The structure, saturation magnetization and magnetic anisotropy of Co_(82)Cr_(18) thin film have been investigated. The films were prepared by rf-sputtering technique. The films consist of columnar grains, whose crystal structure is hcp. C-axis of the grains is aligned roughly parallel to the normal of film surface. Angular distribution of the c-axis is less than 6˚ with respect to the normal of the film surface. The saturation magnetization of film is 380 emu/㎤ at room temperature, and it increases about 20 emu/㎤ after heat treating at 400℃ for 1 hour. The easy axis of magnetization of the film is the normal direction of the film. The coefficients of magnetic of the film is the normal direction of the film. The coefficients of magnetic anisotrouty, K_(2θ) and K_(4θ) were 4.9×10^5 erg/㎤ and -5×10⁴erg/㎤, respectively. The magnitudes of the coefficient increase about 1.7 times by heat treatment at 400℃ for 1 hour.

장애청소년의 건강증진을 위한 스포츠 이벤트 운영 실태 및 문제점 분석: 장애학생체육대회 중심으로

This study examined whether the Korean Youth Para Games (KYPG) is operating smoothly in accordance with the mission of health promotion and leisure, and analyzed the current status and problems of KYPG. First, an analysis of KYPG-related literature was conducted. Second, a questionnaire was constructed to analyze the KYPG status and problems through a parasports expert meeting. Third, a survey was conducted with 88 coaching staff, people in charge of local sports associations for the disabled, executive directors of affiliated sports organizations, and then the results were analyzed. The results of this study are as follows. First, the participants answered that KYPG operated according to the mission that formed its identity, and that it was most suitable for it to be operated as a mixed type (Festival+ Elite sports). Second, there were many opinions that KYPG was not adequately supported, and the promotion of the tournament was not sufficient. Third, it was noted that KYPG's game operation was being performed properly, and an issue was that the event was canceled due to an insufficient number of participating players. Finally, the first factor to be improved in KYPG was insufficient KYPG promotion. As the study was conducted among KYPG officials and coaching staff, the results of the study did not reflect the opinions of all KYPG participants. Further, this study needs to be verified based on the physical, social, and emotional changes before and after participating in the sports competition and their efficacy as an athlete. Additionally, efforts to match the mission and the event held through comprehensive consultation between KYPG officials and participants should be conducted and related research should be undertaken. 본 연구에서는 한국장애학생체육대회(Korean Youth Para Games: KYPG)가 건강증진과 여가라는 미션에 따라 원활하게 운영되고 있는지 살펴보고, KYPG의 현황과 문제점을 분석하였다. 먼저 KYPG 관련 문헌을 분석하였다. 둘째, 파라스포츠 전문가 간담회를 통해 KYPG 현황과 문제점을 분석하기 위한 설문지를 구성하였다. 셋째, 코칭스태프, 지역장애인체육회담당자, 체육단체 상임이사 88명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 그 결과를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저 참가자들은 KYPG가 정체성을 형성한 미션에 따라 운영되며, 혼합형(Festival+ Elite sports)으로 운영하는 것이 가장 적합하다고 답했다. 둘째, KYPG가 제대로 지원되지 않고, 대회 홍보가 미흡하다는 의견이 많았다. 셋째, KYPG의 게임 운영이 정상적으로 이루어지고 있으며, 참가인원 부족으로 이벤트가 취소되는 문제가 있었다. 마지막으로 KYPG에서 가장 먼저 개선되어야 할 요소는 KYPG 홍보가 미흡하다는 점이었습니다. 본 연구는 KYPG 관계자와 코칭스태프를 대상으로 진행되었기 때문에 모든 KYPG 참여자의 의견이 연구 결과에 반영되지는 않았습니다. 또한, 본 연구는 체육대회 참가 전후의 신체적, 사회적, 정서적 변화와 운동선수로서의 효능감을 바탕으로 검증할 필요가 있다. 또한, KYPG 관계자와 참가자 간의 종합적인 협의를 통해 개최되는 미션과 행사가 일치하도록 노력하고 관련 연구를 수행해야 한다.

