      • 감로탱에 나타난 줄타기 예능의 다양성

        본고는 우리나라에서 오랜 세월 전승한 줄타기의 예능을 살펴본 것이다. 다만, 줄타기와 관 련한 자료가 많지 않아 감로탱(甘露幀)을 중심으로 줄타기 예능을 고찰하였다. 감로탱이라 는 그림 속에 나타난 모양을 보고, 줄타기의 실체를 고찰한다는 것은 어려운 일이나, 악기, 춤사위 등을 보고 유추하였다. 본고는 줄타기 예능을 고찰하여 한국 줄타기의 정체성을 찾 고, 가(歌), 무(舞), 악(樂), 극(劇), 기(技), 담(談)의 종합 연희, 줄타기 예능 발전에 일조하는 것이 목적이다. This study examines jultagi’s entertainment that has been handed down for a long time in Korea. However, there are not many data related to jultagi, so we considered jultagi entertainment with a focus on GamroTang. It was difficult to consider the reality of jultagi by looking at the shape in the picture of GamroTang, but it was inferred by looking at the instrument and dance. The purpose of this study is to find the identity of Korean jultagi by examining jultagi entertainment, and to contribute to the development of comprehensive performances of Song, Dance, Pleasure, Drama, Technology, and Talk, and jultagi entertainment.

      • 전통 민속예술 거점 조성 방안 - 전남 진도군을 중심으로 -

        본고는 전남 진도군의 문화자원의 활용을 통해 전통 민속예술의 거점으로 발전할 수 있는 방안을 모색하기 위하여 먼저 전라남도의 인구 추이와 진도군의 인구 추이를 살펴보는 것을 시작으로 지역문화자원의 개념을 살펴보았고, 진도의 자연적, 역사적, 사회적 조건을 살피는 것은 진도 문화자원의 민속예술적 특징을 이해하기 위한 시발점이기 때문에 이 글에서는 국 가 무형문화재로 지정된 강강술래, 남도들노래, 진도 씻김굿, 진도 다시래기를 살펴보았고, 전라남도 무형문화재로 지정된 진도북놀이, 진도만가, 남도잡가, 진도소포걸군농악, 조도닻 배노래를 살펴보았으며, 진도군 향토문화유산인 진도아리랑, 의신대동놀이, 서외도깨비굿, 고군짓봉산산타령, 남한산성도척놀이 등을 고찰하였다. 이후 진도 전통민속예술의 특징을 지역적 기반, 시・서・화(詩書畵)의 부흥, 민속예술의 전통으로 나누어 고찰하였고, 민속예술 거점 조성방안을 민속예술의 활용과 가치창출, 예술 융복합과 시・서・화(詩書畵) 협업, 관광 연계방안 마련, 진도 민속예술의 가상현실화로 나누어 제시하였다. In order to explore ways to develop into a base for traditional folk art through the use of cultural resources in Jindo-gun, Jeollanam-do, this study first examined the population trends in Jeollanam-do and the concept of local cultural resources, Since examining the natural, historical, and social conditions of Jindo is the starting point for understanding the folk art characteristics of Jindo cultural resources, this article examines Ganggangsullae, Namdo Deulnorae, Jindo Ssitgimgut, and Jindo Dasiraegi, which are designated as national intangible cultural assets, looked at Jindo Book Nori, Jindo Manga, Namdo Japga, Jindo Sopo Girl Gun Nongak, and Jodo Dat baenorae designated as intangible cultural properties in Jeollanam-do, Jindo Arirang, Uisindae-dong Nori, Seoeo Dokkaebi Gut, Gogunjibongsan Mountain Taryeong, and Namhansanseong Docheok Nori, which are local cultural heritages in Jindo-gun, were considered. After that, the characteristics of Jindo's traditional folk art were divided into regional bases, poetry, and painting, and folk art traditions, and the plan to create a folk art base was presented by using folk art and creating value, art convergence and poetry and painting collaboration, and tourism.

