        강화 학습을 이용한 전자 상거래 에이전트

        에이전트는 동적인 환경과 상호 작용하고 자치성을 추구하기 때문에 전자상거래 적용 분야로 적합하다. 본 논문은 강화 학습을 이용한 전자상거래 에이전트를 제안한다. 에이전트가 지능적인 특성을 가지고 사람을 대신하여 전자상거래에서 거래의 실질적 객체로써 거래를 담당하도록 하기 위해 강화학습 알고리즘을 적용하였다. 이러한 접근방식의 타당성을 입증하기 위해 본 논문에서는 구매 에이전트와 판매 에이전트로 구분하고, 학습과 통신의 정도에 따라 단계적 특성을 부여하여 에이전트 프레임워크를 구현하였고 그 결과를 보인다. 본 논문은 학습 알고리즘에 기초한 전자상거래 에이전트의 디자인을 보이고, 이 에이전트들은 실제 전자상거래에서 거래 처리 역할의 가능성이 충분함을 보인다. Agents are well fitted to e-commerce applicable area because they pursuit an autonomy and interact with dynamic environment. In this paper we propose an e-commerce agentsusing reinforcement learning. We modify a reinforcement learning algorithm for agents to have an intelligent feature and to make a transaction as practical business body in behalf of a person. To show the validity of this approach, we classify agents into buying agents and selling agents, give characters of level according to the degree of learning and communication. Finally we implement an e-commerce framework and show the result. In this paper we show a design of e-commerce agents which is based on the proposed learning algorithm and present that the agents have enough possibility of doing a transaction in practical e-commerce.

        종양간호사의 항암제 안전관리지침에 대한 지식과 이행

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the knowledge and compliance of guidelines for safe handling of antineoplastic agents among the oncology nurses. Methods: The participants were 186 nurses from oncology-hematology unit, and outpatient’s infusion room in a tertiary hospital. The levels of knowledge of safety guidelines and compliance with safe handling of antineoplastic agents of oncology nurses were measured using structured questionnaires from October 1 to November 30, 2014. Results: Oncology nurses’ knowledge of guideline for safe handling of antineoplastic agents presented an average 79.7 out of 100 points. Compliance with safe handling of antineoplastic agents presented an average 4.28 (range: 2.9~5) out of 5 points. The knowledge of guidelines for safe handling of antineoplastic agents was related with oncology experience (F=3.78, p=.012). There were positive relationships of knowledge and compliance with safe handling of antineoplastic agents (r=0.23, p=.002). Conclusion: The findings showed that there was a need to establish efficient guidelines for the safe handling of antineoplastic agents and develop our structured, continuous educational program for the improvement of safe practices related to the handling of antineoplastic agents. The developed and enhanced that guideline and educational program would contribute to improvement of staff and patient safety related to the handling of antineoplastic agents.

        지역 관광 활성화 전략으로서의 폐교 활용 사례 연구

        This paper aims at inducing implications from advanced cases in Korea and Japan, related to closed school usage through culture and art in rural regeneration cases, and has focused on discussing on its general circumstances and several problems. And it tries to find some useful implication to be applied. In order to make this study be successful, this research chooses many cases in Korea and Japan. And it analyses its operation system, program and others. According to these investigations, the usage of closed school as follows, 1) art studio, 2) traditional culture training center 3) cultural experience center 4) museum/gallery. This study proposes some advice for the usage of closed school in Korea. As results, closed school has symbolic meaning for the community, sufficient discussion with residents is essential for the decision. And social and governmental support would be indispensible for the successful implication.

