        모바일 프로모션의 총체적 체험이 소비자-브랜드 관계에 미치는 영향 -체험마케팅형 QR코드 사용자들을 중심으로-

        At the beginning of 2010 when smartphone began to disseminate, QR code opened new paradigm of barcode use playing a role of channel that connects offline advertising to online advertising via mobile device connected to wireless network but failed to draw more attention of consumers due to unstable network environment and failure of marketing. The failure is caused by the absence of proper design and communication with customers and failure of QR code in inducing customers' participation by arousing their curiosity. Such result shows that using new appeals that can arouse an interest and a sympathy in utilizing QR code is needed. This study examined an effect of five experiential elements of 'marketing type QR code' on 'consumer-brand attitude' and 'brand attachment' based on five strategic experiential modules (SEMs) which was presented by Schmitt (1999). This study found that emotional experience, cognitive experience and behavioral experience out of five elements in experiential marketing influenced consumer-brand relationship but sensory experience and relational experience did not have a significant effect on consumer-brand relationship and consumer-brand relationship formed through brand experience had a positive effect on brand attachment. Findings of this study show that consumers want to have differentiated experience through particular brand beyond information on brand and products via mobile devices. This study suggests that if enterprises make good use of QR code as means to contact customers by providing various experiential environments, it will help to provide experience which is related to a direction of brand continuously. 스마트폰이 보급되기 시작한 2010년 초, QR코드는 무선네트워크와 연결된 모바일 기기를 통해 오프라인 광고를 온라인으로 연결시키는 통로의 역할을 수행하며 바코드 사용의 새로운 패러다임을 열었지만, 불안정한 네트워크 환경과 이와연계된 마케팅 실패 등의 이유로 초기의 관심을 이어가지 못했다. 이는 적절한 디자인적 요소와 고객 소통의 부재로, QR 코드가 소비자의 호기심을 자극하여 마침내 고객 참여를 유도하는 매개 도구로서의 역할을 하지 못했기 때문이다. 이러한 결과는 QR코드 활용에 있어서 재미와 공감을 만들어 낼 수 있는 새로운 소구법의 사용이 필요하다는 것을 보여준다. 따라서 본 연구는 경험 마케팅의 견해를 이론적으로 제시한 바 있는 슈미트(Schmitt, 1999)의 5가지 소비자 경험요소(Strategic Experiential Modules : SEMs)에 근거하여, ‘체험 마케팅형 QR코드’의 5가지 체험요소가 ‘소비자-브랜드태도‘와 ’브랜드 애착‘에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 이에 대한 실증연구를 진행한 결과, 체험마케팅의 5가지 요소 중 감성적 체험과 인지적 체험, 행동적 체험은 소비자-브랜드 관계에 영향을 미치나 감각적 체험과 관계적 체험은 소비자-브랜드 관계에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으며, 브랜드 체험을 통해 형성된 소비자-브랜드 관계는 브랜드애착에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구를 통해 소비자들은 모바일을 통해 단순히 브랜드와 제품에 대한 정보만을 얻고자 하는 것이 아니라 특정 브랜드를 통한 차별화된 경험을 원하고 있음을 증명한다. 각 기업들이 다양한체험환경의 제공을 통해 고객 접점 수단으로 QR코드를 적극 활용 한다면, 이는 장기적인 관점에서 브랜드의 방향과 연관성 있는 체험을 지속적으로 제공하는데 기여할 수 있음을 시사한다.