      • 전통 줄타기의 구조 고찰

        본고는 전통 줄타기의 구조를 고찰하여 향후, 우리나라 줄타기가 나아가야 하는 방향성을 찾는데 일조하는 것이 목적으로 전통 줄타기의 구조를 고찰한 것이다. 본고는 전통 줄타기 를 놀이줄단독형, 솟대단독형, 솟대연계형, 쌍줄배기형으로 나누어 고찰하였다. 우리나라 줄타기의 구조는 현전하는 구조인 놀이줄단독형 이외에도 솟대단독형, 솟대연계 형, 쌍줄배기형 등이 존재하였다. 선행연구에서 놀이줄과 지지줄을 혼돈한 점, 선행연구에서 지지줄의 개수·방향·각도에 따른 분류 등은 이시동도법(異時同圖法)등 조선시대 회화를 해 석하는 방법을 이해하지 못해 발생한 해석이다. This paper examines the structure of traditional Jultagi with the aim of helping find the direction in which Korea's Jultagi should move in the future by examining the structure of traditional Jultagi. In this paper, traditional Jultagi was divided into a playline single type, a sotdae single type, a sotdae linkage type, and a double-stranded exhaust type. In addition to the existing structure (playline single type), the structure of Jultagi in Korea existed in Sotdae single type, Sotdae connecting type, and double-strand exhaust type. The confusion between the play line and the support line in previous studies and the classification according to the number, direction, and angle of the support line in previous studies were interpreted because they did not understand how to interpret Joseon Dynasty paintings such as the Isidongdo method.

        Identification and evaluation of fragmentation pathways of PDE-5 inhibitor analogues using LC-QTOF-MS

        Phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors (PDE-5 inhibitors) are used in the treatment of erectile dysfunction. In recent years, a number of reports have been conducted on dietary supplements contaminated with PDE-5 analogues. In this study, 58 analogues of PDE-5 inhibitors were sorted into five groups: tadalafil, sildenafil, hongdenafil, vardenafil, and other analogues. These analogues were then evaluated using a liquid chromatographyquadrupole- time of flight mass spectrometry (LC-QTOF-MS) electrospray ionization mass method. Each compound has a unique fragmentation ion, which can be easily analyzed qualitatively. The fragmentation pathways of the analogues were elucidated based on the QTOF-MS and MS/MS data. Common ions were confirmed for each group by analyzing the structural characteristics and fragmentation pathways. Specifically, common ions were observed at m/z 169.08 and 135.04 (tadalafil analogues), m/z 311.15 and 283.12 (sildenafil analogues and hongdenafil analogues), and m/z 312.16 and 151.09 (vardenafil analogues). The advantage of this method is that the structure of unknown components can be determined by interpreting the product ions. Hence, the developed method can be used for the identification of unknown compounds. Fragmentation pathways may also aid in the detection and identification of PDE-5 inhibitor analogues.

        Establishment of a library of fragments for the rapid and reliable determination of anabolic steroids by liquid chromatography-quadrupole time of flight-mass spectrometry

        Anabolic steroids have similar structures to testosterone, both of which promote the growth of muscle mass and increase strength. However, the side effects of anabolic steroid use may lead to heart attacks or strokes. Additionally, the excessive use of steroids inhibits the production of the sex hormones in the body via a negative feedback loop, which results in testicular atrophy in males and amenorrhea in females. Currently, the method of choice used to test for the presence of anabolic steroids is GC-MS. However, GC-MS methods require chemical derivatization of the steroid sample to ensure compatibility with the analytical method; therefore, analysis of many different samples is difficult and time consuming. Unlike GC-MS, the liquid chromatography-quadrupoletime of flight mass spectrometry (LC-Q-TOF-MS) method is suitable for many samples. Twenty-two different anabolic steroids were analyzed by LC-Q-TOF-MS with various collision energies (CE). Accurate mass spectral data were obtained using a Q-TOF-MS equipped with an electro-spray ionization source and operated in the positive MS/MS mode for several classes of steroids that are often the targets of testing. Based on the collected data, fragmentation pathways were carefully elucidated. The high selectivity and sensitivity of the LC-Q-TOF-MS instrument combined with these fragmentation pathways offers a new approach for the rapid and accurate screening of anabolic steroids. The obtained data from the 22 different anabolic steroids will be shared with the scientific community in order to establish a library to aid in the screening of illegal anabolic steroids.

