As energy depletion and the problems of environmental pollution intensify, emerging is the interest in eco-friendly and human-friendly environments cognitive neighborhood electric vehicle. In order to develop such cognitive neighborhood electric vehicle more efficiently, development of reliable data communication environment with the use of computer system that can compute and acquire data real-time is considered as essential. In this paper, steering and braking mechanism was implemented electronically with the use of smart motor system, and control module between the real-tim computing and data communication system is proposed.

본 논문에서는 농촌관광마을의 6차 산업에 대한 마을별 경쟁력을 평가하기 위해 각 마을의 사업유형과 사업유형별 경쟁력을 평가하였다. 관광목적지의 경쟁력을 평가하기 위해 관광지 경쟁력의 개념적 모형을 기초로 설문 문항을 도출하였으며, 총 80개의 농촌관광마을의 추진위원장과 사무장을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 6차 산업화의 유형은 유통 및 관광을 하는 마을의 비율이 높았다. 특히 가공 체험형 중심의 4개 이상의 사업을 하는 마을에 대한 경쟁력 평가점수가 높은 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구는 농촌지역의 발전을 위해서는 지역 주민을 주도하고 조직을 선도해 나갈 수 있는 리더의 역할이 중요하다고 보았다. 이를 확인하기 위해 마을리더의 핵심역량 가운데 변혁적 리더십을 측정하였다. 자료의 분석결과 농촌지역 마을리더의 변혁적 리더십이 높은 집단이 마을 사업의 재무적, 비재무적 운영성과에 대한 인식도 높고, 연간 매출액도 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 마을 주민들이 한 해 동안 받는 교육 횟수나 외부와의 네트워크 체결 수, 마을 주민들의 자격증 보유수에도 차이가 있는 것을 확인하였다. 이는 농촌지역 마을 사업의 성과는 마을 리더의 핵심역량과 밀접한 관련이 있는 것으로 해석할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 마을 리더의 변혁적 리더십을 토대로 마을 사업의 운영성과에 대한 인식 뿐 만 아니라 실제 연간 매출액을 비교하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 향후 농촌마을 사업이 보다 성공적으로 정착하고 지속적으로 발전하기 위해서는 마을 리더 및 핵심인력을 대상으로 보다 다양한 교육프로그램과 인력 육성 정책의 활성화가 필요할 것으로 보인다. This study assumed that the role of a leader who can lead the local residents and organization is important for the development of rural areas. To ascertain the hypothesis, transformational leadership, one of the core competencies of the village leaders, was measured. The result showed that rural villages led by leaders with a high transformational leadership have deep knowledge about financial and non-financial operating performance of village projects and also had high annual sales. In addition, it showed that there were differences in the number of educations in a year, agreements with outside networks, and the achieved licenses of the villagers. It can be interpreted as rural village project is closely related to the core competencies of the village leader. These facts can lead to the interpretation that there is a close relationship between the leader’s transformational leadership competence and the performance of the village project. In this research, we put a meaning on the fact that not only the perception of project’s outcome but the focus was also on the comparison of the annual sales based on the leader’s transformational leadership. In order for the village project to be more successful and be continuously developed in the future, we can conclude that more diverse educational training and human resources developing policies are needed for village leaders and core manpower.

Competitiveness strategies has been associated in the tourism literature as a crucial factor for the success of tourist. The study aims to explore the competitiveness strategies for tourism destinations by conducting in-depth interviews with probe questions. Thirteen community enterprises’ managers in rural tourism communities were interviewed with a semi-structured interview questionnaire for one or two hours. From the interview data, eight themes in two dimensions were identified as competitiveness strategies of rural community enterprises in rural Korea. Differentiation strategies consist of new product development, service improvement, brand image improvement, advertise and public relation, and concentration. Cost leadership dimension includes cost reduction, increasing benefit, and long-term investment. The findings of this paper implicate the underlying the competitiveness strategies from managers’ perspective.

Competitiveness has been associated in the tourism literature as a crucial factor for the success of tourist destinations. This study is to develop indicators that measure destination competitiveness of rural tourism townships in Korea. It was conducted via a Delphi technique and the analytical hierarchy process method. After four rounds of discussions, the panel members reached consensus on a set of 27 indicators with three dimensions which are attractor (resource, infrastructure, and tourism products), assistance (tourism business assistance and value-added processing assistance), and planning and management (planning for development, capacity for management). This set of destination competitiveness indicators can serve as a starting point for devising a set of indicators at the local level in order to be useful rural tourism sector manager and administrators. The selected indicators are measurable, demand driven and practical to show the real perform-ance in rural destination.