신도시 생활밀접업종에 관한 시민 니즈 빅데이터 분석 연구

The presence of shops necessary for everyday life is a factor that increases the satisfaction of residential environment. From the perspective of founders, establishing businesses with high needs of local residents is a factor that affects business success. In this paper, we try to find out the status of businesses closely related to everyday city life. And it analyzes whether the formation of these businesses is consistent with the initial consumer needs of the new city. The purpose of this paper is to derive meaningful results that both the business founder and consumer can win-win. The current status of the life-friendly businesses and the needs of citizens were analyzed in the S city. As a results of analysis, the needs for education appears strongly at the early stage of urban development. And it shows a characteristic of being weakened to some extent with the passage of time. On the other hand, the needs for food, which is the basic requirement of life, has a low starting and steadily increasing character. 일상생활에 필요한 상점의 존재는 주민의 주거환경 만족도를 높여주는 요인이 되며, 창업자의 입장에서 지역주민의 니즈가 높은 업종의 창업은 사업 성공을 좌우하는 요인이 될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 시민들이 체감할 수 있는 일상생활과 밀접한 업종의 창업현황을 알아보고, 이러한 상점의 형성이 신도시 초기 소비자 니즈에 부합하는지 분석하여 창업자와 소비자가 모두 윈윈할 수 있는 의미있는 결과를 도출하고자 한다. S시를 대상으로 신도시 출범 직후부터 현재까지의 생활밀접업종 현황과 시민의 니즈를 분석한 결과, 생활밀접업종에 대한 주민의 니즈는 새로운 거주지로 이주시 가장 중요하게 생각하는 니즈가 도시 조성 초반에 강하게 나타나는 특성을 가지고 있다. 그리고 정착 과정에서 니즈의 해소 및 증대에 따라, 니즈의 크기가 변화하는 특성을 가지고 있다. S시의 경우, 교육에 대한 니즈가 도시 조성 초반 강하게 나타나며, 시간의 흐름에 따라 일정 부분 약해지는 특성을 보인다. 반면 생활의 기본요건이라고 할 수 있는 음식에 대한 니즈는 낮게 시작해서 지속적으로 증대되는 특성을 가지고 있다.

센텀시티 UEC의 경제적 파급효과 분석

This research is designed for conducting spreading effects of regional economy by analyzing Input-Output Model(i.e. production model, employment model, value added model, and income model). These measures of spreading effects in regional economy were determined by precise analyses of feasibility and demands of public businesses. That would be effective and confident polices and supportive for long time in the regional economy.One of the most effective analysis on the spreading effects of regional economy is draw up Input-Output Model(IOM). This article, based on 2000 IOM of Busan Area, is focused that how the turbulence level of final demands affected spreading effects of regional economy, such as industrial production, value added, employment, income etc. Also there were included the analysis of economic analyses of spreading effects on the UEC in the Centum City businesses. 본 연구는 현재 추진 중인 부산지역의 대표적 개발사업인 센텀시티의 UEC(Urban Entertainment Center) 개발사업이 지역경제에 미치는 파급효과를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 그 동안 지방자치제 실시와 함께 각 지자체들은 지역경제 활성화를 위한 다양한 지역개발사업을 경쟁적으로 추진해오고 있지만 많은 사업들이 경제적 파급효과, 사업성 및 수요에 대한 정확한 분석 없이 추진됨에 따라 실제적인 효과를 얻지 못함은 물론 지역경제와의 연계성도 떨어지는 경우가 대부분이었다. 이는 지방자치단체 정책에 대한 신뢰성 저하로 연결되고 지역 자원의 낭비를 초래하는 주요 요인으로 지적되어 왔다. 여기서는 이러한 점에 주목하여 파급효과분석의 객관성을 확보하기 위해 양비례조정법에 의해 지역산업연관표를 작성하였으며 UEC와 관련된 최종수요를 추정하고 이를 각각 내생부문과 외생부문으로 분류하여 산업연관표상의 170개 부문과 연계함으로써 산업별 파급효과를 구체적으로 추정하였다.

온라인 게임에서 Qos 라우팅을 위한 부하균등 비용산정 방식

온라인 게임서비스 향상을 목적으로 한 Qos 라우팅을 위하여 각각의 요구에 대한 제한조건을 충족시키는 것은 물론 전체 네트워크 자원의 최적화에 대해서도 고려해야 할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 온라인 게임을 위해 도메인으로 분할된 대규모 네트워크의 Qos 라우팅에서 Transit traffic을 위한 경로를 설계한 방식으로 설정하고, 이들 경로들의 예약 가능성을 높이기 위해 자원 예약 측면에서 가장 좋은 K개의 경로들을 부하균등을 고려하여 설정하는 방안을 제안하였다. 그리고 동일한 자원 비용 산정 방식을 transit traffic과 intra traffic에 모두 적용하여 도메인간 라우팅과 도메인내 라우팅을 무리 없이 연계하면서 transit traffic을 우선으로 하는 방식을 제안하였다.
