커큐민과 대두 추출물의 RAW 264.7 대식세포에서의 항염증 효과 및 여드름 피부 개선효과에 관한 연구

울금의 주요 성분인 커큐민과 대두 추출물인 이소플라본의 피부 미용 측면에서 생리활성을 연구하여 화장품 소재로서 가능성 여부를 규명하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 세포실험을 통해 커큐민과 대두 추출물을 피부 세포에 대한 독성 및 항염증을 확인하고, HPLC을 이용하여 대두 추출물의 성분분석과 피부에 적용하였을 때 수분과 유분, 홍반변화를 측정하였다. 본 연구 결과 커큐민이 RAW 264.7 세포에 대한 독성이 적은 것으로 확인되었으며, 항염증에 대한 효과를 확인하였다. 8주 동안 커큐민과 대두 추 출물이 함유된 화장품과 식이를 병행하여 사용하였을 때 수분함량 변화, 유분함량 변화, 홍반 지수의 감 소가 통계적으로 유의미한 변화를 나타내었으며, 여드름 피부에 유의한 효과를 가질 수 있음을 확인하였 다. 따라서 본 연구는 커큐민과 대두 추출물이 화장품 소재로 사용 시 여드름 피부 개선에 효과적인 화 장품 소재로서 활용 가능성이 있을 것으로 사료된다. By studying bioactivity in the aspect of skin care via curcumin, the main component of turmeric, and isoflavones, the soybean extract, this research tried to prove the possibilities as cosmetic ingredients. This research identified the curcumin and soybean extract’s anti-inflammatory and toxic effects on skin cells through cell experiment, and using HPLC, the moisture, oiliness, and changes in erythema were measured when the soybean extract was applied to the skin. The result showed that curcumin had the least toxin on RAW 264.7 cell and the anti-inflammatory effect was identified. There were statistically significant changes on the moisture, oiliness and erythema when cosmetics containing curcumin and soybean extract were used. Therefore, it showed the possibilities of the utilization of curcumin and soybean extract to be used as cosmetics for acne skin.

STN(The Scientific & Technical Information Network)은 과학 기술, 산업 및 특허 분야의 200여종의 데이터베이스를 검색할 수 있는 상용 온라인 데이터뱅크이다. 이러한 STN의 데이터 베이스중 이용도가 높은 59개의 데이터베이스를 인터넷의 웹상에서 편리하게 검색할 수 있고, 서지 사항이나 초록뿐만 아니라, 특허의 도면이나 비즈니스 정보의 전문 기사 출력 및 화학물질의 3차원 표시도 가능한 STN Easy(http://stneasy.cas.org)의 특징과 기능에 대해 알아보았다. 또한 이렇게 검색한 결과를 ACS(American Chemical Society)를 비롯하여 총 9개 출판사의 웹사이트로 링크하여 전자화된 원문을 얻을 수 있는 ChemPort(http://www.chemfort.org)를 소개하였다. STN(The Scientific & Technical Information Network) is a fee-based, comprehensive, online search service that provides. accurate, up-to-date information from over 200 scientific, technical, business, and patent databases. STN Easy(http: //stneasy.cas.org) provides point-and-click access to 59 selected key STN databases on the web, and it gives drawings and 3-dimensional chemical structures as well as citation-abstract informations. And information searchers are now able to access full-text documents from key scientific publishers and patent offices through STN Easy via the ChemPort(http://www.chemport.org) connection.

쥐참외뿌리 추출물의 항산화 및 피부 세포에서의 세포 독성 연구

We tried to check the antioxidant activity and toxicity of trichosanthis cucumeroidis radix extracts in skin cells, and check the possibility of their use as a functional material that can be effectively used on the skin. Total polyphenol and total flavonoid content, which are indicators of antioxidant activity of trichosanthis cucumeroidis radix extracts, were confirmed, and cytotoxicity was confirmed using Neutral red assay in the skin. As a result of the study, the content of total polyphenols and total flavonoids increased concentration-dependent. High survival rates in fibroblast HDF cells were identified, and cell survival rates were significantly lowered from 5 μg/mL in melanocytes B16F10 melanoma cells and inflammation-related macrophages RAW 264.7 cells. Heresults of this study are believed to be available as basic data for antioxidant activity of trichosanthis cucumeroidis radix extracts and skin cells.

