Benzaldehyde와 Semicarbazide의 결합에 미치는 pH치의 영향

Like the condensation reaction of general aldehyde, that of benzaldehyde with semicarbazide also depends upon the concentration of carbonium ion that is produced by hydrogen ion. The lower pH value is the facility of the formation of carbonium ion in the condensation reaction, while the reactivity of semicarbazide as a reactant is reduced. In this paper, therefore we want to find out the optimum pH value in the condensation reaction of benzaldehyde with semicarbazide. This optimum pH value was determined by using the simple paper-chromatographic method. According to the result of this experiment, the condensation reaction between benzaldehyde and semicarbazide reacts with its highest point at 3.5pH value. It seems clear that at this point the benzaldehyde acquires the most suitable amount of carbonium ion for the condensation reaction with semicarbazide, and the semicarbazide also has the optimum reactivity.

신생아에서 우유 특이 IgE 항체검사 양성을 보인 환아에 대한 분석

목 적 : 신생아에서 우유 알레르기가 의심되는 경우 우유 특이 IgE 항체 측정이 우유 알레르기 진단에 유용한지 알아보고자 하였다. 또한 추적관찰이 가능한 경우 우유 특이 IgE 항체 검사 결과와 다른 알레르기 질환의 발현과의 연관성도 알아보고자 하였다.방 법 : 생후 4주이내의 신생아로 우유 특이 IgE 항체 검사 양성을 보인 87명을 대상으로 하였다. 대상 환아는 병력 청취와 진찰 소견에서 우유 알레르기가 의심되어 우유 단백 제거 요법을 시행하여 증세의 호전을 보이고 우유 특이 IgE 항체 검사에서 양성을 보인 환아로 하였다. 또한 이들 87명의 환아 중 추적관찰이 가능했던 40명을 대상으로 우유 특이 IgE 항체 검사결과와 알레르기 질환 발현과의 상관관계를 알아보았고 이들 항체와 알레르기 질환의 가족력과의 상관관계도 알아보았다.결 과 : 대상 환아의 평균 나이는 17.2±5.4일 이었다. 우유 특이 IgE 항체 검사 결과 milk 양성은 87명이었고 casein 양성은 24명, α-lactoalbuminn 양성은 38명, β-lactoglobulin 양성은 75명이었다. 6개월 이상의 추적관찰이 가능했던 환아는 40명(45.9%)이었고 부모가 알레르기 질환을 가진 경우는 10명(25%), 환아의 추적 관찰 결과 알레르기 질환을 가진 경우가 15명(37.5%)으로 천식 4명, 아토피 피부염 11명이었다. 추적관찰 결과 신생아기에 casein에 양성을 보인 경우 알레르기 질환의 발현과 연관성이 통계적으로 유의하게 높았다. 그러나 우유 특이 IgE 항체 양성과 알레르기 가족력과의 연관성은 통계적 유의성이 없었다. 결 론 : 신생아에서 IgE 매개성 및 혼합성 우유 알레르기가 의심되는 경우는 우유 제거 식이 요법과 우유 특이 IgE 항체 검사를 시행한다면 진단에 도움이 될 수 있다고 생각된다. Purpose : The purpose of this study was to research whether measurement of cow's milk specific IgE on the newborn would be helpful in the diagnosis of cow's milk allergy. We tried to find out the relation between cow's milk specific IgE and other allergy diseases by following up cases. Methods : We reviewed clinical features of 87 episodes in infants less than 4 weeks old who were positive in cow's milk specific IgE test. For the study group, history taking, physical examinations, elimination and cow's milk specific IgE tests were carried out. We investigated the connection among cow' milk specific IgE, allergic disease and family history in 40 of 87 patients we could follow up on. Results : The mean age of the study group was 17.2±5.4 days. The subjects were classified in four groups according into allergens : 87 milk allergy positive patients, 24 casein positive, 38 α-lactoalbumin positive, and 75 β-lactoglobulin positive. The number of patients who had follow-ups for more than 6 months to was 40(45.9 percent). The patients whose parents had allergic disease numberred 10(25 percent). Fiften patients had allergic diseases, 4 had asthma and 11 atopic dermatitis. According to the follow-up study, there is a significant relation between casein positive patients and allergic disease. But there is no statistical and significant relation between cow's milk specific IgE and a family history of allergic disease. Conclusion : For the newborn babies, elimination tests and cow's milk specific IgE tests can be useful in the diagnosis of IgE-mediated or mixed milk allergies.

