        지구성 트레이닝시 고지방식이 에너지대사에 미치는 영향

        This study was performed to present the most effective diet protocol(DP) in endurance training and also to elucidate the effect of HFAT on body composition, serum components, 15㎞ run record, and gas exchange ratio. Four high school long distance runners were chosen as subjects in this experiment. Endurance training and high fat diet(20% of proteins, 51% of lipids, and 29% of carbohydrates) were applied to these subjects for 20 days. Gas exchage ratio was tested through modified treadmill exercising test before and after the experiment. Body composition, serum components, and 15㎞ run records were analyzed through 15㎞ run performed with 10days of interval during endurance training given with high fat diet. As a result of 2 experiments for 20 days, these subjects showed decreases in the production of total body water through 15㎞ run. Serum insulin was decreased, whereas serum glucagon, serum triglyceride, and serum free fatty acids were increased before 15㎞ run. Serum glucagon was decreased, but serum insulin, serum glucose, serum triglyceride, and serum free fatty acids were increased after 15㎞ run. Also, respiratory quotient was decreased by an increase of oxygen intake and a decrease of carbon dioxide production. These results suggest that high fat diet was an effective diet protocol in accelerating 15㎞ run. Therefore, it was obvious that "Glucose-FFA cycle" is available during exercise and at rest.

        농촌지역 노인부부의 발마사지 교육 및 처치가 우울, 불안 척도, 여가 만족도에 미치는 영향

        In this study, I carried out foot refl exology, which is a program affecting psychological criterion of an old age,targeting eight elderly couples in rural area in order to examine a usefulness of foot refl exology by analyzing the effect on depression, anxiety status and leisure satisfaction after foot refl exology training and treatments. I planned pre-to-post of the same experimental group which contains eight elderly couples. Foot refl exology training and treatments are conducted 60 minutes one time, twice a week and for 12 weeks. The changes of depression, anxiety status and leisure satisfaction were measured. We reached a conclusion that depression (p<.01), anxiety status (p<.05), and leisure satisfaction (p<.001) were significantly decrease after the foot refl exology training and treatments. Therefore, Foot refl exology training and treatments can be useful of elderly couple’s leisure program in rural area for their leisure satisfaction and mental health.

        요가수련이 중년여성의 심장 기능 활성도 및 심박수 변이도에 미치는 영향

        This research examined the 8 weeks changes of cardiac autonomic activity in middle-aged women by measuring the graphical presentation physical fitness and heart rate variability by Ortho test using the program of 'Nerve Express 2.2(USA). In graphical presentation physical fitness, the YG was slightly improved but it was not significant. No changes were found in CG. After yoga training, decrease of YG was significant comparing to CG. The changes of HR, the YG was decreased significantly at supine phase and upright phase. No changes were found in CG. After yoga training, YG was decreased significantly comparing to CG. Therefore, graphical presentation physical fitness and heart rate variability were decreased by yoga training. The yoga training affect positively on graphical presentation physical fitness and heart rate variability in middle-aged women. Furthermore, yoga is aerobic exercise help manage stress level. 본 연구는 요가 경험이 없는 중년여성을 대상으로 8주간의 요가수련 전과 후 Nerve Express 2.2프로그램으로 Ortho Test하여 심장기능 활성도 및 심박수 변이도를 검토하였다. 얻어진 결과는 다음과 같다. 심장기능 활성도는 집단 내에서 YG의 경우 수련 후 수련 전에 비하여 감소하는 경향을 보여 수준이 높아진 것으로 나타났으나 유의한 차이는 없었으며, CG의 경우 사전, 사후 거의 변화가 없었다. 수련 후 두 집단 간의 차이에서는 YG가 CG에 비해 유의한 차이(p< .05)가 있게 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 HR의 변화는 집단 내에서 YG의 경우 supine 및 upright 모두 통계적으로 유의한 차이(p< .05)가 있게 감소하는 것으로 나타났으나, CG의 경우 사전, 사후 거의 변화가 없었다. 수련 후 두 집단 간의 차이에서는 YG가 CG에 비해 유의한 차이(p< .05)가 있게 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 요가 수련 유무 사이에 심장기능 활성도 및 심박수 변이도를 비교해보면, 두 요인 모두 YG가 CG에 비하여 감소함을 볼 수 있었다. 이로 미루어 요가수련이 중년여성의 심장 기능을 활성화시키고 심장기능에 긍정적으로 작용할 수 있는 적절한 유산소 운동으로 사료된다.

