        산사 Butanol 분획이 PGF2α-유도 혈관평활근수축의 억제에 미치는 신호전달 연구

        The mary mechanism of smooth muscle contraction is phosphorylation of the 20 kDa myosin light chains(LC20) by a myosin light. chain kinase(MLCK). Relaxation, then, is generally the result of dephosphorylation of LC20 by myosin phosphatase(MP). Changes in MP activity is one of the important mechanisms in the regulation of Ca2^+-sensitivity. Inhibition of MP activity is linked to an increase in phosphorylated myosin light chain(MLC) without an increase in [Ca^(2+)]i-levels. It is now generally accepted that Rho-kinase phosphorylates 130 kDa regulatory and myosin binding subunits(M130, MYPT) of MP, which results in an inhibition of MP activity. In addition Rho-kinase can also directly phosphorylate MLC. In the present study, LC20 phosphorylation and MP subunits translocation to the cell membrane were investigated in freshly isolated ferret portal vein smooth muscle single cells treated with PGF2α. We also examined the effect of Y27632(10-5mol/L), Rho-kinase inhibitor, in the MP subunits localization to compare with butanol fraction of Fructus Crataegi in its effect. Butanol fraction of Fructus Crataegi(BFFC; 1 mg/ml) was more effective in PGF2 α induced contraction than those of phenylephrine in its vasodilation effect. It significantly(P<0.05) dephosphorylated the LC20 at time indicated. In addition, the dissociation of subunits are inhibited by BFCF treatment. The results indicate that, in the smooth muscle cells, the relaxation effect of BFFC is associated with increase of MP activity based on inhibition of dissociation of the catalytic and targeting subunits of the phosphatase, and thus decrease the sensitivity of LC20 phosphorylation for Ca^(2+)

        제페토(ZEPETO) 이용자의 라이프스타일 유형에 따른 광고 태도 연구 : 광고효과의 긍정적 · 부정적 인식의 조절영향을 중심으로

        코로나19로 촉발한 비대면 사회에서 메타버스(Metaverse)가 주목받기 시작하면서 개방, 참여, 공유의 특징을 바탕으로 한 적극적인 소통의 매개로 이용률이 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 다양한 브랜드들이 제품 및 서비스를 비롯해 시스템 등의 직 · 간접적인 경험의 기회를 제공하고 있다. 미디어의 다양화는 소비자의 라이프스타일과 인구학적 속성에 따라 구분되는데, 본 연구에서는 라이프스타일의 유형을 가족중심 외향개인형, 내향적 자유주의형, 내향적소비자형으로 구분하고 이들의 라이프스타일에 따라 광고효과 인식의 차이가 유의하다는 것을 검증하였다. 또한 광고 관심도, 광고 이해도, 광고 기억도의 긍정적인 광고효과 인식과 광고 침입성과 광고 회피의 부정적인 광고효과 인식이 광고태도, 브랜드 태도, 구매의도에서 차이가 있음을 확인하였다. 이러한 연구는 라이프스타일 유형에 따른 소비자의 가치관과 구매습관을 파악하고 이들의 소비행동을 분석하여 시장 세분화를 통한 광고 및 마케팅 전략 수립이 가능하다는 점에서 연구의 의의가 있을 것이다. 또한 라이프스타일 유형별 광고효과 차이를 검증함으로써 향후 가상세계 내에서의 광고효과를 향상할 수 있는 방안을 제시한다는 점에서 실무적, 학술적 시사점이 있다. As Metaverse begins to attract attention in a non-face-to-face society triggered by COVID-19, the utilization rate is increasing through active communication based on the characteristics of opening, participation, and sharing. Accordingly, various brands are providing opportunities for direct and indirect experiences such as products and services and systems. The diversification of media is classified according to consumers lifestyles and demographic attributes, and in this study, the types of lifestyles were classified into three types: creation-oriented, self-centered responsibility, and introverted consumers, and it was verified that the difference in perception of advertising effects was significant according to their lifestyles. In addition, it was confirmed that there were differences in advertising attitude, brand attitude, and purchase intention between perceived positive advertising effects of advertisement interest, advertisement understanding, and advertisement memory, and perceived negative advertising effects of advertisement intrusion and advertisement avoidance. Research will be meaningful in that it is possible to establish advertising and marketing strategies through market segmentation by identifying consumer values and purchasing habits according to lifestyle types and analyzing their consumption behavior. In addition, there are practical and academic implications in that it presents a plan to improve advertising effects within the virtual world in the future by verifying the difference in advertising effects by lifestyle type.

