        코로나 전·후 시대 돌봄과 환대의 필요성 연구 : 기독교윤리적 관점에서

        This study analyzes the need for care and hospitality in the post-COVID-19 era from the perspectives of social work and Christian ethics and attempts to move beyond the absence of hospitality through empathy as fear and hostility spread. Individuals who are already marginalized due to preexisting gender, economic, or racial inequalities are disproportionately impacted worse by the COVID-19 pandemic. Furthermore, discrimination and injustice against women have been reinforced since virus prevention programs have encouraged “self-isolation” and “social distancing.” Despite this, people across society are questioning the role that discrimination plays in their everyday lives. The role of hospitality and empathy in escaping and overcoming the widespread prejudice and hatred in our culture in the post-COVID-19 era was specifically studied, as well as the topic of women’s care and work, where structural and gender inequalities are expressed in real ways. As survivors of COVID-19, we propose paying attention to empathy to lead concrete actions for “care” and “hospitality” to overcome hatred and to demand, compel, or encourage government agencies to alleviate the suffering of others manifested in the form of hatred and violence.

        냉면, 만들어진 전통음식문화

        이 연구는 에릭 홉스봄(Eric Hobsbawm)이 제시한 ‘만들어진 전통(The Invention of Tradition)’을 화두로 삼아 근대전환기부터 현재에 이르기 까지 기억 속의 음식문화, 만들어지고 재창조되고 있는 음식문화로서 냉면에 주목하고 그 특성을 살펴보고자 하는 데 있다. 냉면은 특히 근대전환기와 일제강점기 사회변화와 밀접한 관계가 있으며, 그 시대와 분단시대 음식문학 또는 음식문화를 이해하는 데 중요한키워드이다. 당대의 문헌자료를 중심으로 냉면에 대한 담론이 ‘평양’에서 ‘경성’으로 이동하는 것에 주목하면서 이것을 근대전환기 문화의 메타모포시스 현상을 드러내는 것으로 보며 한국의 근대전환기의 특성 가운데 이동성, 혼종성을 설명하고자 하는 시도이다. This study takes ‘The Invention of Tradition’ presented by Eric Hobsbawm as a topic and focuses on naengmyeon as a food culture in memory and a food culture that is being created and recreated from the transition to modern times to the present. The purpose is to examine its characteristics. Naengmyeon is especially closely related to social changes during the transition to modernity and the Japanese colonial period, and is an important keyword in understanding food literature or food culture of that era and the division era. Focusing on the movement of the discourse on Naengmyeon from ‘Pyongyang’ to ‘Gyeongseong’ based on contemporary literary materials, we see this as revealing the metamorphosis phenomenon of culture in the transition period to modernity, and identify mobility and hybridity among the characteristics of Korea’s transition period to modernity. This is an attempt to explain.

        서양선교사를 통해 이식된 기독교윤리사상

        이 연구는 한국기독교윤리학에 대한 선행연구와 한국기독교박물관 소장 기독교윤리관련 문헌들을 서지적 접근을 통해 자료 분류하고, 漢譯西學書와 韓譯西學書속의 西學倫理思想과 서양프로테스탄트선교사의 저술 및 번역서 속의 윤리에 관한 생각들(프로테스탄트 윤리)의 흔적을 찾아보고 이를 통해 우리가 아는 것과 보지 못한 것은 무엇이 있는지를 묻고 답하면서 다양한 연구의 실마리를 제시하는 데 이 연구의 의의가 있다. 동아시아의 지식사회와 서양윤리사상 특히 기독교윤리사상과의 조우를 어떻게 표현할 수 있을까? 이 물음은 꼭 근대전환공간의 시대에 국한되는 것이 아니라, 번역을 통해 자신들의 생각을 전할 수밖에 없었던 16세기 이래 동아시아에 기독교를 전파하러 온 선교사들의 고민이었다. 그들은 교리소개와 교육을 통해 기독교인을 만들어가고 그들의 의식과 생활태도가 바뀌기를 원하고, 직간접인 전달(이식)을 통하여 성과를 만들기도 했다. 이 과정에서 문화 메타모포시스의 양태가 나타난다. 한국기독교박물관 기독교 자료에서 동아시아의 전통사상과 서양기독교윤리학이 조우하고, 기독교윤리의 한국적 수용 흔적을 추적하면서 결이 다른 두 흐름 즉, 서학윤리학과 프로테스탄트의 윤리가 있었고, 그 다른 층위가 서양기독교윤리사상에서 나타나는 현장을 문헌분류를 통해 정리해 보았다. This Study examines Korean Christian ethics through the bibliographical approach to the Korean Christian Museum. The significance of this research is to find traces of thoughts on inner ethics (Protestant ethics), to ask and answer what we know and what we do not see. How can we express the encounter between knowledge society in East Asia and Western ethics, especially Christian ethics? This question was not limited to the era of modern transition space, but was a concern for the missionaries who came to preach Christianity to East Asia since the 16th century, who had to convey their ideas through translation. They wanted to make Christians through the introduction of doctrine and education, to change their consciousness and attitudes, and to make achievements through direct and indirect communication. In this process, the aspects of cultural metamorphosis appear. In the Christian materials of the Korean Christian Museum, there were two different flows: East Korean traditional ethics and Western Christian ethics, and traced the Korean acceptance of Christian ethics. The scenes that emerged from the thought were summarized through document classification.