        소양댐 상류 유역 내 어류상의 시·공간 분포와 부유성 퇴적물 영향

        Turbid water and suspended sediment (SS) load are having negative consequences such as water quality degradation and ecological damage, thus necessitating the establishment of management guidelines to reduce their impact. The present work investigates the spatio-temporal distribution of fish species and the effects of turbid water from 2011-2016 in the upper reaches of Soyang-Dam. The family Cyprinidae is the largest population in the study area, among which Zacco platypus and Zacco koreanus are the dominant species. The diversity of species is relatively abundant in the upper watershed, while the seasonal effect on the population distribution remains unclear. Using two main common components of the empirical orthogonal function (EOF) analysis, the distribution characteristics of 27 species at five survey sites are revealed. Zacco koreanus is found to be predominant at the upstream A-Naerincheon, while Zacco platypus and Rhinogobius brunneus are found to be predominant at the upstream B-Bukcheon. Disturbance of an aquatic ecosystem has a relatively greater impact in the downstream, as—compared to the upper area—the high proportion of forest area is decreased whereas that of agricultural and urbanized areas is increased. The patterns of representative species are changed according to the mid- to long-term effects of turbid water and SS. Accordingly, the significant correlation between the SS load and fish distribution EOF analysis indicates that it should be considered as a potential alternative that can overcome the limitations of impact assessment on turbid water to the Fish Assessment Index (FAI). A comprehensive study examining the long-term effects of SS load to the fish ecosystems with a systematic statistical analysis of sufficiently accumulated data at the national level is needed as future research.

        수묵(水墨)표현을 활용한 청소년 미술 치료법 기초연구

        Korean painting is a painting drawn by traditional styles and techniques, and it is a representative art that captures the essence of objects and shows their spirituality. Unlike Western painting, Korean painting emphasizes the spirit, line, and margin. The ink painting expresses the object by making use of the effect of the ink's jokes and spreading without coloring, and there are various techniques such as the Mole Act, the Balm Method, the Guruk Method, the Parmuk Act, the Indigo Method, and the Grinding Method. Adolescence refers to a transitional period from children to adults and also defines adolescence around physical, mental and social development. This paper seeks to make basic research on art therapy suitable for establishing and treating correct emotions and values through ink technique, which is the expression form of Korean painting for teenagers in these transitional period.

        영상 피라미드 기반 영상 모자이크를 위한 접합선 추출

        Image mosaicking is one of the basic and important technologies in the field of application using images. The key of image mosaicking is to extract seamlines from a joint image. The method proposed in this paper for image mosaicking is as follows. The feature points of the images to be joined are extracted and the joining form between the two images is identified. A reference position for detection the seamlines were selected according to the joint form, and an image pyramid was created for efficient image processing. The outlines of the image including buildings and roads are extracted from the overlapping area with low resolution, and the seamlines are determined by considering the components of the outlines. Based on this, the seamlines in the high-resolution image was re-searched and finally the seamline for image mosaicking was determined. In addition, in order to minimize color distortion of the image with the determined seamline, a method of improving the quality of the mosaic image by fine correction of the mosaic area was applied. It was confirmed that the quality of the seamline extraction results applying the method proposed was reasonable.

        Service Development using Fuzzy QFD in the banking industry

        Purpose: This paper proposes a structured approach based on Quality Function Deployment (QFD) for service development in the banking industry. Methods: SERVQUAL is modified and adopted as a tool to understand customer requirements for the QFD. Fuzzy theory is used to resolve the subjectivity and ambiguity of customer requirements and satisfaction. This research also uses the importance- satisfaction model to construct an additional House of Quality (HOQ). A pair of houses of quality provides a confluence of results to avoid a risk of depending solely on the results of a single HOQ. Results: A case study is introduced with three domestic banks. Conclusion: The proposed approach effectively addresses a service development problem.

        Correction of Erroneous Model Key Points Extracted from Segmented Laser Scanner Data and Accuracy Evaluation

        Point cloud data (i.e., LiDAR; Light Detection and Ranging) collected by Airborne Laser Scanner (ALS) systemis one of the major sources for surface reconstruction including DEM generation, topographic mapping andobject modeling. Recently, demand and requirement of the accurate and realistic Digital Building Model (DBM)increase for geospatial platforms and spatial data infrastructure. The main issues in the object modeling such asbuilding and city modeling are efficiency of the methodology and quality of the final products. Efficiency andquality are associated with automation and accuracy, respectively. However, these two factors are often oppositeeach other. This paper aims to introduce correction scheme of incorrectly determined Model Key Points (MKPs)regardless of the segmentation method. Planimetric and height locations of the MKPs were refined by surfacepatch fitting based on the Least-Squares Solution (LESS). The proposed methods were applied to the syntheticand real LiDAR data. Finally, the results were analyzed by comparing adjusted MKPs with the true buildingmodel data.

