8-Hydroxyquinoline 誘導體에 關한 硏究 5-Acetyl-8-Hydroxyquinoline의 酸解離定數

5-Acetyl-8-hydroxyquinoline 의 酸解離定數를 $25^{\circ}C({\mu}$=0.1)에서 分光光度法과 pH滴定法에 依하여 測定하였다. 두 方法에 의하여 얻은 $pK_1$은 近似하게 一致하였으며 pK값은 8-hydroxyquinoline의 該當 pK값보다 작다. 그것은 acetyl group의 芳香族環에 대한 電子吸引性에 基因한 結果라고 생각한다. Acid dissociation constants of 5-acetyl-8-hydroxyquinoline have been determined by spectrophotometric and potentiometric methods at $25^{\circ}C$. $pK_1$, $pK_2$ values obtained by potentiometric method were 4.56, 8.20 respectively and $pK_1$ obtained by spectrophotometric method was 4.21. pK values were lower than those of 8-hydroxyquinoline. The lower basicity of 5-acetyl-8-hydroxyquinoline compared with 8-hydroxyquinoline was considered as the result of the electronic attraction of the acetyl group with aromatic ring.

7-Nitroso-8-Hydroxyquinoline-5-Sulfonate 에 依한 Co (Ⅱ) 의 吸光光度定量

7-Nitroso-8-hydroxyquinoline-5-sulfonate(NHQS)는 pH 4.5에서 Co(Ⅱ)와 安定한 赤色 complex를 形成하므로 이것을 利用하여 NHQS에 依한 Co(Ⅱ)의 吸光光度定量方法을 檢討하였다. 吸光度는 528$m{\mu}$, $25^{\circ}C$에서 測定하였다. Co(Ⅱ)의 濃度 0.3∼6p.p.m에서 Beer의 法則은 成立하며 complex의 分子吸光係數는 $1.1{\times}10^4$이었다. 共存이온中 Fe(Ⅱ), Fe(Ⅲ), Cu(Ⅱ), Mn(Ⅱ), Hg(Ⅰ), CN-, EDTA 等은 本定量에서 妨害가 된다. Complex의 組成을 몰比法과 連續變化法으로 檢討한 結果 NHQS와 Co(Ⅱ)의 몰比는 3:1이었다. Spectrophotometric method for the determination of Co(Ⅱ) is developed based on the fact that Co(Ⅱ) forms a stable red complex with 7-nitroso-8-hydroxyquinoline-5-sulfonate at pH 4. 5. The absorbance is measured at 528$m{\mu}$, $25^{\circ}C$. Beer's law is followed in the concentration range of 0. 3 to 6. 0 p.p.m. of Co(Ⅱ) and molar extinction coefficient of the complex was $1.1{\times}10^4$. Of the diverse ions checked, Fe(Ⅱ), Fe(Ⅲ), Cu(Ⅱ), Mn(Ⅱ), Hg(Ⅰ), CN-, EDTA interfere. The composition of the complex is found to be 3:1 ligand to metal species by mole ratio and continuous variation methods.

골연령의 측정에서 Greulich-Pyle법, Tanner-Whitehouse법, 완관절 초음파 통과속도를 이용한 골연령 측정법의 비교 연구

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to evaluate the correlation of 3 methods of bone age measurements. Methods : 102 children(49 boys, 53 girls) were involved in this study. We measured the height, weight and bone age based when they visited for the first time. We measured bone age using BoneAge of Sunlight Co.,Ltd. Two of the bone age measurement methods, Greulich-Pyle and Tanner-Whitehouse, were used to analyze the left dorsopalmar hand-wrist radiographs of 102 children who visited in Department of Pediatrics, O O University Oriental Hospital. This study was designed to investigate the correlation of the bone age between two methods. Results : The bone ages were related with age, height, weight and BMI according to this study(P<0.01). Each bone age assessment method had statistically significant correlation to each other(P<0.01). Conclusions : The ultrasound transonic velocity of inferior radiocarpal joint will become a sufficient diagnostic tool of bone age assessment if measurement error can be minimized by proper effort.