        송인서의 『칠극보감七克寶鑑』 목차를 통해본 기독교 윤리의 변용 흔적

        이 글은 근대전환공간에서 활동한 송인서의 『칠극보감』에서 기독교윤리의 수용과 변용의 흔적을 살펴보고자 한다. 그래서 주목하고 있는 것은 한국교회공동체의 내러티브이다. 이 연구는 한국근대전환공간에서 문화의 메타모포시스 현상이 잘 드러나는 현장인 기독교인들의 공동체인 교회 속의 내러티브와 윤리에 초점을 두고 한국기독교윤리의 변용과 변형의 흔적을 찾아가는 데 그 목적이 있다. 그래서 주목하는 것은 한국 장로교 최초 7인의 목사 가운데 한 사람인 송인서 목사와 그가 남긴 『칠극보감七克寶鑑』이다. 송인서 목사와 『칠극보감』에 관한 자료들은 빈약하다. 근대전환공간을 살아간 송인서 목사의 삶이 투영된 『칠극보감』은 이것이 단순히 빤또하의 『칠극』의 프로테스탄트 버전의 한글번역번안서인가 아니면 한국 기독교 공동체의 내러티브인가라는 물음을 불러일으킨다. 『칠극보감』은 한국 기독교 초기 내러티브 텍스트로써 기독교공동체의 내러티브 윤리를 담고 있다. 이 글의 의의는 서학윤리의 기본 텍스트인 『칠극』이 장로교회 목사인 송인서에 의해 번역·번안되면서 보인 한국기독교윤리의 변형의 흔적을 내러티브 윤리학로 담고자 한 것에 있다. This article aims to find traces of transformation of Korean Christian ethics, focusing on narrative and ethics in the church, a community of Christians, in which the metamorphosis of culture is well represented in the Korean modern transformation space. What we pay attention to here is Pastor In-seo Song, one of the first seven pastors of the Presbyterian Church in Korea, and the text that he left behind. Chilgeukbobogam projected the life of Pastor Song In-seo, who lived in the modern transition space, raises the question whether this is simply a Korean version of the translation of Pantoja’s Chilgeuk(七克, The Seven Victories) or is one of the narratives of the Korean Christian community. In answering this question, he attempts to establish “Chicheukbogam” as a narrative ethical text and reveals its validity. Thus, this paper traces of transformation of Korean Christian ethics in narrative ethics as the basic text of Seohak(西學) ethics, Chilgeuk, was translated and translated by Song In-seo.

        근대전환기의 기독교 혼인윤리 성립과정고찰 -소안론과 배위량의 논쟁을 중심으로

        This article clarifies the process by which missionaries resolve through debate and debate on the problem of the polygamist, which was one of the challenges faced by Korean missionaries in the early days as Christianity was accepted in Korea during the transition period. Christian family ethics, or marriage. Its purpose is to track the process by which ethics is being implanted and established. Traditionally, in Korean society, monogamy system existed in form, and constriction was openly allowed. In the light of Christian doctrine, the custom of constriction could not be allowed, but the issue of dealing with polygamist also revealed differences in theology among missionaries. In 1895, the Methodist Church organized that polygamist, regardless of gender, could not enter or enroll in the Methodist Church. The Presbyterian Church began in 1894, and in 1897, it was established at the annual meeting of the Korean Mission, attended by Speer of the North Korean Presbyterian Mission. It should be noted here that W. L. Swallen is a moderate position on the self-serving of a member of the church of , and insists on the principle of principle. At the annual meeting in 1897, the position of William M. Baird who insisted on principle rather than the moderate theory of W. L. Swallen was accepted. This stance that a big man cannot become a member of the Church persists after that. The debate on the serious marriage between Swallen and Baird is the basis of the marriage ethics of Christianity in Korea, and it can be evaluated that Korean society has played a certain role in the transition from formal monogamy to practical monogamy.

        근대전환기 기독교계 학교 과학교과서 이해 -평양 숭실대학의 과학교과서를 중심으로

        This study is a basic study of science textbooks translated and developed by William Baird and his wife Annie Baird, founders of Pyong-yang Soongsil among science textbooks directly influenced by the West. Therefore, we reviewed prior studies related to science textbooks in encountering the modern, and presented the characteristics of Christian science textbooks in the process of transition from radical science to science. The characteristics of science textbooks published in Soongsil, Pyong-yang were found in the Christian worldview that embraced the theory of evolution by Charles Darwin, and analyzed with the curriculum of Union Christian College in Pyong-yang. This study is significant in that it traced the influence of Westerners and analyzed the nature of the textbooks in the formation of new science and education through science textbooks in the modern transition period. Through this, it can be said that it provides a clue to study the relationship between Christianity and science in the future through an interdisciplinary approach.

        근대전환기 내한 선교사 저술 속에 나타난 한국인식: 헐버트, 게일, 베어드를 중심으로

        This study looked at the activities of Hulbert, Gail, and Baird among the missionaries in Korea during the modern transition period and the respective Korean style in their writings. Missionaries worked in various fields, contributed to the Korean knowledge experienced there, communicated with the world in the form of writing, distributed Korean studies, and led Korean studies. During the modern transition period, Hulbert left a mark in education and politics, Gale in literature and culture, and Baird in education and document activities. Their common idea of Koreans is expressed as “respect.” The implication of this study is that foreigners who were in the same humanities discourse center as the contemporary era do not only look at the eyes individually, but look at the discourse hall as a cross-section, which can be described as “separately and together.” With this sense, the image of Korea in the modern transition period will be vivid.