        발 반사마사지가 여성 노인의 심혈관계 기능 및 혈당에 미치는 효과

        The identical objects were ten old women's participated in the study. Foot reflexology treatments operated 40minutes one time, twice a week and for 10 weeks. The changes of blood glucose and a cardiovascular function were measured. We reached a conclusion. Pulse pressure(p<.01), systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, heart rate, Double Product(DP), and blood glucose(p<.001) were significantly decrease after the foot reflexology treatments. When compare between two conditions, FM was decrease in all the factors more than NFM. Therefore, in conclusion, Foot reflexology treatments can be useful alternative tool of exercise for old women because it effects positively on old women’s cardiovascular system and changes of blood glucose. 본 연구는 노인여성 10명을 대상으로 단일군 사전-사후 설계를 적용하여 1차 측정 후 아무런 처치를 하지 않고 10주 후에 각 변인을 사전 측정하였으며, 다시 10주간의 발 반사마사지 처치 후 각 변인을 사후 측정하였다. 발 반사마사지를 1회 40분, 주 2회 씩 10주 간 총 20회 실시 후 노인여성의 심혈관계 기능과 혈당의 변화를 측정하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 사전 측정 시 거의 변화가 없었으나 맥압(p< .01)을 비롯하여 최고혈압, 최저혈압, 심박수, 심부담도 및 혈당(p< .001)등 모든 요인에서 발 반사마사지 처치 시 유의한 차이가 있게 감소함을 볼 수 있다. 또한 수행 후 두 조건 간의 비교에서도 FM이 가 NFM에 비해 맥압 및 심부담도(p< .01)을 비롯하여 최고혈압, 최저혈압, 심박수, 및 혈당(p< .001)등 모든 요인에서 유의한 차이가 있게 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 발 반사마사지는 노인여성의 신체 움직임 부족 등으로 인하여 야기 될 수 있는 심혈관계 기능 및 혈당의 변화에 전체적으로 긍정적인 영향을 끼쳐 운동을 하기 힘든 노인들의 운동의 대안으로서 역할을 할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

        요가와 BCAA 섭취가 중년여성의 복근 크기에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 요가 및 요가 + BCAA 섭취가 복직근, 외복사근, 내복사근, 복횡근의 크기 변화에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 중년 여성 24명을 각 8명씩 yoga group, yoga + BCAA 섭취 group, control group으로 나누어 실시하였다. 요가 수행은 1회 60분간, 1주일에 3회 총 8주간 24회에 걸쳐 실시하였다. BCAA 섭취는 1일 3회, 1회 3캡슐씩 총 56일간 물과 함께 구강 섭취하였다. 초음파 측정 장비인 MyLab25 Gold를 이용하여 복근 크기를 측정하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 복직근의 경우 YG 및 YBG는 실험 후 유의한 차이(p<.01)가 있게 증가하였다. 집단 간에 YG와 YBG가 CG와 유의한 차이(p<.01)가 있는 것으로 나타났다. YG와 YBG는 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 외복사근의 경우 YG(p<.05) 및 YBG(p<.01)는 실험 후 유의한 차이가 있게 증가하였다. 집단 간에 YG(p<.05)와 YBG(p<.01)가 CG와 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. YG와 YBG는 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 내복사근의 경우 YG(p<.05) 및 YBG(p<.01)는 실험 후 유의한 차이가 있게 증가하였다. 집단 간에 YBG가 CG와 유의한 차이(p<.01)가 있는 것으로 나타났다. YG와 CG 및 YG와 YBG는 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 복횡근의 경우 YG 및 YBG는 실험 후 유의한 차이(p<.05)가 있게 증가하였다. 집단 간에 YBG가 CG와 유의한 차이(p<.05)가 있는 것으로 나타났다. YG와 CG 및 YG와 YBG는 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. CG는 집단 내 모든 요인에서 거의 변화가 없었다. 결론적으로 중년 여성을 대상으로 요가 및 요가 + BCAA 섭취로 인해 복근 크기가 증가함을 확인하였다. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of hatha yoga and hatha yoga + BCAA intake on changes in the size of abdominal muscles in middle-aged women. Furthermore, the results will provide some basic information of exercise programs and diet plans which have a positive influence in back muscles. The experimental subjects were classified into 3 groups: ① control group(n=8), ② yoga group(n=8), and ③ yoga + BACC group(n=8). Yoga activity was structured for 60 minutes, 3 times a week, for 8 weeks. The oral intake of BCAA with water was taken 3 capsules at once, 3 times a day and for 8 weeks. The size of rectus abdominis, external abdominus oblique, internal abdominus oblique and transversus abdominis were measured before and after the yoga activity and BCAA intake. The results of this study were presented as follows: ① Both yoga group and yoga + BCAA group had significant increase in the size of rectus abdominis(p<.01). ② In the size of external oblique abdominis, a significant difference was 5% increase in yoga group(p<.05) and 1% increase in yoga + BCAA group(p<.01). ③ In the size of internal oblique abdominis, a significant difference was 5% increase in yoga group(p<.05) and 1% increase in yoga + BCAA group(p<.01). ④ Both yoga group and yoga + BCAA group had significant increase in the size of transversus abdominis(p<.05).In conclusion, both yoga activity and yoga + BCAA intake can effectively increase the size of abdominal muscles. In addition, the group of yoga + BCAA group had more effectively increased abdominal muscles than yoga group.

