젊은 뇌졸중 환자의 우울감이 재발염려와 건강관련 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 젊은 뇌졸중 환자의 우울감이 재발염려와 건강관련 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 실시한 서술적 조사연구로 2018년 7월 24일부터 2018년 11월 22일까지 C도 내 일개 상급종합병원과 J도 내 일개 대학교 병원 신경과 외래를 방문하여 젊은 뇌졸중 환자 240명을 대상으로 조사하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 24.0과 SmartPLS 3.0를 이용하여 통계적인 유의성과 가설검증을 위한 분석을 실시하였다. 우울에 대한 탐색적 요인분석 결과, 죄책감, 정신적 우울, 신체적 우울의 3개의 요인으로 나누어져 추후 분석에 사용되었다. 가설 검증 결과, 우울감 중 죄책감과 정신적 우울이 재발염려에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 정신적 우울이 건강관련 삶의 질에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 재발염려가 건강관련 삶의 질에도 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 환자의 죄책감과 정신적 우울 정도를 경감시키기 위한 중재 뿐만 아니라 우울감의 조기 사정 및 중재를 통하여 젊은 뇌졸중 환자의 뇌졸중 재발염려를 극복하는 것이 건강관련 삶의 질 향상에 크게 기여할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. This study was conducted to investigate the effects of depression on fear of stroke recurrence and health-related quality of life in Young Adults with Stroke. The subjects of this study were 240 young stroke patients who visited the outpatient department of neurology at a tertiary hospital in C province and J university hospital from July 24, 2018, to November 22, 2018. The collected data were analyzed for statistical significance and hypothesis verification using SPSS 24.0 and SmartPLS 3.0. The results showed that guilt and mental depression in depression factors had an effect on fear of stroke recurrence, and mental depression had a statistically significant impact on health-related quality of life. Also, fear of recurrence has a significant impact on health-related quality of life. The results of this study suggest that overcoming fear of stroke recurrence by interventions that reduce guilt and mental depression through early assessment of their depression, thus it can significantly contribute to improving health-related quality of life in young adults with stroke.

계획된 행동이론을 적용한 초등학생의 칫솔질 행동에 영향을 미치는 요인

This study was conducted to identify the factors influencing toothbrushing behaviors of elementary school students by adding the variable of ‘self-efficacy’ to the behavioral model based on the theory of planned behavior. To collect the data for an analysis, the self-administered questionnaire was distributed to 443 students in 4th to 6th grades of elementary school placed in Inchon Metropolitan City. The statistical package of PASW 18.0 was employed for the analysis. Results of the analysis revealed that the toothbrushing intention was explained by the subjective norm (b=0.343), the self-efficacy (b=0.171), the perceived behavioral control (b=0.163), and the attitude toward the tooth-brushing behavior (b=0.135). The toothbrushing behavior was explained by the toothbrushing intention (b=0.355) and the self-efficacy (b=0.113). The synthesis of such results suggested that both parents and teachers in school who would be influential to students should guide elementary school students to be habituated to the right toothbrushing. Also it was estimated that the students should understand the importance of toothbrushing through proper oral health education, and they should also become confident in spontaneous toothbrushing by providing them with an environment that could help them practicing the toothbrushing easily.

In this paper we suggest new criteria for the classification of the electrode gap between common and scan electrodes. The electrode gap is categorized as a short, middle, and long gap according to the criteria. Among these structures, we focus on the erase waveform of a mid-gap structure. we report an unstable discharge arising from the erase ramp period in a mid-gap structure. Based on the Vt close curve, we analyze the unstable discharge at various conditions. Our analysis reveals that the unstable discharge is ignited between surface electrodes and caused by un-erased wall charges accumulated on the outer edges of electrodes. By reducing the voltage level of the last sustain pulse, the problem is solved.

This study empirically analyzed the influence of coffee shop"s cultural marketing(Sales, Sponsorships, Synthesis), brand image, customer satisfaction and revisit intention on customers who have experienced cultural marketing among cafe shops in Jeju area.The results showed that synthesis affects brand image, brand image affects customer satisfaction and revisit intention, and customer satisfaction affects revisit intention.In order to increase the competitive advantage of coffee shops through cultural marketing, activities should be carried out from a long-term perspective. Besides, it is necessary to set up a culture that is intended to be applied to a store to suit the store"s concept and continue management and operation.It is meaningful that this study surveyed coffee shops at a time when cultural marketing is becoming essential. Also, it is meaningful to distinguish and analyze the influence relationship of each sub-factor by classifying cultural marketing into sub-factors and empirically analyzing the influence relationship of each sub-factor in that there are not many studies on the influence relationship of the sub-factors of cultural marketing.

One of serious problems that occur with the development of the modern world is air pollution. Emissions from vehicles are the main sources of air pollution and harmful to the environment and human health. To solve the above problems associated with the air pollution by transportation sector, very severe regulation of the vehicle emission has been required. In the situation, many experts considered that the use of CNG engine is a viable substitution for conventional engine. The research of CNG engine has been emphasized because exhaust emission of CNG vehicles may be reduced to an environment acceptable level. For these reasons, CNG engine vehicle is widely used throughout many countries. In the present study, the 1.8-liter naturally aspirated, 4-cylinder, SI gasoline engine was converted to the dedicated CNG engine. Original Engine Control and fuel system were replaced with CNG engine control system and fuel system. In order to optimize the CNG engine, we tested the engine preformance (torque, combustion pressure, exhaust temperature etc) and the exhaust gas performance with excess air ratio and spark timing.

This paper purposes to provide a new perspective for better development of geography texts. For this purpose, we have applied spatial cognition development theory to children's mental map. We have suggested that children's spatial operation ability has three space, euclidean space. This study turns out that Piaget and Inhelder's spatial concept development theory is on the right track. However, we make clear that their division according to the age is not always accurate due to children's individual differences. Furthermore, we have applied Appleyard's method to children's mental map analysis. As a result, we have found that higher-grade students increase in variety and accuracy of their mental map. These findings have educational implications as the following: First, pictorial maps and illustation in the textbook are not suitable to most children in the development stage of projective space. Second, we object to map drawing activity because map drawing is beyond the developmental stage of projective space.

We use the IDI type constant volume which is applied Indirect Injection strafied charge method to solve the problems of lean-burn such as misfire and cycle-variation. There are many factors to effect on the combustion charateristics in indirect injection strafied engine. The passagehole angle is the most important factor in that determine the direction of inflowed fuel and flame to the main chamber. In this study, we measured combustion pressure and wall temperature to examine the combustion characteristics and heat flux with the passagehole angle in the main chamber.
