The geometrical structures of pyridazin-3-one derivatives (4,5-dihalopyridazin-3-one and 4-halo-5-alkoxypyridazin-3-one) with various functional and substituent groups were fully optimized using the ab initio Hartree-Fock (HF) and second order Mller-Plesset perturbation (MP2) methods. At the N2-, C4-, and C5-positions on the pyridazin-3-one rings, the structural and electronic features pertaining to the variations of the functional and substituent groups were analyzed, respectively. The trends in the variation of the bond lengths, atomic charges, and energetics (relative energy, binding energy) of the derivatives induced by changing the electron donating functional groups (X1 = OMe, OEt) to electron withdrawing groups (X1 = Cl, NO2) were examined. The variations of the bond lengths, atomic charges, and binding energies with the electron withdrawing strength of the substituent groups (Y = Me F) were also investigated.

이 논문의 목적은 유아 체육의 중요성을 설명하고 유아 체육 지도자들의 여건을 보다 효과적인 교육을 위한 측면에서 재고해 보는데 목적이 있다. 유아기의 체육 교육은 신체적, 심리적, 그리고 사회 정서??인지 발달에 매우 중요한 과정으로 인식되고 있음에도 불구하고 전문 지도자를 양성할 수 있는 교육 과정이 제한적이다. 전문적 유아 체육의 지도자들은 유아의 운동 발달, 성장, 그리고 학습에 대한 지식뿐 만 아니라 효과적인 교육 자료를 개발하는 데에도 역점을 두어야 한다. 또한 창의력의 발달을 도모하는 것은 신체 활동의 중요한 효과 중의 하나이다. The purpose of this paper is to describe the importance of early childhood physical education and reconsider the conditions of educators for effective teaching. Even though number of research suggests that well designed physical education programs emphasis the development of physical, psychological, and social-emotional intelligence, there are limited schools that can train teachers. The expert teachers who teach early childhood P.E. need develop teaching materials as well as acquiring the knowledges of motor development, growth, and learning of pre-school children. Also, the development of creative-thinking is one of the important effects through physical activities.
화학플랜트 대규모 재해 공통 기여요인 분석을 통한 핵심 선행지표 도출

An analysis of worldwide incidents in chemical plants found multiple root causes and the lack of preventive measures was catastrophic. Therefore, the main objective of this study was to determine the factors contributing to and main predictive indicators for catastrophic incidents, such as fires and explosions, in the chemical plants. In this study, 94 accidents, including the incident investigation data reported by Chemical Safety Board for catastrophic incidents and recent domestic incidents at chemical plants, were reviewed. Common contributing factors were identified, and frequency analysis was conducted. Moreover, bow tie analysis was applied to determine the prevention and mitigation measures for each catastrophic incident. Accordingly, common contributing factors behind 16 categories of catastrophic incidents were derived and analyzed, and leading indicator candidates were presented in three priority groups. Presumably, the leading indicator can be used to determine what to prioritize in preventing catastrophic incidents in chemical plants. -

In seismic design, the approximate natural period equation is defined differently for each country. Korea is currently using what is prescribed by KBC 2016. The natural period is a physical quantity related only to the stiffness and mass of the structure. If the mass is constant, the natural period is inversely proportional to the square root of the stiffness. In this study, the main objective is to evaluate the lateral force capacity inherent in the current approximate natural period equation. To grasp seismic performance, it is necessary to know the lateral resisting force of the structure. In order to know the lateral resisting capacity, the analytic model buildings were designed to have the exactly same as approximate natural period specified in the current standard, and nonlinear push-over analysis was performed. From the analysis results, the base shear coefficient and roof drift angle etc were discussed and evaluated.
