Objective:We studied the effect of Hyu-Sig-Gong-Gan and Hye-Ah-Rim on several evaluations and compared the two programs. We then investigated factors associated with the difference between pre- and post-ratings. Methods:Thirty-six patients were randomized to Hyu-Sig-Gong-Gan (n=23) or Hye-Ah-Rim (n=13). We tested for the effect of each program on several evaluations and compared the two programs through Zarit Burden Interview (ZBI), Center for Epidemiologic Studies-Depression Scale, Dementia Attitude Scale (DAS)-intelligence, DAS-comfort and DAS-total. We then investigated whether the difference between pre- and post-rating depends on other factors. Results:We observed significant positive effect of Hyu-Sig-Gong-Gan on DAS-comfort (t=1.843, p=0.039) and significant positive effect of Hye-Ah-Rim on ZBI (t=-2.327, p=0.019), DAS-comfort (t=2.241, p=0.022), and EuroQol-5 Dimensions-Visual Analogue Scale (t=2.537, p=0.013). For comparing the two programs, we found a lack of evidence for the difference in any of the five commonly observed evaluations. In the secondary analysis, we observed a strong trend that the two programs were particularly effective for caregivers with negative pre-ratings. Conclusion:The two programs showed positive effects on the various evaluations, but some evaluations could not reach statistical significance. The programs appear to be particularly helpful for those who are in need before the program participation.

The purpose of this paper is to reveal the child labor problem and the ethical repugnance about the use of child labor in developing countries. No debate has been more important in the new millennium's international business ethics debate than multinational corporations's abuse of child workers in 'sweatshops', that is, cheap labor factories in developing countries. Therefore, first, this paper addressed the economic inefficieny and injury raised by the child labor problem. This paper intended to show that child labor is inefficient and injurious both to the developing process of the child workers and the developing process of national economy related to the solution for this problem. That is, this paper intended to reveal that abuse of child labor will tend to perpetuate poverty into next generation and drag down economic growth in the wealth the developing countries in the long run. And then, second, this paper addressed the moral repugnance raised by the child labor problem. This paper intended to show that use of child labor is not only economically inefficient and injurious, but also ethically repugnant and serious. That is, this paper intended to reveal that certain multinational corporations are exploiting children and these child workers are being paid poverty wages, working to exhaustion, punished about very minor violations, injuring their health and safety, and tearing their parents apart. Finally, this paper intended to reveal that child labor clearly violated a fundamental human right and we have to protect the rights of child workers morally and legally, because abuse of child labor is morally reprehensible. That is, this paper intended to show that we have to protect not only moral rights and fundamental rights, but also legal rights of child workers such as welfare rights and protective rights specifically.

Food advertising have jumped on the health trend bandwagon to reflect recent sentiment and concerns about public health, but there has not been many empirical research on the state of these food advertisements. Examination of food ads on U. S. contemporary primetime television revealed ads for non-healthy food to be five times more prevalent than those for healthy food. Also, non-healthy food ads make nutrition- and health-content claims, employ humor appeals, and provide value attribute information more so than healthy food. Findings are discussed in terms of food advertising's influence on Americans' unbalanced diet. We recommend that food advertisers follow a more careful message strategy and heed social responsibility.
해양치유로서 수중레저 활동의 여가제약과 만족도 및 추천의사에 관한 연구 : 2021년 해양관광 이용객 실태조사를 중심으로