      • 체질량지수와 인체구성 인자들과의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to elucidate the relationship between body mass index and body Composition ingredients, Body Composition ingredients were height, protein, mineral, intracellular fluid and extracellular fluid. Subjects were 101 male college students, Subjects were divided into three groups according to their BMI, LWG(low weight group, n=27) was consisted of students under BMI 20㎏/㎡. NWG(normal weight group, n=37) was consisted f students who have BMI 20 ~ 22.9㎏/㎡, OWG(Ove weight group, n=37) was consisted of students over BMI 23㎏/m2, Measurement instrument was bioelectrical-impedance analyzer, Statistical analysis methods were One-Way ANVOVA, Pearson Correlation. The results were as followed: 1. Height of NWG was higher than LWG OWG(p<.05), Normal weight has some positive effect on the growth of height, But low weight and over weight indicated the possibility that have negative effect on the growth of height. 2. The higher weight, the higher volumes of protein and mineral. But low weight indicated the possibility that have negative effect on the growth of muscle and bone. 3. The possibility that have positive effect on the maintainment of intracellular volume and energy metabolism of NWG was higher than LWC OWG And LWG indicated the possibility that have negative effect on the function of intracellular fluid and extracellular fluid.

        스포츠마사지가 여성노인의 생리적 지수에 미치는 효과

        This study used the one-group pre-test post-test design and focused on changes in the cardiovascular system and blood sugar in the 12 elderly women. The sports massage operated once in 40 minutes, twice in a week and for 10 weeks. The results of this study are presented as follows: 1. Under the condition of NSM, significant increases were found in both heart rate and DP (p<.05) but no significant differences were found in the other variables. 2. The significant decreases in pulse pressure (p<.01) and systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, heart rate, double product, blood sugar (p<.001) were searched in SM. 3. A comparison between SM and NSM, after operating, all variables were significantly different (p<.001). In conclusion, sports massage can effect positively on the function decline of cardiovascular system and decrease in blood sugar for elderly women insufficiently exercised. Therefore, sports massage can be an alternative means for elderly people.

