Purpose: We aimed to elucidate the relationship between the knowledge, nursing performance, and stress of delirium in cancer hospital nurses. The results might help provide better and appropriate nursing care to patients with delirium. Methods: As a descriptive study, 143 nurses who had worked for over one year at one cancer hospital in S city were included in this study. The data collection period was from February 1 to 15, 2021. Results: It was found that cancer hospital nurses with delirium-related nursing education had a high knowledge of delirium. Cancer hospital nurses who were married and had an educational background above graduate school showed relatively high nursing performance against delirium. Also, cancer hospital nurses had relatively high stress levels. Conclusion: Therefore, an opportunity to develop and participate in a systematic education program is necessary to raise cancer hospital nurses’ knowledge levels of delirium and improve nursing performance for delirium. Furthermore, it is necessary to have a stress management program for delirium for cancer hospital nurses.

생활안전 예방서비스 사용자 프로파일 기반 맞춤형 서비스를 위한 생활안전지수 보정 방안 연구

본 논문은 생활안전지수 보정 방안에 대한 연구를 소개한다. 생활안전지수는 생활안전 예방서비스 시스템에서 제공되는 서비스로써, 개인의 일상생활 안전수준을 종합적으로 평가하여 개개인의 안전상태를 수시로 파악하고, 안전사고를 사전에 예방하기 위해 종합지수 형태로 나타낸다. 이전의 선행 연구에서는 생활안전 예방서비스를 평가하기 위한 평가 기준(항목)을 기반으로 하여 AHP(Analysis Hierarchy Process)와 Likert Scale 기법을 혼용하여 개발되었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 이러한 기존의 생활안전지수를 기반으로, 개인의 특성에 따른 보정 인자를 생활안전지수에 적용하는 방안을 탐구하고자 한다. 기존의 국가 통계를 활용한 보정 인자를 개발하여 개인프로파일에 맞는 개별화된 서비스를 제공하는 방법을 제시한다. 따라서 본 논문은 생활안전지수 개발 및 보정 방법론에 대한 응용을 통해 사용자 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하는 방법에 대하여 제안하고자 한다. This study introduces a study on the adjustment methods of the Life Safety Index. The Life Safety Index is a service provided by the Life Safety Prevention Service System. It comprehensively evaluates individuals’ levels of safety in their daily lives, continually monitors their safety status, and presents a comprehensive index to prevent safety accidents in advance. Previous studies have developed the Life Safety Index using evaluation criteria (items) for assessing life safety prevention services, incorporating both the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) and Likert Scale techniques. In this study, we build upon this existing Life Safety Index and explore methods for applying adjustment factors based on individuals’ characteristics to enhance its accuracy and customization. We develop adjustment factors using existing national statistics to provide personalized services tailored to individual profiles. Therefore, this paper proposes a method for providing customized services by applying adjustment factors to the Life Safety Index, contributing to the development and application of life safety index adjustment methodologies.
