The Application of Laser Doppler Flowmetry for Allergic Rhinitis and Rhinitis Medicamentosa

Background and Objectives:Allergic rhinitis (AR) and rhinitis medicamentosa (RM) have different mucosal color andpathophysiology. To investigate whether the mucosal color and nasal blood flow are different between the diseases in spite ofsame symptoms, we designed this study. Materials and Methods:20 patients with allergic rhinitis and 21 patients withrhinitis medicamentosa were compared with 20 normal volunteers using mucosal color grading and Laser Doppler flowmetry. The Laser Doppler flowmetry was performed with a Periflux 4001 (Perimed, Jrtlla, Sweden) and perfusion unit (PU), velocityunit (VU), and concentration Unit (CU) were measured. The Laser Doppler flowmetry data in AR and RM were comparedwith those of the normal subjects, and between AR and RM. Results:The perfusion score of AR and RM were lower thanthe control (p<0.05) and it was statistically significant that the mucosal color of AR were pale and of RM were reddish,comparing to the control group (p<0.05). Conclusion:The nasal blood flow was decreased with AR and RM compared tocontrol but the mucosal color of AR and RM were different because of the difference of pathophysiology of diseases. Whendiagnosing RM, observation of mucosal color and measurement of nasal blood flow will be helpful besides the history oflong-term use of nasal decongestant.

Hollow fiber membranes with chemical and thermal resistances were preapared via themally-induced phase separation process followed by stretching process from the semicrystalline polymers. Isotactic polypropylene was selected as a membrane material and soybeam oil was as a diluent. Various operating parameters were examined in terms of their effects on the structure variation of the membrane, and were optimized. Melt viscosity of polymer-diluent solution influenced stretching of the membrane to affect the porosity and pore size of membrane. Lower coagulation bath temperature accelerated the formation of spherulite, and more stretching was performed. Draw ratio directly affected the stretching of the membrane and membrane prepared at higher draw ratio showed the higher flux and bigger pore size.

Glass fiber reinforced nylon has been used in many plastic industries. Mechanical properties of reinforced plastics depend upon types of glass fiber as well as loading of glass fiber. Tensile properties of glass fiber reinforced nylon66 have been studied for different glass fiber types and sizes. Types of glass fibers were circular and flat, and diameters were 7, 10, and 13 micrometers. Orientations of glass fibers in the matrix of nylon66 have been analyzed through X-ray CT. Tensile specimens were prepared by cutting out of square plates of 100 × 100 × 3mm with different angles such as 0, 45, and 90° to the flow direction. As the loading of glass fiber increase to 45 wt% tensile strength increases up 2.5 times compare with neat nylon66. Anisotropic tensile strength has been observed and minimum tensile strength was measured in the specimen cut form perpendicular to the flow direction.

The purpose of this study is analyzing cases of cases of financial credit rating companies’various methods and providing an exclusive credit rating method appropriate for the Venture business with consulting cases about bankruptcy and closing management of similar financial projects. To correspond of the aim of this study, we should sort enterprises with a possibility of bankruptcy but great potential of growth and distribute funds efficiently over them. We choose the method about the inquiry and application of credit ratings by exclusive rating companies. Thecombinative method of the Venture Business evaluating and rating is rating in accordance with filter rule. This is, when a subject is related to a particular category, giving previous-computed rating on it. Enterprises, who have danger rating on categories in the evaluation model, are given danger rating. Enterprises, whose rating is applicable to that of warning on categories, are give warning rating. Enterprise, who has no categories of danger and warning ratings, are given normal rating. The credits rating methods of the Venture Business is restricted within most danger case and includes various credit risk. 업무프로세스 운용 효율성 개선을 위한 린 생산방식과 식스시그마-DFSS 통합모델 개발

The purpose of the lean manufacturing system is to improve speed by eliminating the waste of a process. Six Sigma allows you to resolve quality issues by making any and all changes in a work process into reliable statistics. The lean manufacturing system and Six Sigma have been applied at sites in different methods; however, ultimately the purposes of them are to improve corporate work processes and to aim at perfection.It points out that the lean techniques do not have a road map that ensures connections among the techniques while having excellent performance in terms of tools. As for Six Sigma, its execution road map is excellent but the too technical and difficult analyses of statistics are emphasized; thus, it has limitation for application to site issues or ones that require prompt execution. This study provides an overview of the Lean Process with DFSS (LPD) model, which allows the users to combine the techniques of the lean manufacturing system with the DFSS road map of Six Sigma in order to improve or re-design a work process.
세무대리인 이용목적이 세무대리서비스 평가에 미치는 영향

This study is to investigate the taxpayer objectives and the taxpayer satisfaction of using tax preparer services in the case of business. The data were obtained from a mail survey of 160 small businesses. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: First, the main objective of using tax preparer services is to minimize their tax liability(35.6%). Other objectives are to file a correct tax return(29.4%), to minimize filing effort in a tax return(26.3%) and to reduce the audit probability(8.8%). Second, significant differences were found in the areas of 'advice on changes in tax regulations', 'tax audit defense', 'correct answer to the question' and 'immediate tax service' between expected service and perceived service. Third, 'convenient time' were selected as more important expected service in taxpayers with reducing the audit probability objective group than in the other groups. Fourth, there are some differences in the important factors in perceived services according to the taxpayer objectives.