      • 신반대광대놀이 연구

        본 연구는 경상남도 의령군 부림면 신반지역에서 탄생하여 남사당패, 솟대쟁이패와 함께 전 국 3대 유랑광대패에 속했던 신반대광대를 고찰한 것이다. 신반대광대의 놀이는 서낭당각시, 풍물, 무동, 죽방울놀이, 솟대타기, 얼른(마술), 오광대 순 이다. 본 연구는 먼저 신반대광대의 역사적 기록을 살펴보고, 신반대광대의 예능을 풍물, 오 광대, 솟대타기, 얼른, 죽방울놀이로 나누어 상세히 고찰하였으며, 향후, 신반대광대의 방향 성에 관하여 고찰하였다. 의령군은 신반대광대의 새로운 ‘문화콘텐츠’화 작업을 통해서 의령군민의 역사적 자긍심을 고취하고, 전통의 소중함을 일깨워 지역 정체성 함양의 원동력으로 만들어야 한다. 따라서 신반대광대 연희의 전승부분은 발전시키고, 사라진 부분은 전형을 유추하여 맥락화하는 작 업이 필요하다. This study examines Sinban Daegwangdae, which was born in Sinban, Burim-myeon, Uiryeong-gun, Gyeongsangnam-do and belonged to the three major wandering clowns nationwide along with Namsadangpae and Sotdaejaengipae. Sinban Daegwangdae's plays are in the order of Seonangdanggaksi, Pungmul, Mudong, Jukbangulnori, Sotdaetagi, Magic, and Ogwangdae. This study first examined the historical records of Sinban Daegwangdae, divided the entertainment of Sinban Daegwangdae into Pungmul, Ogwangdae, Sotdaetagi, Magic, and Jukbangulnori, and examined the direction of Sinban Daegwangdae in the future. Uiryeong-gun should inspire the historical pride of Uiryeong-gun residents through Sinban Daegwangdae’s new “cultural content” work, and awaken the importance of tradition to make it a driving force for cultivating local identity. Therefore, it is necessary to develop the transmitted part of Sinban Daegwangdae's performance, and to infer the typicality and contextualize the missing part.

        Mainstream smoke level of harmful substances in korean domestic cigarette brands

        After signing the WHO FCTC in 2003, South Korea ratified the FCTC in 2005. This study was conducted to provide data on toxic constituents that can be used as useful information for the level of exposure to Korean smokers. Emissions data from five brands of cigarettes were tested under the ISO and “Canadian Intense (HCI)” smoking regimes, respectively. We conducted an analysis of 25 compounds containing nicotine, tar, carbonyls, phenolics, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and semi-VOC cigarette smoke. Tar and nicotine showed levels of 4.3 to 5.8 mg/cig and 0.4 to 0.5 mg/cig, respectively, which are within the range of tolerance presented in ISO 8243. In the case of carbonyls, formaldehyde was detected within a range of 8.2 to 14.3 μg/cig, and acetaldehyde was present within a range of 224.7 to 327.2 μg/cig under the ISO smoke regime. Crotonaldehyde was not detected under the ISO regime, and all of the carbonyls showed values 2.3 to 4.5 times higher under the HCI regime than those under the ISO regime. Catechol, which showed a level of 47.0 to 80.5 μg/cig under the ISO regime and 117.5 to 184.7 μg/cig under the HCI regime, was the highest constituent among the phenols. The amount of isoprene was 91.7 to 158.3 μg/cig under the ISO regime and 221.0 to 377.0 under the HCI regime. To summarize, most of the constituents showed a tendency to be detected at levels 2 to 4 times higher under the HCI regime than under the ISO regime. Above all, these results represent the first analysis in Korea from an independent institute of tobacco companies under accreditation of ISO 17025.

        Synthesis and Physical Properties of Asymmetrical Quaterthiophene Derivatives as Organic Thin-Film Transistor Materials

        We report here, synthesis, physical, thermal, and optoelectronic properties of compounds containing anthracene, anthraquinone, and 11,11,12,12-tetracyano-9,10-anthraquinodimethane units connected to quaterthiophene units. Three compounds,TQAO (6), TQAN (7), and TQAM (8) are synthesized by using Stille coupling, reduction, and Knoevenagel condensation reactions. These compounds were thermally stable and exhibited organic thin-film transistor (OTFT) properties. Among them, TQAM (8)-based OTFT has shown ambipolar mobility, both hole and electron mobility of 2.0 × 10−6 and 2.43 × 10−7 cm2/Vs, respectively. TQAO (6) and TQAN (7) has shown low electron mobility of 5.58 × 10−6 and 1.22 × 10−5 cm2/Vs, respectively.
