A telecooperation system supports synchronous cooperation among all the product development partners and enables compensation of deficits concerning traditional information/communication technologies. By analyzing the product development processes and communication scenarios of a company manufacturing automobile parts, the specifications for the suitable telecooperation system were defined. An integrated telecooperation platform that combines the commercial softwares with the new developed modules for customer-oriented functionalities was created as a product development guideline. Future work is strongly required in order to define the best way to improve the integrated platform, based on the functionality of ERP and PDM systems.

Analysis of Factors Affecting Housing Purchase Intention ofOffice Workers in Their 20sGyubong Lee Abstract: The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that affect the housing purchase intention of office workers in their 20s with the weakest financial power in relation to housing purchase. An empirical analysis was conducted with SPSS 22 and AMOS 22 programs by surveying office workers in their 20s in Gwangju. As a result of the analysis, the variables that were significant in the housing purchase intention of office workers in their 20s were identified as anxiety, family composition, trust in housing policy, and market environment. And the family composition appeared as a negative (-) sign, and investment desire was analyzed to be insignificant. According to the results of the study, office workers in their 20s want to purchase a house to form a new family, not to invest in asset growth, because their future anxiety will be relieved when the housing market is stabilized with a consistent housing policy. Therefore, the implication is that future uncertainties should be minimized through the consistency of real estate policies and stability of the housing market. Nevertheless, the results of this study have limitations in regards to the impact on housing purchases of all office workers in Korea. It is necessary to supplement internal and external variables of future housing purchase intentions with specific factors and follow-up studies targeting all office workers. Key Words: Housing Policy, Office Workers, Housing Purchase Intention, Housing Market, Asset Growth 20대 직장인의 주택구입 의도에 미치는 영향 요인분석이 규 봉** 요약: 본 연구는 주택구입과 관련하여 가장 자금력이 약한 20대 직장인의 주택구입 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대하여 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 광주광역시 20대 직장인을 대상으로 설문하여 SPSS 22와 AMOS 22 프로그램으로 실증분석하였다. 분석 결과, 20대 직장인의 주택구입 의도에 유의한 변수는 불안감 해소, 가족구성, 주택정책의 신뢰, 시장 환경 등으로 파악되었다. 그리고 가족구성은 음(-)의 부호로 나타났고, 투자욕구는 유의하지 않는 것으로 분석되었다. 연구결과에 의하면 20대 직장인은 일관성 있는 주택정책으로 주택시장이 안정되면 자신들의 미래 불안감이 해소되기 때문에 새로운 가족구성을 위하여 주택을 구입하고자 하는 것이지 자산증식의 투자를 목표로 하지 않는다는 것이다. 따라서 시사점은 부동산정책의 일관성과 주택시장 안정을 통한 미래의 불확실성을 최소화하여야 한다. 그럼에도 본 연구 결과를 우리나라 전체 직장인의 주택구입에 미치는 영향이라고 보기에는 한계가 있으며, 향후 주택구입 의도의 내・외부변수를 구체적 요인으로 보완하고, 전체 직장인을 대상으로 하는 후속 연구가 필요하다. 핵심어: 주택정책, 직장인, 주택구입 의도, 주택시장, 자산증식 □ 접수일: 2022년 1월 14일, 수정일: 2022년 1월 28일, 게재확정일: 2022년 2월 20일* 이 논문은 2020학년도 조선대학교 학술연구비의 지원을 받아 연구되었음. ** 조선대학교 휴먼융합서비스학부 부교수(Professor, Chosun Univ., Email: leegbin@chosun.ac.kr)

Analysis of Energy Efficiency in PCB Manufacturing Process

Recently, development of renewable energy and improvement of energy efficiency become important issues due to high oil price and global warming. The improvement of energy efficiency restrains the growth rate of energy demand to result in delaying or reducing the expansion of energy supply facilities. As most of energy consumption occurs in industries, it is natural that various methods are sought for energy savings through an efficient management of energy resources consumed in shop floors of industries. In this paper the Energy Resource Management (ERM) system is proposed efficiently to manage and analyze energy consumption and CO2 emission in industries. Data of energy consumption are measured in real time by means of electric power meters and stored in the ERM system by using Machine-to-Machine (M2M) devices. Energy efficiency of a manufacturing process is analyzed based on the data. In this paper the system is implemented in the inner scrubbing process and drilling process for manufacturing PCB and the reflow soldering process for surface mounting of chips or devices on PCB. The results obtained from the implementation are analyzed and reviewed to check usefulness and reliability of the ERM system. The ERM system proposed in this paper mainly for monitoring and analysis of energy consumption can be utilized as the guidelines to manage and improve the energy efficiency in manufacturing processes.

4차 산업혁명시대 성인학습자 평생학습에 관한 질적 연구: 평생학습 전문 플래너 과정을 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to present effective teaching methods and learning methods of adult learners by qualitatively analyzing the learning activity process based on the participation motivation and learning experiences of adult learners participating in the lifelong learning planner program. The research was conducted in a qualitative way through in-depth interviews and observations. As a result, the effective learning methods of lifelong learners are: First, goal and desire for lifelong learning are purpose-oriented, and second, learning by teams including self-directed learning club activities. It was analyzed that the inviting teaching method is necessary. These results should be reflected in future lifelong learning programs. Nevertheless, there is a limitation of qualitative research for a small number of lifelong learners, so it is necessary to develop research that combines quantitative research methods using a large amount of data. 본 연구는 100세 시대 평생학습이 필요한 성인학습자들에게 평생학습 전문 플래너 과정을 개설하여 참여 동기와 학습경험을 기반으로 학습활동과정을 질적으로 분석하여 효과적인 성인학습자의 교수법 및 학습방법을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법과 내용은 과정을 이수한 15명을 대상으로 심층면접법과 관찰법 등 질적 방법으로 실시하였다. 연구결과 평생학습자들의 효과적인 학습방법으로는 첫째, 학습목표와 욕구를 달성할 수 있는 실습과 체험중심 학습방법, 둘째, 자기 주도적 학습동아리 활동 등 팀별 학습방법이고, 교수법으로는 사회경험, 노하우 등 성인학습자들의 특성을 살리는 참여자들 간 협업 활동을 유인하는 교수법 등이 필요한 것으로 분석되었다. 향후 평생학습프로그램을 개발하고, 운영하는데 이러한 결과가 반영되어야 할 것이다. 그럼에도 소수 성인학습자들을 대상으로 하는 질적 연구의 한계가 있어 풍부한 자료를 활용한 계량적 연구방법을 병행하는 연구의 발전이 필요하다.
