        딥러닝을 활용한 전략물자 판정 지원도구 개발에 대한 연구

        전략물자관리 제도의 이행 확산에 따라 전략물자 판정의 중요성이 높아지고 있으나 전략물자 제도를 처음 접하는 수출기업은 전략물자의 개념을 이해하기 쉽지 않고, 전략물자를 통제하는 기준이 다양하여 전략물자 판정에 어려움이 따른다. 본 논문에서는 전략물자 제도를 처음 접하는 기업이나 전략물자 판정시스템 이용자에게 진입장벽을 낮추어 판정이라는 과정을 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 방법을 제안한다. 이용자가 전략물자 판정이라는 절차를 매뉴얼이나 카탈로그의 제공만으로 판정결과를 확인할 수 있게 된다면, 전략물자 판정 방법과 절차에 보다 편리하고 쉽게 다가설수 있을 것이다. 본 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 이미지 인식 및 분류에서 연구되고 있는 딥러닝과 OCR(광학문자판독) 기술을 활용하고, 전략물자 판정 지원도구에 대한 개발과 연구를 통하여 우리 기업의 전략물자 판정에 도움이 되는 정보를 제공한다. As the implementation of export controls is spreading, the importance of classifying strategic items is increasing, but Korean export companies that are new to export controls are not able to understand the concept of strategic items, and it is difficult to classifying strategic items due to various criteria for controlling strategic items. In this paper, we propose a method that can easily approach the process of classification by lowering the barrier to entry for users who are new to export controls or users who are using classification of strategic items. If the user can confirm the decision result by providing a manual or a catalog for the procedure of classifying strategic items, it will be more convenient and easy to approach the method and procedure for classfying strategic items. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, it utilizes deep learning, which are being studied in image recognition and classification, and OCR(optical character reader) technology. And through the research and development of the support tool, we provide information that is helpful for the classification of strategic items to our companies.

        전환장애 환자에 개결서경탕(開結舒經湯)을 투여한 치험례

        Conversion Disorder is a disorder whose predominant feature is a loss or alteration in physical functioning that suggests a physical disorder but that is actually a direct expression of a psychological conflict or need. The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders-IV (DSM-IV) guidelines for Conversion Disorder include these definitions: A psychosocial stressor produces a psychological conflict that is believed to help initiate or exacerbate the illness The symptoms are not under conscious control, etc. While functional disabilities are common with conversion disorders, physical and laboratory abnormalities are absent or minor in comparison with the patient's subjective complaints. Symptoms of Conversion Disorder are similar to those of stroke. But the mechanism of Conversion Disorder is similar as that of Stagnation Syndrome of Ki (氣鬱證) in Oriental medicine. Gaegyeolseogyeong-tang has been used to treat women who suffer from Conversion Disorder induced by the Stagnation Syndrome of Ki (氣鬱證). After application of the Gaegyeolseogyeong-tang for 7 days, symptoms and signs improved dramatically.