마음챙김명상이 시설노인의 스트레스에 미치는 효과

This study was conducted to identify the effects of mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) program on stress in institutionalized older adults. A quasi-experimental nonequivalent control groups pre- and post-test design was used. The subjects of the study were selected from nursing homes in J province. 35 participants in the experimental group were exposed to MBSR program for 90 minutes/session/week for 8 weeks. 34 participants in the control group received no intervention. Blood pressure, pulse, cortisol in their saliva were used to measure physiological stress. And psychological stress measured by the stress response inventory. The results of this study showed that blood pressure, pulse rate, and psychological stress of the experimental group were not significantly lowered than those of the control group. But the index of cortisol in saliva of the experimental group was significantly reduced compared to that of the control group. Therefore, the methodological issues for future research in the field of mindfulness and stress reduction among institutionalized older adults were discussed. 본 연구는 마음챙김명상을 시설노인에게 적용하여 생리적 및 심리적 스트레스에 미치는 효과를 규명하고, 노인 대상의 간호중재 프로그램으로서의 활용가능성을 확인할 목적으로 수행되었다. 본 연구는 비동등성 대조군 전․후 설계의 유사실험연구이다. 연구대상자는 J도에 소재한 노인시설에 거주하는 65세 이상 남녀노인으로 의사소통이 가능하며, 본 연구의 목적을 이해하고 자발적으로 연구 참여에 동의한 자이었다. 실험군과 대조군으로 각 36명씩을 선정하였는데, 입원 및 참여 포기 등 탈락으로, 연구에 참여한 최종 대상자는 실험군 35명, 대조군 34명이었다. 실험군에는 마음챙김명상 프로그램을 8주 동안 주 1회 90분씩 시행하였으며, 대조군에는 중재를 시행하지 않았다. 생리적 스트레스는 혈압, 맥박, 타액 코티졸로, 심리적 스트레스는 스트레스반응 척도를 사용하여 측정하였다. 그 결과, ‘실험군은 대조군보다 혈압이 감소될 것이다’와 ‘실험군은 대조군보다 맥박이 감소될 것이다’ 및 ‘실험군은 대조군보다 심리적 스트레스가 감소될 것이다’는 가설들은 기각되었으나, ‘실험군은 대조군보다 타액 코티졸 지수가 감소될 것이다’는 가설만이 유일하게 지지되었다. 이에 시설노인의 스트레스 중재 프로그램으로서 마음챙김명상의 추후 연구를 위한 방법론적 쟁점들이 논의되었다.

A Study on the Antioxidant, Whitening and Anti-Inflammatory Activities of Trichosanthis Cucumeroidis Radix Extract

In this study, the physiological activity effect of trichosanthis cucumeroidis radix extract on antioxidant activity, whitening, and anti-inflammatory activity was checked, and the possibility of its use as a functional material was checked. The purpose of this study was to confirm the antioxidant activity through DPPH radical scavenging activity of trichosanthis cucumeroidis radix extract, whitening activity effect through melanin production inhibition ability for melanin cell B16F10 melanoma cell, and anti-inflammatory activity effect through NO production inhibition ability for macrophage RAW 264.7 cell. As a result of the study, the concentration-dependent DPPH radical scavenging activity of the trichosanthis cucumeroidis radix extract was confirmed, and DPPH radical scavenging activity similar to that of the positive control Ascorbic acid was confirmed. It was confirmed that the melanin production inhibitory activity induced by 100 nM 𝛼-MSH and the NO production inhibitory ability induced by LPS 1 ㎍/mL were significantly suppressed. Accordingly, it is considered that the trichosanthis cucumeroidis radix extract may be used as a functional material having antioxidant, whitening, and anti-inflammatory effects.

The purpose of this study is to develop technology valuation system for technology transfer, which is using and supporting knowledge information. The valuation system comprises estimation of latent business profit by supporting formatted patent and technology-products market information, analysis of contribution profit by using industrial standard and innovation step and value of technology by using a real option equation. This study suggests a successful system in order to valuate the technologies quantitatively, and to use and support knowledge information from KISTI databases or other selected internet Information. 본 연구는 지식정보를 활용하고 지원할 수 있는 기술가치평가 시스템의 개발에 관한 것이다. 정형화된 특허정보와 기술에 의한 제품시장정보를 제공함으로써 기술의 잠재사업이익 추정을 지원하며, 산업특성 및 기술혁신단계를 분석하여 기술기여도를 산출하고, 실물옵션법을 이용하여 최종 기술가치를 산출하는 단계로 개발된 기술가치평가 시스템을 소개하였다.