        이벤트 아이덴티티로서의 대학 기념 엠블럼 개발 연구 : 남서울대학교 30주년 엠블럼 개발을 중심으로

        교육시장에서의 치열한 경쟁으로 대학들은 적극적인 홍보와 이미지 개선을 위해 기존의 대학 아이덴티티를 리뉴얼하거나 기념 엠블럼을 새롭게 디자인 하는 노력을 기울이고 있다. 대학 기념 엠블럼은 단순히 개교 기념이나 특정일을 자축하는 데 그치지 않고 대학의 주기적인 이미지 개선과 홍보, 성공적인 기념 행사의 핵심적 상징으로 기능하여 대학의 브랜드 가 치를 강화시킨다. 본 연구는 국내 대학의 기념 엠블럼을 기반으로 시각적 상징 요소를 분석하여 다섯 가지 유형(숫자형/상 징물형/UI 유사형/숫자형과 상징물형/숫자형과 UI 유사형)으로 세분화하였다. 숫자형(14개 대학)이 가장 빈도가 높았으며, 이는 기념 주년을 명확히 상징화하기 위한 의도를 반영한다. 두번째로는 숫자형과 UI 유사형(13개 대학)이 연속성 있는 시 각적 아이덴티티를 구축하기 위해 채택되었고, 세번째로는 숫자형과 상징물형(7개 대학)이 전통과 역사를 강조하는 조합으 로 나타났다. 그밖에 상징물형, UI 유사형이 대학의 고유 정체성과 브랜드 이미지를 강조하는 데 사용되었다. 연구 결과를 토대로 미래지향적 메시지가 부여된 숫자형 구조의 남서울대학교 30주년 기념 엠블럼이 개발.제시되었다. 학생 및 동문, 교 직원을 상대로 한 설문 조사를 통해 다양한 의견수렴 과정을 거쳐 대학 구성원 전체가 참여하는 개교 30주년 기념 사업의 의의를 확립하는 데 이바지하였다. 향후에는 다양한 집단을 대상으로 한 보다 폭넓은 선호도 조사와 주기적인 동향 파악이 필요할 것으로 사료된다. Due to intense competition in the education market, universities are striving to refresh their identity and revamp their commemorative symbols to promote and enhance their reputation. University emblems serve not only to commemorate the establishment of a university or specific events but also as crucial symbolic elements for periodic image enhancement, event promotion, and ultimately, fortifying the brand value of the institution. Such emblems have a pivotal role in achieving these objectives. Therefore, it is important to use them appropriately and effectively for continued institutional success. The study examined the visual symbols used in commemorative emblems of Korean universities, classifying them into five types: numerical, symbolic, UI-like, numerical and symbolic, and numerical and UI-like. The numeric type, employed by 14 universities, was the most commonly used, indicating a desire to create a clear symbol for the anniversary. Secondly, 13 universities adopted a combination of numerals and UI lookalikes to create a continuous visual identity, while 7 universities used a combination of symbols and numerals to highlight their tradition and history. Finally, symbols and UI lookalikes were utilised by some universities to emphasise their unique brand image. The NAMU 30th anniversary emblem was designed based on research findings, featuring a numerical structure with a forward-looking message. Through the survey of students, alumni, and faculty members, the university determined the significance of the 30th-anniversary project through several opinion-gathering processes that included all university members. To ensure relevancy, it is imperative to administer more comprehensive surveys targeting diverse groups periodically, identify emerging trends and attitudes continuously.