        간호대학생의 환자안전에 대한 태도, 안전간호 수행자신감이 환자안전관리 실천에 미치는 영향

        보건의료현장에 종사하는 의료인 뿐 아니라 예비의료인에 대한 환자안전관리 교육과 실천의 중요성이 강조되는 시점에 간호대학생의 환자안전에 대한 태도, 안전간호 수행자신감, 환자안전관리 실천 정도와 각 변인 간 상관관계를 파악하고 환자안전관리 실천에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인함으로써 간호대학생의 안전간호 수행역량을 강화하고 환자안전관리 실천을 강화할 수 있는 교육프로그램의 기초자료를 제시하고자 본 연구를 시도하였다. 연구대상은 G도에 소재한 2개 간호대학에 재학 중이며 임상실습 경험이 있는 3, 4학년 학생으로, 자료 수집은 2019년 11월 25일부터 12월 13일까지였다. 총 235부의 자료가 회수되었으나 불성실한 답변을 한 자료를 제외하고 최종 분석에 사용된 자료는 221부이다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Win 28.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, t-test, Pearson s Correlation Coefficients, Multiple Regression으로 분석하였다. 도구의 신뢰도는 Cronbach s α를 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 대상자의 환자안전에 대한 태도는 5점 만점에 평균 3.84점, 안전간호 수행자신감은 4.36점, 환자안전관리 실천은 4.28점이었다. 대상자의 일반적 특성에 따른 환자안전에 대한 태도, 안전간호 수행자신감 및 환자안전관리 실천의 차이를 분석한 결과 전공만족도(t=5.27, p<.001)와 임상실습만족도(t=2.49, p=.013)에 따라 환자안전에 대한 태도에 유의한 차이가 있었고, 성별(t=2.49, p=.013), 전공만족도(t=2.49, p=.013), 안전교육경험(t=2.39, p=.018)에 따라 안전간호 수행자신감에 유의한 차이가 있었다. 또 환자안전관리 실천은 성별(t=2.07, p=.039)에 따라 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 환자안전에 대한 태도는 안전간호 수행자신감(r=.556, p<.001), 환자안전관리 실천((r=.418, p<.001)과 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었고, 안전간호 수행자신감은 환자안전관리 실천과 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다(r=.445, p<.001). 간호대학생의 환자안전관리 실천에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위해 다중회귀분석을 실시한 결과 안전간호 수행자신감(β=0.29, p<.001), 환자안전에 대한 태도(β=0.25, p<.001)가 영향요인으로 나타났고 설명력은 23.5%였다. 이상의 연구결과를 통해 간호대학생의 환자안전에 대한 태도가 바람직하고 안전간호 수행자신감이 높을수록 환자안전관리 실천 정도가 높음을 알 수 있었다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 간호대학생의 환자안전관리 실천을 증진시킬 수 있는 통합적이고 체계적인 간호교육 프로그램개발의 필요성을 제시하였으며, 이를 통해 환자안전관리 강화를 위한 간호교육 개선은 물론이고 환자의 안전과 권리를 보장하는데 기여할 것으로 기대된다. The purpose of this study was to provide primary data for developing a program to improve patient safety management activity. The importance of patient safety management education and activity for medical personnel and prospective medical personnel is emphasized in the medical field. Reflecting these changes, this study attempted to examine the attitude of patient safety, confidence in safety nursing, and patient safety management activity, identifying the correlation between the attitude of patient safety, confidence in safety nursing, and patient safety management activity. Also, it attempted to identify factors affecting patient safety management activity in nursing students. The study subjects were 221 in 3rd, and 4th grade enrolled in two nursing colleges located in G-do and had clinical practice experience. Data were collected from November 25 to December 13, 2019. A total of 235 were collected, but 221 were used for final analysis, excluding the data that gave insincere answers. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS Win 28.0 statistical program with frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, Pearson s correlation coefficients, and multiple regression. The reliability of the tool was analyzed using Cronbach s α. As a result of the study, the subjects attitude of patient safety scored an average of 3.84 out of 5, confidence in safety nursing scored an average of 4.36 out of 5, and patient safety management activity scored an average of 4.28 out of 5. As a result of analyzing the difference of attitude of patient safety, confidence in safety nursing, and patient safety management activity according to the general characteristics of the subjects, there was a significant difference in the attitude of patient safety according to the major satisfaction(t=5.27, p<.001) and clinical practice satisfaction(t=2.49, p=.013). There was a significant difference in confidence in safety nursing according to gender(t=2.49, p=.013), major satisfaction(t=2.49, p=.013), and safety education experience(t=2.39, p=.018). And it was found that there was a significant difference in the practice of patient safety management activity according to gender(t=2.07, p=.039). The attitude of patient safety positively correlated with confidence in safety nursing (r=.556, p<.001) and patient safety management activity(r=.418, p<.001). Confidence in safety nursing positively correlates with patient safety management activity(r=.445, p<.001). As a result of multiple regression analysis to determine the affecting factor of nursing students’ patient safety management activity, the confidence in safety nursing(β=0.29, p<.001) and attitude of patient safety(β=0.25, p<.001) appeared as influencing factors. The explanatory power for patient safety management activity was 23.5%. In conclusion, the higher the attitude of patient safety and the higher the confidence in performing safety nursing, the higher the degree of patient safety management activity. Based on this results, the necessity of developing an integrated and systematic nursing education program that can promote patient safety management activity of nursing students was suggested. That program will improve nursing education for strengthening patient safety management activity and guaranteeing patient safety and rights.