This study investigates the underwater leisure constraints and how the constraint factors affect marine tourism satisfaction and future recommendation intention by using the raw data of the 2021 marine tourism participation survey. Underwater leisure constraint factors were classified into four categories (domestic underwater leisure education and condition, leisure facilities and user level, tourism information and environment, and financial constraints). Findings indicated that the four leisure constraints were negatively related to general tourism satisfaction. Also, the leisure constraints of domestic underwater leisure education and conditions, tourism information and environment, and leisure facilities and user level were negatively related to the recommendation intention. It implies that the perception of underwater leisure constraints plays a vital role in decreasing marine tourism satisfaction and recommendation intention.
유아기 자녀를 둔 아버지/어머니의 언어반응에 관한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 자녀 양육에서 경험하는 4가지 상황(자기성취, 형제간 싸움, 떼쓰기, 소외)에서 아버지와 어머니가 자녀들과 사용하는 언어반응의 의미를 살펴보고자 한다. 연구대상은 어린이집에 다니는 만 3-5세 유아를 둔 5명의 아버지들과 6명의 어머니들을 선정하여 서울에 소재한 P어린이집에서 면담을 실시하였다. 언어반응의 내용을 분석하는 틀로서 박외숙(2001)의 언어반응 유형(촉진적, 해결제시적, 비판적, 무관심적)4가지를 사용하였다. 분석 자료는 질문지, 심층면담, 면담노트, 녹화기록이다. 연구결과 아버지/어머니 모두가 촉진적 언어반응인 칭찬은 자녀가 자기 성취를 한 상황에서 사용하고, 공감은 자녀가 소외된 상황에서 사용하는 것으로 공통점을 보였다. 차이점으로는 어머니 경우, 해결제시적 언어반응인 명령은 형제간 싸움의 상황에서, 경고는 떼쓰기 상황에서 사용하는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 아버지의 경우 무관심 언어반응인 화제 바꾸기는 떼쓰기 상황에서, 촉진적 언어반응인 공감은 형제간 싸움을 하는 상황에서 사용하는 것으로 차이점을 보였다. 따라서 아버지, 어머니가 효율적인 언어반응을 할 수 있도록 구체적인 칭찬법과 함께 다양한 공감교육에 관한 부모교육 프로그램이 개발되어야 한다고 논의하였다. The purpose of this study was to examine the meaning of verbal response between father and mother in their conversation with their children under such situations as self-achievement, sibling quarrel, nagging and isolation. For this research five fathers and six mothers with children ages 3 to 5 were selected and interviewed at P day care center in Seoul. As for the content-analysis tool the four verbal response types were used by Park(2001): stimulating, problem-solving, critical and indifferent ones. Data was obtained through questionnaires, in-depth interview, interview note, and recordings. The results of this study were as follow:The similarity is that fathers/mothers tend to use stimulating verbal response like praise(self-achievement)and empathy (isolation). The Difference is that while mothers tend to use problem-solving response like command(sibling quarrel)and warning(nagging), fathers tend to use indifference response like changing topic(nagging) and to use stimulating verbal response like empathy(sibling quarrel). Therefore, the result of this study is to lead to discuss, for effective verbal response of father and mother, parent education programs as to detailed praise strategies and empathy education with variety.

기업윤리에서의 '차별'에 대한 논의는 크게 고용, 선발, 승진, 인사 등에 관한 업무 차별의 문제와 남녀간의 임금 격차에 관한 임금 차별의 문제로 집약된다. 기업윤리에서의 이러한 '차별' 문제에 관한 쟁점은 주로 평등 원리를 통해 형성된다. 평등 원리는 업무 차별이나 임금 차별의 부당성에 대한 논의의 기초로 작용한다. 평등 원리 가운데 고용, 승진 등에 관련된 업무 차별에 대한 논쟁에는 기회 균등의 원리가, 그리고 남녀간 임금 격차와 관련된 임금 차별에 대한 논쟁에는 동등한 본래적 가치의 원리가 적용된다. 기회 균등의 원리는 고용이나 승진 경쟁에 대한 기회의 불공정성 문제, 특히 공정한 기회를 박탈당했다고 여겨지는 사람들을 어떻게 대우할 것인가에 대한 문제와 직접 결부된다. 이런 문제는 '적극적 차별철폐조치'에 관한 논쟁을 형성한다. 그리고 동등한 본래적 가치의 원리는 임금차별에 대한 근거 문제, 특히 남과 여라는 것 이외의 남녀간 임금을 차별할 특별한 근거가있는지에 대한 문제와 결부된다. 이런 문제는 '남녀동일임금원칙'에 대한 논쟁을 형성한다. 본 논문은 '적극적 차별철폐조치'와 '남녀동일임금원칙'이라는 이름으로 업무 차별과 임금 차별에 대한 논의를 구체적으로 검토하고 있다. 이런 검토의 과정 속에서, 필자는 이 두 개념을 각각 정밀하게 정의한 다음, 이에 대한 찬반 논쟁이 어떻게 진행되고 있는지를 정리하고 있다. 그런 다음, 필자는 결국 적극적 차별철폐조치가 기회 균등의 원리에 따라 옹호될 수도 있지만 실제로는 기회 균등의 원리를 위배한 것이라는 점을 드러내고자 하였다. 그리고 또한 남녀동일임금원칙이 수많은 반대에도 불구하고 동등한 본래적 가치의 원리에 따라 지지될 수 있는 이유도 적극 밝히고자 하였다. The aim of this paper is to review the meaning of job discrimination and its different forms, and then evaluate the moral argument for and against affirmative action. And the another aim of this paper is to review the meaning of wage discrimination and its attitudinal evidences, and then evaluate the doctrine of comparable worth and the controversy over it. The affirmative action means programs that take the race or sex of employees or job candidates into account as part of an effort to correct imbalances in employment that exist as a result of past discrimination, either in the company itself or in the larger society. The doctrine of comparable worth holds that women and men should be paid on the same scale, not just for doing equal jobs, but for doing different jobs of equal skill, effort, and responsibility. In particular, this paper examines the following topics; the ideal of both proponents and opponents of strong affirmative action toward the development of formal equality opportunity and fair equality of opportunity, the ideal of both proponents and opponents of the doctrine of comparable worth toward the development of the principle of equal intrinsic worth. And then, this paper will propose that the strong affirmative action programs are intended to enhance racial and sexual equality but we can't do that by treating people unequally, and that according to the doctrine of comparable worth, women should start receiving equal pay for doing jobs of equal intrinsic value.