        중학생의 적대적 귀인편향이 사이버불링 가해행동에 미치는 영향과 정의민감성의 다중가산조절효과

        Objectives: This study examined the effects of hostile attribution bias and justice sensitivity (victim and perpetrator sensitivity) on cyberbullying perpetration in middle school students and investigated whether justice sensitivity moderated the relationship between hostile attribution bias and cyberbullying perpetration. Methods: The participants comprised 664 middle school students (309 boys and 355 girls) from five middle schools in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. Cyberbullying perpetration, hostile attribution bias, and justice sensitivity were measured using the Bullying/Victimization Questionnaire (BVQ), a hypothetical-situation instrument, and the justice sensitivity inventory for children and adolescents, respectively. The data were analyzed by means of descriptive statistics, a multiple regression analysis, and PROCESS MACRO methods (model 2) by Hayes (2013). Results: Hostile attribution bias and victim sensitivity had a positive influence on cyberbullying perpetration. Victim sensitivity was also found to moderate the relationship between hostile attribution bias and cyberbullying perpetration. Conclusion: Hostile attribution bias and victim sensitivity increased cyberbullying perpetration; the effect of hostile attribution bias on cyberbullying perpetration differed depending on the level of victim sensitivity.

        조선후기의 문헌 『사의당지』에 나타난 고택의 입지 및 공간구성에 관한 고찰

        This study has focused on analysis of the location and spatial composition about a traditional house recorded on the book, 『Saeudangzi』, which was written by Hong, Kyungmo(1774-1851). Saeudang(四宜堂), the Hong’s Seoul mansion[京邸], recorded on 『Saeudangzi(四宜堂志)』, was one of the most typical house of Sadaebo(士大夫: nobleman) in Chosun dynasty and unfortunately it does not exist at this time. It can be just imagined and analyzed through the record.「Saeudnagzi」, one of 『Gwanamjunseo』 which has 32 different writings, has respectively contents such as Wonseo(原書: preface), Dangwoo(堂宇: house), Hyungseung(形勝: landscape), Jomang(眺望: perspective), Hwasuk(花石: flowers and stones), Seohwa(書畵: writings and paintings), and Giwan(器玩: ceramics). In this research, I try to represent visual ground plans and analyze the spatial composition of the mansion based on Dangwoo(堂宇), Hyungseung(形勝), Jomang(眺望), Hwasuk(花石) among these contents. The spatial composition, location, garden landscape and so on of Saeudang are as below. 1. The building was consisted of about 100 rooms, which was sort of a big mansion. At first, it was princess Jungmyung's house bestowed from King Injo and was considered to be the scale of a castle house. After 150 years from that time, it was recorded on the book by Hong, Kyungmo. 2. The surrounding area of Saeudang as the location was a hermitage in a big city and a view point to see various mountains, hills, and stream. 3. The inner quarter of Saeudang had a two-story pavilion and was nearly opposite ‘ㄴ’ -shaped, which was adjoined the beneath of one was opposite ‘ㄱ’ -shapred. The 1st floor used as two servants’ quarters and two warehouses. The 2nd floor was a Ru-meru like a loft. 4. The records about building composition, placement, and the number of rooms in a building were very detail, whereas there are no clues which I can estimate of respectively distances between buildings. The book-Saeudangzi just tell us a garden's scale in the abstract like that garden's width is about twice of length and the garden is as wide as carts can pass the yard of one. 5. There are a Tai Hu-stone, 5 oddly-shaped stone, and 23 species of plants on flower stairs and yards. In addition, many potted plants(bonsai) of small trees, flowers, and stones were also on the stairs, which were consisted 17 bonsais with flowers and 4 bonsais with stones. 6. Flower stairs were respectively located on the back yards of Sooyarkdang and Jungdang. Moreover, the south yard of Saeudang had a flower bed and a pine-stair. According to 「Saeudangzi」, it just recorded a Tai-hu stone was on a yard, so I couldn't figure out where the stone was. 7. The fact that there were 3 stables in the servants’ quarters, which were in front of Saeudang, reveals a number of people often attended some poetry parties in the mansion. Furthermore, a floor at outer servants’ quarters were provided to guests as the rest place. 8. The meaning of Terms, Gye(階), Gye(堦), and Che(砌), are almost same as ‘stairs with stone’. Especially, Gye(階) and Gye(堦) have the exactly same meaning, but chinese character is different between both. The meaning of Che(砌) is also included that lots of stones are deposited in heaps.

