 타인인정욕포기, 긍정적자신감갖기,주변도움을통하여열등감을극복할수있는방안으로제시하였다.위의연구를통하여열등감에빠진청소년들이하나님의말씀안에서자신의존재가치를발견함으로써열등감의문제를해결해보고자하였다. This study is a method by Biblical counseling for the correctunderstanding of youth and the complexities that can be experiencedduring their adolescent years. It is necessary to understand youths tohelp with their problems. Therefore in this study the definition ofcharacter and youth are to be examined first. Then, the definition andthe cause of complexities are examined. Through the results, itappears that Biblical counseling is proposed as a solving method foryouth complexities.While discussing the biblical method for overcoming complexities,it also examines how the bible characters’ overcame theircomplexities. The study showed how the bible characters, Moses,Samuel, David, and Paul overcame their complexities. This suggests atheory of how youths overcame their complexities. This presents theovercoming method to complexities through the different methodswhich includes, accepting complexities, giving up recognitions foranother person, getting affirmative confidence through counseling andovercoming the method for the complexities of youth. The studyshows that the solution of complexities is that the youth who hasfallen because of his complexities discover their true value in God’sword.

Linear and Whorled Nevoid Hypermelanosis 1 예

Linear and whorled nevoid hypermelanosis(LWNH) is a congenital disorder which was first described by Kalter in 1988 and is characterized by asymmetrically distributed linear and whorled hyperpigmentation following Blaschko's lines. It usually appears at birth or during the first weeks of life and is rarely associated with various congenital defects. Its pathogenesis is not well known, but developmental somatic mosaicism appears the most likely cause. It is probably not a rare disease, but not well recognized or is confused with other entities. Herein, we report a typical case of LWNH in 9 month-old boy.

The purpose of this study was conducted for 3rd and 4th grade University students in Honam region hospitality industry-related departments who had experience of studying major subjects non-face-to-face after the outbreak of COVID-19. The effect of E-Learning quality on academic stress and employment stress, and the effect of academic stress on employment stress were analyzed and verified. First, the results of the analysis of hypothesis 1 regarding whether E-Learning quality significantly affects academic stress are as follows. certainty and reliability educational service quality has a significant positive (+) effect on burnout academic stress. reactivity, certainty, and reliability educational service quality had a significant positive (+) effect on pressure school stress. Second, the results of the analysis of Hypothesis 2 regarding whether the quality of E-Learning quality have a significant effect on employment stress are as follows. reactivity, certainty, and reliability educational service quality have a significant positive (+) effect on employment stress. Third, the results of the analysis of hypothesis 3 regarding whether academic stress has a significant effect on employment stress are as follows. Burnout, pressure Academic stress has a significant positive (+) effect on employment stress.