The properties of Fe(II)-7-nitrose-8-hydroxyquinoline-5-sulfonate have been studied spectrophotometrically at 700$m{\mu}$, $26^{\circ}C$. The absorbance of the complex shows a maximum at pH 6.0 and good thermal stability. Excess of the ligand and the reducing agent do not interfere the formation of the complex. The composition of the complex is found to be 3:1 ligand to metal species by molar ratio and continues variation methods. Calibration curve follow Beer's law over the range of concentratiion studied. 7-Nitroso-8-hydroxyquinoline-5-sulfonate의 Fe(II)錯鹽의 性質을 700$m{\mu}$, $26^{\circ}C$에서 分光光度法으로 調査하였다. 이 錯鹽은 pH6.0에서 가장 큰 吸光度를 나타내며 熱安定度도 대단히 좋다. Ligand나 Fe(III)의 還元에 使用한 hydroxylamine이 過剩으로 存在할때 에도 錯鹽의 生成에 影響을 주지 않는다. 錯鹽의 組成을 몰比法과 連續變化法으로 調査한 結果, 金屬과 ligand의 몰比는 1:3이였다. 檢量線은 實驗한 濃度範圍內에서 Beer의 法則에 따른다.

소비음(消肥飮)이 비만아의 체질량지수와 비만도 감소에 미치는 영향

Objectives The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of Sobieum on decrease of BMI and obesity index of obese children. Methods 66 children (33 boys, 33 girls) were involved in this study. We measured height and weight for each time their visit, and calculated BMI and obesity index. Results After medication, BMI level and obesity index were significantly reduced (p<0.001). Conclusions We speculate that Sobieum is effective in the treatment of childhood obesity, and further controlled studies are needed with clinical cases of hematological evaluation.

한방소아과에 성장치료를 주소로 내원한 환아들의 양도락 특성에 관한 연구

Objectives The object of this study is to investigate the characteristics of Ryodoraku score in the Children who visited Department of Pediatrics, Hospital of Oriental Medicinewith Growth treatment as a chief complaint. Methods Subjects were 58 children who visited Department of Pediatrics, Hospital of Oriental Medicine the first time with Growth treatment as a chief complaint. We measured the height and Ryodoraku score, and we also checked bone age from some of them. This study was designed to investigate the characteristics of Ryodoraku score in children with Growth treatment as a chief complaint. Results and Conclusions The results were follows 1. The average value of Ryodoraku score in 58 children was $41.8800{\pm}13.82641$. 2. The value of H1(肺), H5(三焦), H6(大腸), H2(心包), H3(心), F4(膀胱) and F5(膽) had significant statistical differences compared to its total average. 3. The value of F3(腎) had no relationship with Mid-Parental Height(MPH) percentile. 4. The value of F1(脾), F3(腎) and total average was classified by the height percentile values when children visitedand the difference between the predicted height percentile, and it resulted as there were no relationship between those two

8-Hydroxyquinoline-5-sulfonic acid 를 alkali 媒質에서 $10^{\circ}C$以下로 維持하여 nitroso 化시켜 7-nitroso-8-hydroxy-quinoline-5-sulfonate (NHQS)를 合成하였으며 그 酸解離定數를 分光光度法과 pH滴定法에 依하여 測定하였다. 두 方法에 依하여 近似하게 같은 값은 얻어졌고 이것들은 8-hydorxyquinoline의 該當 pK값에 比해 작다. 8-hydroxyquinoline에 比해 NHQS의 낮은 鹽基性은 導入된 電子吸引性基들의 影響으로 생각되며 特히 nitroso 基는 ortho位의 phenol性 OH基의 酸性度의 增加에 많은 影響을 주는 것으로 생각된다. 7-Nitro-8-hydoxyquinoline-5-sulfonate (NHQS) have been synthesized from 8-hydroxyquinoline-5-sulfonic acid by nitrosation in alkaline medium at temperature below $10^{\circ}C$ and the acid dissociation constants of NHQS have been determined by spectrophotometric and potentiometric methods. Almost same values are obtained by both methods but the values are lower than the corresponding 8-hydroxyquinoline. The lower basicity of NHQS is considered as the effect of electron withdrawing groups, especially adjacent nitroso group.

