        동시 전기 폭발법에 의한 나노 합금 분말 제조에 관한 연구 II - Fe-Al alloy 분말 제조

        In this study the possibility to obtain a homogeneous mixture and to produce solid solutions and intermetallic compounds of Fe and Al nano particles by simultaneous pulsed wire evaporation (S-PWE) have been investigated. The Fe and Al wires with 0.45 mm in diameter and 35 mm in length were continuously co-fed by a special mechanism to the explosion chamber and simultaneously exploded. The characteristics, e.g., phase composition, particle shape, and specific surface area of Fe-Al nano powders have been analyzed. The synthesized powders, beside for Al and $\alpha$-Fe, contain significant amount of a high-temperature phase of $\gamma$-Fe, Fe Al and traces of other intermetallics. The phase composition of powders could be changed over broad limits by varying initial explosion conditions, e.g. wire distance, input energy, for parallel wires of different metals. The yield of the nano powder is as large as 40 wt % and the powder may include up to 46 wt % FeAl as an intermetallic compound.

        확률모수를 이용한 교통사고예측모형 개발 - 수도권 및 부산광역시 4지 교차로를 대상으로 -

        본 연구는 서울, 수도권 및 부산광역시의 4지 신호교차로를 대상으로 도로의 기하구조측면, 교통특성, 환경특성 등 다양한 요인을 고려하여 교통사고예측모형을 구축하고 교차로사고와의 상호관계를 규명하고자 하였다. 분석 결과 기존 의 음이항 모형보다 확률적 음이항 모형의 설명력이 높게 나타났으며 총 52개의 변수 중 10개의 변수가(주도로의 차로 수, 주도로의 좌회전 교통량, 주도로의 주행제약시설 수, 부도로의 우회전 교통량, 부도로의 교차로 시거, 교차로의 총 현시, 부도로의 중앙분리대 유무, 부도로의 제한속도, 부도로의 교통섬 유무, 부도로의 속도제약시설 수) 도시부 4지 신 호교차로에서 교통사고에 영향을 미치는 유의한 변수로 나타났다. 또한 10개의 유의한 변수 중 2개의 변수가(부도로의 교차로 시거, 부도로의 차량 주행속도 제약 시설물 수)가 확률적 변수로 나타났다. This study intends to build a traffic accident predictive model considering road geometrics, traffic and enviromental characteristics and identify the relationship of 4-legs intersection accidents in Seoul and Busan metropolitan area. The RPNB(Random Parameter Negative Binomial) model shows improvement over the fixed NB(Negative Binomial) and out of 53 variables, 10 variables (main road number of lane, main road vehicle traffic volume(left), minor road vehicle traffic volume(right), main road drive restriction, minor road sight distance, minor road median strip, minor road speed limit, minor road speed restriction) showed to have significant variables affecting traffic accident occurrences in 4-legs signilized intersections. Also, among 10 significant variables, 2 variables(minor road sight distance, minor road speed restriction) found to be random parameters.

        The safety man should not underestimate the significance of the statistical data on the injury experience of the company. The past is prologue could will be the heading on every chart and table of injury statistics because past experience, properly applied, is the guide to future safety activities. The dictionary defines statistics as the science which deals with the collection, classfication, and use of numerical facts or data bearing on a subject or matter, injury statistics, reflect not only the results of the safety program but also the effectiveness of the safety organization. This study, one of the safety in industry dealing with organization and administration, discusses the latitude and limitations injury statistics ant suggests how such statistics can be utilized as a means for establishing an injury prevention program. Some peop1e infer from the word statstics a cold and impersonal array of useless figures as dull and dry as dust. Such inference can be avoided by thinking of the in terms of experience. Contents 1. Becaiuse past experience, properly apples, is the guide to future safety activities, this study points the way to the use of such data to accomplish the desired results.

        우리 대학교에서 공업경영학과를 개설한 것은 1958년의 일이며, 이것이 어떤 뜻에서이던지 우리나라 공업경영학이 하나의 학으로서의 체계적인 연구를 시작하는 출발점인 것이다. 이 때만 하더라도 공업경영학이 하나의 학문영역을 점유하는데 있어서는 많은 고문과 문제들이 있었던 것이나 이제 한국에는 7개 종합대학교에 공업경영학과를 설치하므로서 이른바 한국적 공업경영학의 정비단계에 이르는 것과 같은 시대감도 생기고 있다. 물론 외국어에서 「Industrial Engineering」이라고 했을 때 그것이 공업경영학·경영공학·산업공학 등으로 해석될 수가 있어서 상호간의 정통, 주장이 엇갈리는 뜻이 엿보이는 것은 매우 유감스러운 경향이 아닐 수 없다. 같은 원어를 해석하는데서 오는 차이이나, 그것에 접근하는 원리상의 차이는 학문연구상의 불가결한 방법론 일 수도 있을 것이지만 그것이 결코 하나의 전문영역을 형성하는 학문의 본질까지는 부정 할 수 없는 것이다.

        동시 전기 폭발법에 의한 나노 합금 분말 제조에 관한 연구 Part I - 동시 전기 폭발을 위한 이론적 배경

        Pulsed wire evaporation (PWE) method is known as the promising production-technique for nanopowders. In this study, we developed and modified the previous single wire explosion equipment to the simultaneous two-wire explosion one for the fabrication of alloy or mixture of nano metallic powder. First of all, both the theoretical and empirical background of pulsed wire explosion of single wire were summarized, and compared with our experimental results for Cu and Al single wlre explosion. After then, the simultaneous wire evaporation equipment was designed, constructed, and tested. The current and voltage behavior were well matched between the calculated ones from the circuit equations, and the experimental results from simultaneous explosion of Cu and Al wire.

        슬관절 전치환술 환자의 슬관절 신전근 및 굴곡근에 대한 등속성운동검사

        The twenty one individuals with total knee replacement who were admitted to Kang-Dong Hospital for comprehensive physical therapy were studied in order to demonstrate the effectiveness of an isokinetic test program using the Cybex 6000 machine. The subjects were divided into three groups with the isometric exercise group receiving isometric exercise, the isokinetic eccentric exercise group, and isokinetic concentric exercise group receivind isokinetic exercise(eccentric, concentric) to knee flexors and extensors muscles for a six weeks' period using the Cybex 6000. The results are follow: 1. The extensors were increased significantly at all groups after 6 weeks training(p<.05). The flexors were increased significantly at isokinetic eccentric and isokinetic concentric group but no significantly differences at isometric group(p>.05) 2. At the effect of extensors and flexors after 6 weeks training. higher to 30$^{\circ}$ /sec of isokinetic concentric exercise, lower to 120$^{\circ}$ /sec of isometric exercise. 3. The peak torque was more increased significantly in the flexors and extensors of the isokinetic conccentric exercise among three groups. 4. The total work was more increased significantly in the flexors and extensors of the isokinetic conccentric exercise among three groups. 5. The ratio of peak torque to body weight were more increased significantly in the flexors and extensors of the isikinetic conccentric exercise among three groups. 6. The average power was more increased significantly in the flexors and extensors of the isikinetic conccentric exercise among three groups. 7. The average R.O.M in the pre-exercise and post-exercise was not different significantly in all three groups. According to the above results, In the muscle strength recovery for total knee replacement patients, isokinetic concentric exercise group was significantly greater than the isokinetic eccentric and isometric exercise groups after a six weeks training.
