유아교육기관의 대부분이 초고속 인터넷망에 접속하고 자체 홈페이지를 제작하여 1999년에 170개 정도이던 유아교육기관 홈페이지는 2003년에는 730개 정도로 4년만에 4배 가까이 급속히 늘어나고 있다. 그러나 대부분의 유아교육기관은 홈페이지 설계에 대한 인식이 부족하고 홈페이지를 직접 제작할 수 있는 인적 자원을 갖추고 있지 못하기 때문에 보다 효율적인 유아교육기관 홈페이지를 운영하는데 어려움이 있다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 2003년 현재 운영되고 있는 유아교육기관의 홈페이지를 1999년의 경우와 비교하여 양적 질적인 면에서 종단적으로 분석함으로써 유아교육기관 홈페이지의 변화 추세를 진단하고 유아교육활동을 보다 효율적으로 지원할 수 있는 홈페이지의 설계 방안을 제언하였다. The number of homepages for early childhood education centers increased from 170 in 1999 to 730 in 2003. However, the quality of homepages has not improved. One of the reason is that their educational centers' staffs are not familiar with good organizing strategies. This article outlines the considerations of good early childhood education homepages. briefly, they are: Focus should be on teacher and children, not parents. Menus should be able to facilitate communication among centers. Information should be easy for children to access and any educational materials should be easy for teachers to post information and materials.

내년(2005년) 1월 29일부터 유아교육법과 개정된 영유아보육법이 시행되게 되면 유아교육기관에 대한 국가 수준의 평가 제도가 어떠한 형태로든 마련되어야 할 것이며 그러한 논의 과정에서 국내에서 개발된 주요 평가 체제는 검토의 대상이 되어야 할 것이다. 따라서 본 연구는 국내에서 개발된 주요 유아교육기관 평가 체제에 대한 비교 분석을 통해 국가 수준의 유아교육기관 평가 제도 개발에 필요한 기초 자료를 제공함을 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구결과 다음과 같은 방안을 제시하였다 첫째, 국가 수준의 유아교육기관 평가 체제가 활성화되기 위해서는 평가 결과의 공개 및 평가 결과에 따른 행재정적 차 등 지원이 이루어져야하고, 둘째, 유치원과 보육시설은 그 설립 목적과 운영 형태, 그리고 시실에 있어서 차이가 많으므로 평가 준거는 유치원과 보육시설의 특성에 맞게 이원화되어야 하며, 셋째, 우수한 평가자의 선정과 이들에 대한 연수가 평가 체제의 핵심을 이루므로 평가자의 자격 기준을 엄격히 할 필요가 있고 우수한 유아교육전공자가 평가자를 지원할 수 있는 유인체제를 갖추어야 할 것이며 이들에 대한 충실한 연수가 마련되어야 할 것이다. This study compares and analyzes the early childhood education evaluation systems of BK21team (2002), Yang, Okseung(2002), Korean Women’s Development Institute(2003), Korean Open Association for Early Childhood Education(2003) in terms of their evaluation goals, evaluation programs, validators, evaluation process, evaluation criteria, and the use of evaluation results. Based on the results of analyzing the evaluation systems of BK21team(2002), Yang, Okseung(2002), Korean Women's Development Institute(2003), Korean Open Association for Early Childhood Education(2003), this study suggests the directions for an evaluation system for early childhood education in korea: 1) evaluation results should be open in detail to the public via the internet. And the incentive system should be applied. 2) the evaluation criteria was classified into two parts, kindergarten and daycare center. Because, they are very different from each other, such as goals, curriculum, facility. 3) validators should be highly qualified and need to complete periodic refresher courses.

본 연구의 목적은 단위 유아교육기관이 기관 평가를 준비하는 과정에서 어떠한 도움을 필요로 하며 그에 따라 적절한 지도를 하였을 때 유아교육기관의 질이 어떻게 향상되어가는 가를 탐구하는 것이었다. 자료 수집은 연구자가 5개 유아교육기관을 1년간 평균 12회 (월 1회) 방문하여 교직원들을 대상으로 컨설팅한 내용을 중심으로 이루어졌다. 본 연구에서 컨설팅의 과정은 첫째, 참여유치원의 선정. 둘째, 교직원에 대한 연수. 셋째, 1차 기관평가 실시. 넷째, 운영계획서의 보완. 다섯째, 평가 영역별 지도. 여섯째, 2차 기관평가 실시로 이루어졌다. 그리고 기관평가 컨설팅의 효과는 첫째, 기관평가에 대한 교직원의 인식 전환. 둘째, 교직원의 개선 노력 고취. 셋째, 기관의 질적 향상. 넷째, 기관의 질관리 시스템 구축으로 나타났다. 연구 결과. 교직원들은 기관평가의 필요성에 대해 공감하게 되었으며, 기관평가의 준비를 위해 평가 준거 및 평가 방법에 대한 연수를 요구하였다. 그리고 기관 평가 컨설팅을 통해서 6개의 평가 영역 중 ‘교육과정’영역의 질적 향상이 가장 높게 나타났으며 기관평가 결과가 우수한 기관의 특징은 원장의 질관리에 대한 높은 관심과 교직원들의 적극적인 참여로 구분되었다. This study analyzes the effect of consulting on kindergarten. The subjects are 5 kindergartens in Daejeon, Chungcheongnamdo and Chungcheongbukdo which have 4 -6 classes. The 5 kindergartens have received consulting program for 1 year, from January to December in 2003. And, the consulting program focuses on supporting the staffs who make themselves responsible for the quality of the kindergarten. The Results are 1.4%(77.7→79.1) improvement in 'physical area', 22.2%(61.6→83.8) in 'curriculum area', 9.3%(63.2-72.5) in 'administration area', 5.8%(85.7-91.5), in 'nutritionㆍhealthㆍsafety area', 4.6%(55.0→59.6) in 'Staff area, 4%(53.6-57.6) in 'family & community area'.

There is a need for the controller optimization of the evaluation test of optical image stabilization (OIS) actuators. However, in the field where only the actuator and not the entire OIS module is designed, the performance evaluation is inconvenient because no system for evaluating the prototype through controller design exists. Therefore, in this study, we developed a system and a program to design and evaluate the OIS control algorithm executed in an independent environment without complex configuration. For the program design, a controller design system was developed based on the basic control theory, and a graphic user interface was produced and programmed such that the controller could be designed and evaluated using only parameters without complications.