        플랭크 운동 시 골반 압박 방법에 따른 요통 경험자와 비경험자 간에 체간근 근활성도 차이 비교

        PURPOSE: This study examined the effects of pelvic compression methods on the muscle activities of the trunk muscles during plank exercises in individuals with and without low back pain. METHODS: Individuals who experienced back pain for three or more days within the last six months (low back pain group, LBPG; n = 15) and those who did not (non-experienced low back pain group, NLBPG; n = 15) were instructed to perform plank exercise without pelvic compression or while wearing a ReaLine or Com-pressor belt. The electromyography (EMG) data was measured during each session of exercise. Surface EMG signals were collected for the rectus abdominis (RA), external oblique (EO), erector spinae (ES), and gluteus maximus (GM) muscles. The data were collected during three 5-s exercises with a 1-min rest period between the three sets. RESULTS: During the plank exercise, the muscle activity of the RA in the LBPG was significantly higher than that in the NLBPG (p < .05), and greater muscle activity was observed in the LBPG even when two pelvic compression methods were applied (p < .05). The muscle activity of RA was decreased significantly during pelvic compression according to the pelvic compression methods in both groups (p < .05). No significant interaction was observed between the groups or the pelvic compression methods for the RA, EO, ES, or GM muscle activities during plank exercises. CONCLUSION: Both pelvic compression methods reduced the RA muscle activity during plank exercises in individuals who had not experienced back pain within the last six months.

