뇌경색의 진단에서 확산강조 및 T2강조 영상의 유용성 비교

Purpose: Diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging (DWI) has been known to visualize hyperacute ischemic stroke. And it takes only a few minutes to do. Moreover only a small amount of time and little cost is required to add T2-weighted imaging(T2WI) to DWI. The purpose of this study is to determine the usefulness of T2WI in addition to DWI as a primary imaging modality for patients with suspected ischemic stroke. Methods: DWI plus T2WI was performed from January to May 2001 on the patients with suspected ischemic stroke. Two emergency physicians reviewed the films and medical records. The sensitivity and the specificity of DWI and T2WI for acute ischemic stroke were calculated. The agreement between DWI and T2WI was calculated using kappa statistics. Results: A total of 241 patients were enrolled. Acute ischemic stroke was confirmed in 86 (35.7%) patients. The sensitivity and the specificity of DWI for acute ischemic stroke were 94.2% and 98.7%, and those for T2WI were 60.5% and 94.2% respectively. The kappa value was 0.721 (p<0.01). Among the 86 acuted ischemic stroke patients, the number of cases who presented less than 6 hours after symptom onset was significantly lower in the T2WI positive group (31% vs. 68.7%, p<0.05). Conclusion: This study suggests that the addition of T2WI to DWI. as a primary imaging modality for acute ischemic stroke has little benefit compared to DWI alone, especially, when the symptom duration has been less than 6 hours.
역사 의식의 공유를 통한 문학교육: 헝가리에서의 한국문학 교육 사례

The purpose of this paper is to examine the proper method of Korean literary education overseas and introduce the case of it in Hungary. Studies on the methods of Korean literary education for foreign learners have been issued actively. But it is necessary to examine the premise that literary education is part of language education or culture education. Korean literary education in foreign countries needs to take account of characteristics of their societies and each university’s curriculum. The curriculum of Dept. of Korean Studies, ELTE in Hungary, has an object to cultivate the understanding faculty on comprehensive Korean studies. And Korean literature coursework should be approached differently from the view of literary education as part of language education. It should be closely related to Korean studies or Korean literary works as produce of Korean society. A special lecture was planned in memory of the 70th anniversary of independence from Japanese colonial rule in 2015. First of all, the resistance movement of Korea and Hungary, 3.1 Independence Movement in 1919 and Hungarian Revolution in 1956, was reviewed for sharing historical consciousness. Poems of resistance, such as Yi Sanghwa’s “Does Spring Come to Stolen Fields” and Sim Hun’s “When that Day Comes”, which expressed Korean people’s sorrow and anger against Japanese rule were selected. And Kim Chunsu’s “Death of a Girl in Budapest” was added because this poem dealt with Hungarian Revolution as mankind’s universal problem. The poems of Sándor Petőfi, Hungary’s national poet, were suggested also to enhance students’ understanding as a homework. It is desirable that various types of teaching methods are claimed on Korean literary education. The method suggested by this paper can be considered as one of them. 이 논문의 목적은 외국에서의 한국문학 교육의 방법을 살펴보고 실제 수업 사례를 소개하는 데 있다. 외국인 학습자를 대상으로 하는 한국문학 교육 방법 연구에서 검토할 필요가 있는 부분은 ‘한국어교육’ 또는 ‘한국문화 교육’을 위한 한국문학 교육이라는 전제이다. 외국에서의 한국문학 교육은 그 사회의 특성과 각 대학의 교육과정 등을 고려해야 한다. 헝가리 ELTE 한국학과는 한국학 전반에 대한 이해력을 높이는 것이 학과 설립의 주 목적이다. 따라서 한국문학 수업은 한국어교육을 위한 문학교육이 아닌 한국학 또는 한국 사회의 산물로서의 한국문학의 차원에서 접근할 필요가 있다. 2015년이 광복 70주년이라는 점에 착안하여 특강 형식의 수업을 기획하였다. 먼저 1919년 3.1운동과 1956년 헝가리혁명을 연결하여 역사의식을 공유하도록 하였다. 일본의 식민 지배에 대한 저항의식을 잘 보여주는 이상화의 「빼앗긴 들에도 봄은 오는가」와 심훈의 「그 날이 오면」, 헝가리혁명을 인류 보편의 문제로 다룬 김춘수의 「부다페스트에서의 소녀의 죽음」 등이 텍스트로 사용되었다. 여기에 헝가리의 국민시인 산도르 페퇴피의 작품을 과제 제시에 활용하여 작품에 대한 이해도를 높이도록 하였다. 외국인 학습자를 대상으로 하는 한국문학 교육에 대해 다양한 방법이 제기되고 있는 것은 바람직한 현상이다. 이 글에서 제기한 역사의식의 공유를 통한 문학교육도 하나의 접근법이 될 수 있다.

