        재래종 유래 찰옥수수 교잡종의 주요 농업 및 식미 관련 형질에 대한 이면교잡 분석

        본 연구는 국내 수집 재래종 찰옥수수로부터 개발된 얇은 과피를 가진 찰옥수수 원종을 이용하여 원종간 반이면교배조합의 평가를 통해 주요 농업 및 식미 관련 형질에 대한 이면교잡분석을 실시하여 찰옥수수 품종 개발 시 중요한 관심 형질들의 일반 및 특수조합능력을 파악하여 앞으로의 품종개발 과정에서 tester로써 사용할 원종들을 선발할 목적으로 실시되었으며 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 대비품종을 포함하는 모든 14개 공시 교잡종의 2개 지역통합 분산분석 결과 지역과 교잡종간의 상호작용이 유의한 형질은 간장, 착수고, 주당 분얼수, 이삭당 무게, 끝달림 정도, 상품성 그리고 당도로 나타났다. 2. 대비품종을 제외한 반이면교배조합 10개 교잡종만을 가지고 실시한 이면교잡분석에서 일반조합능력과 지역간 상호작용 효과의 유의성이 인정된 형질은 착수고, 주당 분얼수, 이삭당 무게, 이삭 길이, 당도 였으며 특수조합능력과 지역간 상호작용 효과의 유의성은 이삭폭, 상품성 및 당도에서만 인정되었으며 당도는 모든 조합능력에서 지역간 상호작용이 나타났다. 3. 일반조합능력의 추정값은 첫 번째 원종과 네 번째 원종에서 선발에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 형질에서 유의성이 인정된 것이 많았다. 4. 첫 번째 원종은 출사기, ASI, 출사기의 누적적산온도, ASI의 누적적산온도, 이삭폭, 이삭둘레 그리고 당도에서 품종의 특성을 향상시키는 일반조합능력을 장점이 있었으며 포엽감쌈정도에서는 단점으로 작용하였다. 5. 네 번째 원종의 일반조합능력을 살펴보면 이 원종과의 교배조합에서는 출웅기, 출사기, 출웅기의 누적적산온도, 출사기의 누적적산온도, 간장, 착수고, 이삭당 무게, 이삭길이를 향상시킬 것으로 기대되나 질김성은 다소 높게 나타날 것으로 기대된다. 6. 조사 형질 21개 중 19개의 형질에서 일반조합능력 분산이 특수조합능력 분산에 비해 높게 나타났으며 특히 포엽의 감쌈정도는 그 비율이 12.1로 매우 높게 나타났다. 이에 반하여 간장과 주당 분얼수는 특수조합능력 분산이 더 높게 나타났는데 이 중 간장은 그 비가 0.2로 특수조합능력의 분산이 매우 높은 형질로 조사되었다. This study was carried out to select waxy corn inbreds with good general combining ability through a diallel analysis of 10 half diallel crosses among five inbreds developed from Korean maize landraces. Total of 21 agronomic and palatability traits were investigated over two locations in 2016. There was a significant hybrid by location interaction found in plant height, ear height, number of tillers/plant, per ear weight, ear tip filling, ear commercial value and sweetness when four additional check cultivars were included in the analyses. A significant general combining ability by location interaction was found in ear height, number of tillers/plant, per ear weight, ear length and sweetness while ear width, ear commercial value and sweetness were significant for specific combining ability by location interaction. Sweetness was found significant for both interactions. The first and fourth inbred lines had the most number of traits with good estimate of general combining ability. The first inbred is expected to improve days to tasseling, anthesis silking interval, ear width, ear circumference and sweetness while decreasing husk cover in a hybrid combination. The fourth inbred line would improve days to tasseling, days to silking, plant height, ear height, per ear weight and ear length but ears would be a bit tougher than the average. A total of 19 traits had higher variance of general combining ability than that of specific combining ability. Husk cover was 12.1 times higher. Plant height and number of tillers/plant had higher variance of specific combining ability.

      • pH 제어식 미생물 반응조를 이용한 합성가스 발효에 의한 바이오에탄올 생산성 검토

        Clostridium ljungdahlii is a bacterium can transform synthesis gas or mixture of carbon monoxide and hydrogen to ethanol and acetate acid according anaerobic processes. Many researches have been conducted about medium optimum conditions, genes researches and effects of syngas composition and pressure on cell population and ethanol production. Especially it was found that pH is very important for cell growth and ethanol production. This study was to research effect of pH range on cell growth and ethanol production. A series of experiments were conducted under strictly anaerobic conditions with pH at 7.0, 6.0 and 5.4 to 5.9 in a pH-controlling bioreactor. It was observed that ethanol production started from pH reducing and acetate acid appearance. Cell concentration increased fast when pH between 5.6 and 5.9. It was presented that the maximum cell concentration was reached to 0.498g/L in 60 hours when pH to 5.6. The ethanol production was 1.056g/L at the same time. In a typically cell growing process, cell growing occurred in optimum growth pH 5.0 to 7.0, carbon source such as syngas and fructose was transferred to cell, ethanol and acetic acid or other organic acid in this process.