        대학생의 성인지 감수성, 성 태도, 성 의사소통이 성적 자율성에 미치는 영향

        최근 성과 관련된 문제가 대학사회에도 중요한 이슈로 대두되면서 성적 상황에서 자신을 보호하고 성 건강을 유지할 수 있는 능력을 배양하기 위한 교육과 실천의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 이에 대학생의 성인지 감수성, 성 태도, 성 의사소통, 성적 자율성의 정도와 각 변인 간 상관관계를 파악하고 대학생의 성적 자율성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악함으로써 대학생의 성적 자율성을 높이고 바람직한 성문화 조성을 위한 중재프로그램 개발의 기초를 제공하고자 본 연구를 시도하였다. 연구대상은 D시에 소재한 일개 대학에 재학 중인 미혼의 남녀 230명을 대상으로 하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS Win 28.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 빈도, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, t-test, Pearson's Correlation Coefficients, Multiple Regression으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 대상자의 성인지 감수성은 5점 만점에 평균 4.18점, 성 태도는 3.38점, 성 의사소통은 3.07점, 성적 자율성은 4.23점이었다. 대상자의 일반적 특성에 따른 성인지 감수성, 성 태도, 성 의사소통 및 성적 자율성을 분석한 결과, 성별(t=-4.77, p<.001), 학년(F=3.39, p=.019), 이성교제 경험(t=-5.24, p<.001)에 따라 성인지 감수성에 유의한 차이가 있었고, 성별(t=-3.08, p=.001), 학년(F=3.84, p=.010)에 따라 성 의사소통에 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 성별(t=-2.02, p=.023), 대인관계 만족도(F=8.64, p<.001)에 따라 성적 자율성에 유의한 차이가 있었다. 성적 자율성은 성인지 감수성(r=.216, p=.004), 성 태도(r=.301, p<.001), 성 의사소통(r=.336, p<.001)과 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었고, 성 태도는 성 의사소통(r=.424, p<.001) 및 성인지 감수성(r=.260, p<.001)과 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 대학생의 성적 자율성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위해 다중회귀분석을 시행한 결과 성 의사소통(β=0.306, p<.001), 성별(β=.231, p<.001), 대인관계 만족도(β=0.182, p=.003), 성인지 감수성 (β=0.155, p=.015), 성 태도(β=0.136, p=.043)의 순으로 성적 자율성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 설명력은 26.7%였다. 즉, 성 의사소통과 성 태도가 개방적일수록 대인관계 만족도와 성인지 감수성이 높을수록 성적 자율성이 높고, 남학생보다 여학생의 성적 자율성이 높음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이상의 연구 결과를 바탕으로 스스로 성 관련 문제를 예방할 수 있는 능력을 배양할 수 있도록 대학생의 성적 자율성을 증진시킬 수 있는 통합적이고 체계적인 중재프로그램 개발의 필요성을 제시하였다. 이를 통해 자신의 성에 주도권을 가질 뿐 아니라 상대의 권리를 보호할 수 있는 올바른 성 가치관을 형성하고 나아가 바람직한 성문화를 형성하는데 이바지할 것으로 기대한다. This study aimed to provide basic data for developing a program to improve sexual autonomy and create desirable gender culture. As gender-related problems have emerged as an important issue in college students, the importance of education and practice to protect oneself from sexual problems and cultivate the ability to maintain sexual health is emphasized. Reflecting these changes, this study attempted to examine the degree of gender sensitivity, sexual attitude, sexual communication, and sexual autonomy and then identify the correlation between gender sensitivity, sexual attitude, sexual communication, and sexual autonomy. Also, it attempted to identify factors affecting sexual autonomy in college students. The study subjects were unmarried men and women, with 230 attending a university in D city. The collected data were analyzed frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, Pearson's Correlation Coefficients, and Multiple Regression using the SPSS Win 28.0 statistical program. As a result of the study, the subject's gender sensitivity was an average of 4.18 points out of 5 points, sexual attitude was 3.38 points, sexual communication was 3.07 points, and sexual autonomy was 4.23 points. And it analyzed the difference in gender sensitivity, sexual attitude, sexual communication, and sexual autonomy according to the general characteristics of the subject. There was a significant difference in gender sensitivity by gender (t=-4.77, p<.001), grade (F=3.39, p=.019), and dating experience (t=-5.24, p<.001). And there was a significant difference in sexual communication by gender (t=-3.08, p=.001) and grade (F=3.84, p=.010), and there was a significant difference in sexual autonomy by gender (t=-2.02, p=.023) and interpersonal satisfaction (F=8.64, p<.001). Sexual autonomy was positively related to gender sensitivity (r=.216, p=.004), sexual attitude (r=.301, p<.001), and sexual communication(r=.336, p<.001). Sexual attitude was positively related to sexual communication (r=.424, p<.001) and gender sensitivity (r=.260, p<.001). The influencing factors in college students' sexual autonomy were sexual communication (β=0.306, p<.001), gender (β=.231, p<.001), interpersonal satisfaction (β=0.182, p=.003), gender sensitivity (β=0.155, p=.015), and sexual attitude (β=0.136, p=.043) and the explanatory power was 26.7%. In other words, the higher sexual communication and sexual attitude, interpersonal satisfaction, and gender sensitivity, the higher sexual autonomy. It was also confirmed that female students had higher sexual autonomy than male students. The results suggested the need to develop an integrated and systematic intervention program that can enhance the sexual autonomy of college students so that they can develop the ability to prevent sexual problems on their own. Through this, it is expected that one will not only take the initiative in one's sexuality but also contribute to forming a proper sexual value that can protect the rights of the other person and create a desirable sexual culture.

      • 외국인 유학생의 한국어 말하기 실태 분석 연구

        The present research, which aims to improve speaking ability of the foreign students in Korean universities, analyzes the actual speaking facts of the students. The research was made by analyzing the "Speaking Dairy" written by the academic purposed foreign students. The departments in the diary is composed of `Where the speaking took place`, `The type of the conversation`, `To whom you spoke`, `The number of your speaking partners`, `The topics of your conversation`, `The length of the conversation` and `Speaking troubles`. A particularly attention is paid to how the conversation topic would change depending on the type of the speaking partners. One major finding of the analysis shows that the foreign students speak Korean more often off the campus rather than on the campus, and the most often talked topic of their conversation with Korean friends is daily routines. The analysis of the speaking facts of the foreign students has been scarcely made by the Korean education specialists. If any, recently, it has mainly worked on their classroom speaking, such as presentation and discussion. Therefore the present research finds its worth in its analysis of the actual speaking of the foreign students in their daily life situation.