When we read, therefore, his novels, we must pay more attention to his idea than aesthetic form. What he truly seeks for is a real change of the diseased modern world and regeneration of mankind. It is The Plumed Serpent that dramatically reveals his most imaginative achievement: the novel's vivid portrayal of phallicism and its regenerative power. In this novel, Lawrence revives the myths of the pre-Aztec god Quetzalcoatl and establishes new society which is ruled by potent male leadership.

It has been said that art has reflected the industrial development and the masses' desire. As the digital technologies change our ways of life, so the literary industry including publication, literary contents and studies, if it wants to exist, must be changed. The debate over the "death of literature" begun in 1960s was the sign of the complex transformations of a literary paradigm in a time of radical political, technological, and social change. It is the mark of the new that we never know what it will be until it arrives. Of one thing we can be sure, that the masses will take the initiative in literary industry and the products of it will never be the outcome of existing trends. The digital age assigns meaning to such terms as e-book, inter-action, diversity, global standard, re-mapping, minority, hybridity and ecology. Though the traditional literary features will remain, the literary industry should reflect these ideas and upon which course of action to take.
집단모래놀이치료가 아동의 불안감소와 자아탄력성 증진에 미치는 영향

This study was held to inquire the impact of children’s anxiety reduction and ego-resilience enhancement of Group Sandplay Therapy. The Group Sandplay Therapy was consisted a touching sand, making personal tray and a making tray in group. The constructions of the group were three groups in total; The male and female mixed group with four children, the female(same sex group), the male(same sex group) in fourth grade. To study the anxiety and ego-resilience, used the Revised Children’s Manifest Anxiety Scale(RCMAS) and Korean Personality Rating for Children(KPRC) as a research tool. Analyzed the conditions of transitions by comparing negative and positive themes of sand tray treatment. The result of Group Sandplay Therapy had positive effections of reducing children's anxiety and improving children ego-resilence. By looking into the differences in the analysis of mixed sex and same sex group during the session, the male and female mixed group indicates more of negative factors than positive factors. They also appeared positive factors constantly, but it has not increased. On the contrary, more negative elements appear on the same sex group at the initial session. However as the session go along, the negative elements reduced and the positive element of the group appears more. When the group consisted with the same gender, children had a higher therapeutic effect. 본 연구는 아동의 불안감소와 자아탄력성 증진을 위하여 집단모래놀이치료를 구성하여 실시한 후 그 효과성을 검증한 것이다. 집단모래놀이치료는 모래만지기, 개인상자꾸미기, 집단상자꾸미기 전략을 중심으로 구성되었으며, 본 연구의 대상은 4학년 아동 남아 6명, 여아 6명씩 12명으로 남녀 혼성집단 1집단, 남아 동성집단 1집단, 여아 동성집단 1집단으로 구성되었다. 레이놀즈불안척도(RCMAS)와 한국아동인성검사(KPRC)로 불안과 자아탄력성의 사전․사후 변화를 측정하였으며, 치료과정에서 나타난 모래상자를 긍정적 주제와 부정적 주제로 구분하여 변화양상을 분석하였다. 집단모래놀이치료의 결과, 집단모래놀이치료가 아동의 불안을 감소시키고 자아탄력성 증진에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 결과가 나왔다. 상자 주제에 따른 분석을 실시한 결과 혼성집단과 동성집단 간의 차이가 나타났는데, 혼성집단의 경우에는 회기 초반부터 부정적 요소가 긍정적 요소에 비해 많이 나타나고 있으며, 회기가 진행되어도 큰 변화는 나타나지 않는 모습이었다. 반면 동성집단의 경우에는 초기에 부정적인 주제가 많이 등장했지만 치료가 진행되어 갈수록 모래놀이상자에서 긍정적인 주제가 더 많이 나타났으며, 부정적인 주제가 줄어든 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과는 집단모래놀이치료에서 동성집단일 경우 치유가 활발히 이루어진다는 결과를 나타낸다.