      • 한국 사회적기업의 법적 구조 특성 비교 연구

        본 연구는 문헌적 접근을 통해 직간접적으로 인권에 기여하고 있는 사회적 기업의 법적 구조 특성을 사회성, 기업성, 비영리성, 민주성, 책임성, 공식성, 제도적 지원이라는 일곱 가지 측면에서 검토하여 한국 사회적 기업 발전의 정책방향에 대한 함의를 도출해 보고자 한다. 특히 법적인 측면에서 2007년에 입법된 사회적 기업육성에 관한 법률이 정착하고 더 발전하여 한국의 사회 문제 해결을 할 수 있도록 돕기 위해서 사회적기업육성법을 미국의 저영리유한회사(Low-profit Limited Liability Company : L3C)법, 영국의 공동체이익회사(Community Interest Company : CIC)법, 이탈리아의 사회적협동조합(Social Cooperative)법과 사회적 기업(Social Enterprise)법, 프랑스의 공익협동조합(Societe Cooperative D'Interet Colletif : SCIC)법을 중심으로 비교 분석하여 그 구조적 특성을 알아보고, 지속가능한 사회적 기업의 운영을 위한 정책적 방향에 대한 함의를 도출하였다. 한국 사회적 기업은 그 제도를 도입하는 과정에 있어서 노동통합적인 목적으로 법적 구조가 만들어진 관계로 취약계층 중심의 고용 중심, 한정된 의미에서의 사회성, 정부 재정에의 의존, 지나치게 제한된 자산분배, 정부 주도의 인증을 통한 진입장벽 등 협소한 법적 형태의 한계를 보였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 여러 국가들과의 법적 구조 비교를 통해 더 포괄적이고 적극적으로 사회혁신을 추구하여 사회적 기업을 육성하여야 한다는 것을 시사하고, 사회적 기업의 독립성 및 자율성을 존중하여 사회적 기업이 발전할 수 있는 통합적 발전방향을 모색할 것을 제안한다. Social Enterprises contribute to improve the human rights directly or indirectly. On this study, the characteristics of such social enterprises' legal structures are reviewed through following seven aspects: sociality, enterprise, nonprofit, democratic, responsibility, officiality, and institutional support. Through comparing such aspects of Korean social enterprises with those of advanced nations', I would find the way to develop the policies for Korean social enterprises. Especially, I compared the Social Enterprise Promotion Act legislated in 2007 with Low-profit Limited Liability Company(L3C)of U.S.A, Community Interest Company (CIC) of U.K., Social Cooperative and Social Enterprise of Italy, and Societe Cooperative D'Interet Colletif (SCIC) of France to take root and develop the Korean Social Enterprise Promotion Act. It is expected to solve Korean social problems that the policy way for sustainable social enterprises is drawn after examining the characteristics of the legal structures and analyzing the differences and similarities among those acts. The legal frame of Korean social enterprises was made to integrate labor in the process of introducing the institution. Therefore, it shows the limitations of narrow legal structures like these: centering to employ the disadvantaged class, limited meaning of sociality, depending on government finances, too much limited asset allocation, and entry barrier by the government-led authentication. Thereupon, I suggest that the social enterprises in Korea should be promoted with pursuing social innovation more comprehensively and positively after comparing other pioneer countries' social enterprises, and that the integrated way to prosper the Korean social enterprises should be groped with valuing the independence and autonomy of social enterprises.

        의복쇼핑성향에 따른 진바지 구매활동 연구

        This paper is designed to suggest marketing strategies suitable for each classified group by subdividing high school students, the new-generation consumers, by clothes-shopping orientation at jean markets and by identifying the demographic characteristics and the purchasing behavior of each classified group. The subjects consist of 644 high school students, female and male, in Seoul, who responded to my questionnaire research. In terms of the clothes-shopping orientation, pleasure shopping orientation, brand-based shopping orientation, fashion-oriented one, convenience-oriented one and economic one are in sequence. In light of the consumer group based on the factors of clothes-shopping tendencies, the convenience-oriented group ranks first, which is followed by pleasure shopping group, brand-based shopping group and economic one. The subjects turn out to have purchased jeans at time of necessity. The subjects are most liable to get information from their friends, which is followed by their shopping experiences and display. And they turn out to be little affected by family members, salespersons and the press. They regarded aesthetic standards as one of the most important standards, which are followed by size, fitting, personality expression and prices in order. On the other hand, they think little of such factors as friends and similarity. In terms of the standards to make a selection of shops, the respondents cite the quality of goods, the prices of jeans, and service. They didn`t think much of the importance of the persuasion of those around them, the convenience of mass transportation facilities, and the approving rate of brands and so on. They resort to wholesale markets, department stores and low-pricing shops in sequence. They turn out not to be satisfied with product guarantees, and fashion. They relied on aggressive approaches like exchanges and refund in case they were dissatisfied with jeans.