        교황청의 신사참배 허용의 최후 과정

        This research aims to understand the question of jinja sampai multilaterally and deeply based on the presentation of the new facts about the cases and circumstances that affected to allow the jinja sampai by the Holy See in the 1930s which the former researches in Korea could have not revealed. In the 1930s, Japanese imperialism reinforced the nationalism and militarism and began to suppress the opposite opinions against the governmental policy. The Japanese Church, in between the trouble of Japan, which could not free from the influence of the communism, and the trouble of the Japanese Church, stands for a position that supports actively the system of emperor which is equivalent to the state Shinto and the maintenance of the kokutai (forms of state). She decided to cooperate with the policy of state-Shinto of the Japanese government to impede the communism that rejects the system of emperor and oppose the Catholic doctrine. The problem-posing on the ceremony in honor of Confucius has come to fore afresh since the 1920s, although it was condemned before by the Holy See. It came to discuss in the bishop’s conference in Manchukuo in which it was decided to understand the ceremony as a civil meaning under the influence of the missionary policy of the Vatican in favor of a local culture and the reduction of the religious meaning of the ceremony in honor of Confucius by the change of chronological significance and the phenomenon of augmentation of cultural significance. The Holy See approves the decision of the conference and while the apostolic delegate in Japan applies the principle adopted in the conference to the question of jinja sampai. The same question comes to the beginning phase for the resolution dramatically. The practical guidelines of Propaganda Fide for jinja sampai, the confidential report of the apostolic delegate in Japan and the bonanza of Propaganda Fide continue to the publication of the instruction of Propaganda Fide. With this instruction, the jinja sampai was allowed to the Catholic faithful and finally, the question of jinja sampai in the Churches of Korea and Japan came to an end. 본고는 기존의 신사참배 관련 국내 연구들이 밝히지 못한 1930년대 교황청의 신사참배 허용에 영향을 준 사건과 배경에 대한 새로운 사실들을 제시함으로써 신사참배 문제를 다각적이고 심층적으로 이해하는 데에 초점을 두었다. 1930년대에 들어선 일제는 국가주의와 군국주의를 강화하면서 국가정책에 반대되는 의견을 억압하기 시작한다. 공산주의 영향에서 벗어날 수 없었던 일제의 고민과 일본 교회의 고민이 겹치면서 일본 교회는 국가 신도와 국체의 유지 등과 동등한 가치를 지니는 천황 제도를 적극적으로 옹호하는 방책을 내세운다. 가톨릭 교리에 반대되고 천황 제도를 배척하는 공산주의를 저지하기 위해 일본 정부의 국가 신도 정책에 협조하기로 한 것이다. 1920년대부터 새롭게 조명받기 시작한 공자 예식에 대한 문제 제기는 과거에 이미 교황청으로부터 금지된 사안임에도 불구하고, 교황청의 지역 문화에 호의적인 선교 정책과 시대적 변화에 따른 공자 예식의 종교적 의미 축소 및 문화적 이해 증대 현상 등의 영향으로 만주국 주교들은 회의를 통해 공자 예식을 시민적인 의미로 인식한다는 결의를 한다. 교황청은 회의 결정사항을 바로 승인하였는데, 주일 교황사절은 창춘 회의에서 사용된 원리를 신사참배 사안에 적용하면서 신사참배 문제는 급속도로 해결의 조짐이 보이기 시작한다. 신사참배에 관한 포교성성의 실질적 지침과 마렐라 주일 교황사절의 비밀 보고서, 그리고 포교성성의 교황청 추기경 회의 보고서(ponenza) 등이 작성되면서 포교성성의 훈령까지 이어진다. 교황청의 훈령으로 공식적으로 가톨릭 신자들의 신사참배가 허용되었고, 이로써 한일 교회의 신사참배 논란은 종지부를 찍는다.