        중국 대학 한국학 교육의 동향과 과제 -북경대학의 한국학 인재 양성을 중심으로-

        Korean language education in Chinese universities began in 1945 and has made remarkable achievements over the past 70 years. As of 2021, as many of 266 Chinese universities are offering degree programs of Korean undergraduate major, making Korean an important field of foreign language education in China. Currently, the strategic objective of Korean language education is shifting from “extensive development driven by scale expansion” to “intensive development of quality improvement”. This paper begins with a brief review of the historical trajectory and current status of Korean language education in China as well as the recent policies about foreign language education issued by the Ministry of Education of China over the past ten years. It then focuses on the case of Peking University to illustrate the effective measures taken by the Department of Korean Language and Culture at PKU to improve the curriculum and educational practices of Korean Studies, before pointing out the direction of further improvement and remaining challenges in order to better foster the future leaders of Korean Studies.

      • 합성가스 발효에 의한 바이오에탄올 및 아세트산의 생산성 검토

        Clostridium ljungdahlii, a microorganism was grown on synthesis gas to produce ethanol and acetic acid. The series of experiments were conducted in two different reactors: gas bubbling reactor and pressurized rotating disk reactor. A growth medium which is based on and improved from ATCC® PETC medium was feed in reactors and initial pH was 7.35. The gas bubbling reactor used micro gas pump circulated and bubbled synthesis gas to increase contact between synthesis gas and liquid growth medium aimed to promote ethanol production. The pressurized rotating disk reactor installed and rotated thin disks to increase the mass transfer of synthesis gas to medium and the initial pressure of synthesis gas was 1.0 bar. The cell concentration reached to 0.035g/L and pH was dropped to 4.44 and 4.63 in babbling reactor and pressurized rotating disk reactor at 24hours, respectively. The ethanol and acetic acid concentration in pressurized rotating disk reactor reached to 0.039g/L and 0.444g/L in 24 hours. No ethanol and acetic acid produced in bubbling reactor at the same time. The maximum ethanol production in bubbling reactor was 0.7g/L in 4 days and in 0.9g/L in 5 days. The pressurized rotating disk reactor has achieved higher and faster ethanol production than gas bubbling reactor.

        중요도-성과 분석을 통한 방문객관점 상업가로 활성화 방안 연구

        Customers opinions on factors for revitalizing commercial streets should be considered to establish local government policy and to guide local merchants efforts. Limited resources should be allocated to factors with high importance while its performance is low from visitors viewpoints. However, the previous policy and research on revitalization of commercial streets have mainly identified factors from merchants viewpoints or objective researchers perspective. This study aims to investigate and interpret the perception and attitude of visitors on importance and performance against revitalization factors. Firstly, factors are theoretically identified by means of literature review and field investigation on Sinsadong Garosu-gil and Samcheongdong-gil. The factors are organised by introducing qualitative analysis of visitors interview results. Main questionnaire survey results are interpreted introducing Importance and Performance Analysis (IPA) in order to clarify priority aspects from the perspective of customers to which urgent efforts should be given. The analysis result shows that comfortable and safe pedestrian is significant among 23 factors given that perceived performance is relatively unsatisfactory regarding its importance.

        雷神崇拜所体现的“天人合一”思想与当代生态文化重建

        Ecological culture of the relationship between human and nature brought into the objective and rational considerations framework coincides with the inevitable requirements of post-modern social science. Based on the case analysis of Chinese about ancient Thor worship phenomenon, this paper with the theory of cultural ecology tried to examine human culture and to seek cultural root of ecology crisis in order to build the new harmonious relation theory to guide the construction of ecological culture. Having absorbed the strong points of “nature and humanity” ideology and the view of reality of “the universe - god - man communion”, the theme opposed to natural centralism and anthropocentrism, on the other hand, it proposed the concept of “harmony between heaven and man” which is about actively integrating ecological holism, ecological development, ecological science and ecology of faith and advocated the human and the nature harmoniously.

        한국과 중국의 웨딩메이크업 이미지 비교분석 연구 -2020년도를 중심으로-

        The wedding culture of the present society in the 21st century is becoming more and more glocalized due to the progress in digital technologies and the resultant information exchange, while it also demands pursuit differentiation as the characteristics of the uniqueness and changes in the forms of weddings. Of these, wedding makeup is now recognized as a critical factor to determine the image of the bride. As a result of the increased information exchange through the media of South Korea, it is assumed that the wedding culture and wedding makeup in China match with the trends in South Korea, and there is a need to examine the current status of this aspect. For this, the researcher intends to analyze the wedding makeup images of South Korea and China, focusing on wedding magazines. For the theoretical study, the researcher reviewed preceding studies and books. And, for the empirical study, the only wedding magazine in South Korea, Wedding 21, and its Chinese counterpart, COSMOBride, were used as the study material. As for the classification of the photo images, five makeup majors were put to analyze the images. As a result, it was shown that the classic images in China had more vivid and splendid makeup. However, apart from this difference, the differences between natural images, romantic images, and elegant images were not significant. As such, the analysis result showing that the features in each image in the wedding magazines of the two countries were the same indicates that China is still under the influence of the Korean Wave as of 2020. It is expected that the findings of this study can be used as the basic data for the trends of wedding makeups and the types of wedding makeup images in South Korea and China.