용적변조회전 방사선치료에서 선량전달의 중단 및 재시작에 따른 정확성 평가

목 적: 용적변조회전 방사선치료는 겐트리 회전과 다엽콜리메이터, 선량률이 연동되어 진행되며 치료 중 선량 전달의 중단이 발생한 경우 겐트리와 다엽콜리메이터가 최초위치부터 다시 동작하여 정지된 지점부터 선량전달이 재개된다. 본 연구는 용적 변조회전 방사선치료의 치료 중단과 재 진행에 따른 선량전달의 오차를 분석하고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법: 10명의 환자를 대상으로 전산화치료계획시스템(Eclipse V10.0, Varian, USA)을 이용하여 용적변조회전 방사선 치료 계획을 수립하였다. TRILOGY (Varian, USA)의 6 MV 선속을 이용하여 계획된 선량을 이차원 배열 검출기와 CUBE (IBA dosimetry, Germany)팬텀에 조사하였다. OmniPro I'mRT system (V1.7b, IBA dosimetry, Germany)을 통해 4회에 걸쳐 일반적인 선량전달의 일관성을 평가 하고 선량 전달의 중단 또는 도어 인터락 발생으로 인해 선량 전달이 중단되고 최초지점부터 다시 시작되어 조사되는 경우와 비교하여 감마지수(Gamma index)의 변화를 분석하였다. 결 과: 선량 전달이 정상적으로 이루어진 경우에 각각의 감마 평균 신호 값의 차이는 0.1로 나타났고, 선량 전달의 중단이 발생한 경우 0.128로 나타났으며 도어 인터락의 경우 0.141로 나타났다. 각각의 경우 감마 표준편차 값의 차이는 0.071, 0.091, 0.099로 나타났고, 감마 최대값의 차이는 0.286, 0.379, 0.413으로 나타났다. Gamma pass rate (3%, 3 mm)는 허용 오차 범위를 만족하였고, T검증 결과 95% 신뢰구간에서 P-value가 0.05 미만으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 결 론: 본 실험에서 치료 중 선량 전달의 중단 및 재시작에 관한 정확성을 평가해 본 결과 통계적으로는 차이가 있으나 임상적으로 허용 오차 범위이내로 문제가 없다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 겐트리와 다엽콜리메이터, 선량률의 연동으로 정확성이 요구되는 치료방법인 만큼 선량적인 측면에서 치료 중단에 따른 차이는 간과할 수 없다. 그러므로 갑작스러운 치료 중단 상황이 발생한 경우 추가적인 정도관리 절차를 통해 정확한 선량평가가 이루어져야 할 것으로 사료된다. Purpose: The accurate movement of gantry rotation, collimator and correct application of dose rate are very important to approach the successful performance of Volumetric Modulated Arc Therapy (VMAT), because it is tightly interlocked with a complex treatment plan. The interruption and restart of dose delivery, however, are able to occur on treatment by various factors of a treatment machine and treatment plan. If unexpected problems of a treat machine or a patient interrupt the VMAT, the movement of treatment machine for delivering the remaining dose will be restarted at the start point. In this investigation, We would like to know the effect of interruptions and restart regarding dose delivery at VMAT. Materials and Methods: Treatment plans of 10 patients who had been treated at our center were used to measure and compare the dose distribution of each VMAT after converting to a form of digital image and communications in Medicine (DICOM) with treatment planning system (Eclipse V 10.0, Varian, USA). We selected the 6 MV photon energy of Trilogy (Varian, USA) and used OmniPro I'mRT system (V 1.7b, IBA dosimetry, Germany) to analyze the data that were acquired through this measurement with two types of interruptions four times for each case. The door interlock and the beam-off were used to stop and then to restart the dose delivery of VMAT. The gamma index in OmniPro I'mRT system and T-test in Microsoft Excel 2007 were used to evaluate the result of this investigation. Results: The deviations of average gamma index in cases with door interlock, beam-off and without interruption on VMAT are 0.141, 0.128 and 0.1. The standard deviations of acquired gamma values are 0.099, 0.091, 0.071 and The maximum gamma value in each case is 0.413, 0.379, 0.286, respectively. This analysis has a 95-percent confidence level and the P-value of T-test is under 0.05. Gamma pass rate (3%, 3 mm) is acceptable in all of measurements. Conclusion: As a result, We could make sure that the interruption of this investgation are not enough to seriously affect dose delivery of VMAT by analyzing the measured data. But this investigation did not reflect all cases about interruptions and errors regarding the movement of a gantry rotation, collimator and patient So, We should continuously maintain a treatment machine and program to deliver the accurate dose when we perform the VMAT for the many kinds of cancer patients.