        트레드밀 운동 및 트레드밀 운동과 스포츠마사지 병행이 과체중 여대생의 혈중지질 및 자율신경계 변화에 미치는 영향

        This study was performed to review the effect of treadmill exercise and sports massage on the change of serum lipids and autonomic nerve system targeting 24 overweight female college students who have BMI more than 25 kg/m². They were divided into three groups of eight members; Only treadmill exercise group(TG), treadmill exercise with sports massage group(TSG), and control group(CG). The exercises were performed 20 times and the result is as following; The change of HDL-C significantly increased after the experiment compared with before the exercise: TSG(p<.01) and TG(p<.05). The change of TC also significantly decreased after the experiment compared with before the exercise: TSG(p<.001) and TG(p<.05). The result of one-way ANOVA among the three groups is as following; HDL-C in the TSG(p<.01) and TG(p<.05) significantly increased compared with CG and TC also significantly decreased. The change of SN also significantly decreased after the experiment both in the supine; TSG(p<.001), TG(p<.01) and in the upright; TSG(p<.01), TG(p<.05) compared with before the experiment. The change of PSN also significantly increased after the experiment both in the supine and in the upright position; TSG(p<.001), TG(p<.01) compared with before the experiment. The result of one-way ANOVA among the three groups is as following; TSG and TG significantly increased(p<.05) after the experiment both in the supine and in the upright position compared with CG. There is little change in the CG after all the varied experiments compared with before the experiment. Accoring to the result of the study. it is considered that the exercise and the exercise along with the sport massage will be a good method of obesity care and the prevention of cadiovascular disease by improving the state of blood lipid and autonomic nerveous system.

        스포츠마사지가 엘리트 운동선수의 어깨 근육상태 개선에 미치는 영향

        [INTRODUCTION] This study is to investigate the physiological efficacy of sports massage for improving the condition of shoulder muscles in elite basketball players who excessively use shoulders. [METHOD] 16 high school basketball players were divided into a sports massage group(SG) and a control group(CG) and each group has 8 players. After the ordinary training with the same intensity, sports massage was treated once in 60 minutes, 3 times a week and for 8 weeks to SG group. The regular warm up exercise for 15 minutes was openated for the rest 3 weeks on SG and CG. On the first day of this research, we tested an eletromyogram of infraspinatus and deltoid after treating the sports massage and exercise. On the 56th day of the research, we tested an electromyogram in the same condition to the first day and analysed data into RMS(Root Mean Squared) and MEF(Median Edge Frequency). [RESULT] For the RMS recordings, in SG, infraspinatus and deltoid were significantly decreased(p<.05) after performing the sports massage. For the MEF recordings, in SG, the significant increase in infraspinatus(p<.001) and deltoid(p<.01) after treating sports massage. But no change was found in CG. [CONCLUSION] Sports massage treatment should improve the condition of shoulder muscles in basketball players excessively using their shoulders. Therefore, sports massage can prevent injuries and also it can enhance the performance. [서론] 본 연구는 엘리트 운동선수 중 어깨를 많이 사용하는 농구선수를 대상으로 스포츠마사지가 어깨 근육상태 개선에 미치는 영향을 검토하여 스포츠마사지의 생리학적 효과를 규명하고자 실시하였다. [방법] 고등학교 농구선수 16명을 스포츠마사지 집단(SG) 8명, 통제집단(CG) 8명으로 나누어 동일한 강도의 일상적인 훈련 후 SG는 운동 후 1회 60분, 주 3회 씩 8주간 총 24회에 걸쳐 스포츠마사지를 처치하였다. SG의 나머지 주 3회와 CG는 통상적인 정리운동을 15분 간 실시하였다. 실험 1일 차 모든 운동을 마친 상태에서 SG와 CG를 대상으로 각각 스포츠마사지 및 정리운동을 시행한 후 가시아래근과 어깨세모근의 근전도를 사전 측정하였으며, 실험 56일 차 사전 측정 시와 동일한 상태에서 사후 측정하여 RMS와 MEF를 분석하였다. [결과] RMS의 경우 SG는 가시아래근(p<.01) 및 어깨세모근(p<.05) 모두 스포츠마사지 처치 후, 처치 전 보다 유의한 차이가 있게 감소하였다. MEF의 경우 SG는 가시아래근(p<.01) 및 어깨세모근(p<.05) 모두 스포츠마사지 처치 후, 처치 전 보다 유의한 차이가 있게 증가하였다. 반면 CG는 모든 요인에서 사전, 사후 거의 변화가 없었다. [결론] 스포츠마사지 처치는 어깨를 많이 사용하는 농구선수들의 어깨 근육상태를 개선시켜 부상 방지 및 경기력 향상에 긍정적인 요소로 작용할 것으로 사료된다.