Cyclodextrine의 효소적 생성에 미치는 Addukt 형성물질의 영향

전분액은 Bac. macerans로 분해시킬때 Cyclodextrin이 형성되는 것은 Schardinger Freudenberg등에 발견된 사실이었으나 아직도 그 정확한 생성량에 대한 정량적인 조사는 되어있지 않으므로 저자는 본 연구를 통하여 .alpha.-, .betha.-, .gamma.-dextrin의 정량법을 paper-chromatography법으로 확립시켰다. 또한 이때 각분자와 주분자의 포위화합물의 현미경사진에 의한 결정형성모양과 동시에 그 모액중에 있는 Cyclodextrin의 함량등으로 cyclodextrin의 포위성을 증명하는 실험과 이러한 사실에 기인하여, Enzyme액으로 cyclodextrin이 생성되어 나올때 그 생성률의 변화를 조사한 결과를 cyclohexan을 첨가해 줄때 그 생성률이 가장 양호해지는 것을 보았다. 또한 본 연구를 통하여 .alpha.-Dextrin을 Enzyme과 공동작용시키면 .betha.-Dextrin이 형성되어 지는데, 각분자의 첨가로 그 .betha.-Dextrin의 생성량이 증가해지며 이때 Glucose를 가해주면 그 반응이 촉진되어 여기에 하나의 척매적인 작용을 하는 것으로 본다. 이것은 전분이 효소로써 분해될때 직쇄의 Dextrin이 생긴 다음 이것이 glucosyl기 전이반응의 반복으로써 Cyclodextrin이 형성되는 것을 입증하는 것인데 Glucosyl 기의 공여체로써 Glucose및 Maltose를 사용하였을때 이와같은 사실이 촉진되는 것을 볼 수 있다. 그러나 이와 같은 촉매적 역할에도 불구하고 .betha.-Dextrin을 Enzym과 공동작용시켜도 .alpha.-Dextrin이 형성되지 않는 것을 보아 .alpha.-Dextrin과 .betha.-Dextrin의 상호변화에 대해서 우리는 .alpha.-Dextrin에서 .betha.-Dextrin으로는 변화할수 있으나 .betha.-Dextrin으로 부터 .alpha.-Dextrin으로는 변화가 진행되지 않는 것으로 본다. 전반적으로 본 연구를 통하여 전분액을 Bac. macerans로 분해시킬때 시간의 경과를 따라 생성되어지는 Cyclodextrin의 함량의 변화를 추적하여 4시간전후에서 최고량이 되는 것을 볼 수 있으며 동시에 포위화합물을 형성시킬수 있을때는 그 생성률이 큰 영향을 이르킬수 있는 것을 지적할 수 있다.

This thesis examines the coffee poisoning attempt against King Gojong that occurred on September 12, 1898. This incident was a symbolic event that reflected the circumstances of the time as a whole, clearly revealed the attitude of leader Gojong, and surfaced all the elements of conflict that our society was experiencing in the process of handling the incident. From the beginning of the incident, it spread into a political debate, and there is an aspect that has flowed in a direction that is not related to the essence of the incident. The means of the incident was a new and unfamiliar drink coffee. Nevertheless, there was no direct debate about the new beverage called coffee. Whether this drink is a healthy drink or a harmful drink, the coffee that the emperor drank was produced in which country and by what route was it imported, and how did it come up on the emperor's dessert table? Whether it is appropriate to use it for entertaining foreign guests, whether or not foreign food should be completely excluded without such a debate, whether or not people who want to follow foreign food or foreign institutions should remain around the emperor. It was used only as an opportunity for conflict. In the process of handling the case, the key issue was whether to maintain the modern-oriented system symbolized by coffee, or whether to discard it and return to the old system. Conservative forces insisted on the revival of the implicative system and beheading system, which were abolished due to the Gabo Reform, and were persistent. Despite persistent and repeated demands, King Gojong chose to maintain the modern system. In the process of handling this case, it is true that King Gojong expressed indecisiveness rather than determination. Nevertheless, choosing to defend the modern system rather than returning to the past showed the ultimate consciousness of King Gojong. In the process of handling this case, the People's Association and the public-private association were held, and a public opinion was formed on the necessity of a kind of representative politics that reflects the will of the people in politics. This was a very valuable experience in the history of our country's politics. Although the institutionalization of representative politics was not achieved, it was very meaningful in the history of Korean politics to have the experience of discussion in that direction. In the early modern period of Korea, coffee was more than a simple foreign product, it was at the center of political debate, and it was a product that symbolized the transition period.