신문 만평에 나타난 이데올로기 은폐현상에 대하여 - 에코의 수사학적 기법을 중심으로

신문 만평은 사회비판적 풍자와 은유를 내포하고 있다. 이는 움베르토 에코가 말한 `이데올로기 은폐`와 그 맥을 같이 한다. 본고의 연구목적은 이런 시각을 토대로 신문 만평을 `이데올로기의 조작과 은폐`라는 기호학적 연구를 통해 정치·사회적 비판 기능이 유지되고 있는지를 검토하는 데 있다. 연구 방법으로는 만평을 움베르토 에코의 수사학적 작업으로 `이데올로기의 조작, 이데올로기의 폭로`라는 사회비판성의 방법으로 분석하고자 한다. 따라서 본고의 연구는 기호학적 연구의 영역을 넓히고 신문 만평에 대한 새로운 분석 방법으로서 의미를 지닌다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 경향신문, 중앙일보에 보도된 2016년 5월 5일자, 18일자, 25일자 만평을 대상으로 한정하였다. 이는 경향신문, 중앙일보가 한국에서 진보언론과 보수언론을 표본적으로 나타내고 있기 때문이다. 연구텍스트로 위에 나온 세 개 일자만 대상으로 한 것은 5월 5일은 어린이날이고, 5월 18일은 광주민주화운동기념일이라는 사회적 의미를 갖고 있기 때문이다. 이와 더불어 5월 25일은 특별한 의미 없는 평일로서의 의미가 있기 때문이다. 신문 만평의 선별된 사례를 분석한 결과, 풍자와 과장 외에도 에코의 기호학에서 말하는 수사학의 조작 3단계인 이데올로기적 발상·발견, 이데올로기적 배열·배치, 코드의 전환인 표현술과 은유와 환유를 자연스럽게 담고 있었다. 그러나 만평이라는 한계로 인하여 이데올로기적인 예리한 은폐현상은 강하게 표현되지 않고 있었다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 즉 에코가 말한 수사학적인 배치나 배열 혹은 단어교체를 통한 예리하고 깊숙한 이념적 은폐는 한계가 있는 듯이 보였다. 만평은 항상 그림을 언어와 병합하여 표현하기에 그림으로 인한 은폐의 한계가 드러나게 되기 때문이다. 본고는 만평을 통해 우리 사회 속에서 지속적으로 이어지는 이데올로기의 발생에 초점을 두는 것이 아니라 이데올로기의 구조를 연구하고자 했다. 이러한 연구는 에코가 강조한 `문화체계 내의 은폐된 상호 연관성을 보여주고 그 결과 현실을 변화시킬 수 있는 사회비판이자 사회적 실천`의 가치를 찾아보는 의의를 갖고 있다. Satire cartoons on newspapers connote social critical satire and metaphor. This is in line with the concept of Umberto Eco`s `Concealment of Ideology.` This paper examines whether social cartoons maintain their function of socio-political criticism based on the assessment of semiotic analysis-`Ideology`s Manipulation and Concealment. As for the research method, the researchers analyze satire cartoons through `Manipulation and Reveal of Ideology` as Umerto Eco`s rhetorical method. This paper broadens the research area of semiology and suggests new analyzing method for satire cartoons. This research confines research subjects to satire cartoons of The Kyunghyang Shinmun and The JoongAng Ilbo on May 5th, 18th, and 25th in 2016. This is because each company represents progressive journalism and conservative journalism accordingly in Korea. The researchers choose these three days because May 5th and 18th have socially profound meanings: Children`s Day and Gwangju Democratic Movement Memorial Day. As for May 25th, however, it has another meaning as an ordinary day. Satire cartoons naturally contain ideological idea·discovery, arrangement·placement, code transferring expression, and metaphor· metonymy. These are argued by Eco`s semiology as 3rd level of rhetorical manipulation. However, due to the nature of satire cartoons, the researchers find that sharp ideological concealment tend to be expressed rather mildly. In other words, it seems that Eco`s rhetorical arrangement· placement or sharp ideological concealment by paraphrasing seems to have certain limitations. As satire cartoons always corporate pictures and languages, those pictures can only display the limited concealment. This paper will examine the ideological structure rather than continuously occurring ideology in our society through satire cartoons. The meaning of this paper is to show the concealed correlation in cultural system and finding the value of social criticism and practice which are ultimately changing reality.
