개선된 질문검색 요령 교육 프로그램이 민간경비원 직무성과 및 직무만족도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 오재환(2010)의 후속연구로 개선된 교육 프로그램이 민간경비원의 직무만족 및 직무성과에 미치는 영향을 확인하는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위해 오재환(2010) 연구에서 선정된 서울, 경기 지역에 거주하고 있는 민간경비원 170명을 대상으로 유의 표집하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 15.0를 활용하여 빈도분석, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 설문지의 신뢰도 Cronbach's α 값은 0.800 이상으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 해당 프로그램의 교육훈련 내용이 증가하면 직무만족 및 직무성과가 증가되는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 개선된 교육프로그램의 내용이 METT, 행동촉발질문과 같은 과학적이고 체계적인 기법이 포함되어 있고, 실무교육이 적절하게 구성되어 있어 민간경비원으로 하여금 자신감 있는 근무를 할 수 있게 하고, 시대의 흐름을 적절하게 반영하였으며, 민간경비원의 업무와도 직접적으로 관련성이 높아 업무에 활용될 수 있는 가능성이 높다는 것을 의미한다.

Human beings have been evolved through adaptation and diffusion. This means that they have been controlled and influenced by various environmental factors. Likewise, they will be evolved and evolved as far as they exist as they do now. This study aims to predict what direction this evolution take in future by examining and analysing various environmental factors, especially pollutional factors. Some of the results obtained in this study are summarized as follows: 1. Human beings are always ready to improve their shapes and constructions in order to adapt themselves to any environmental changes such as oxygen decrease, carbon dioxide increase, other atmospheric pollutions, nucleic raditational pollution, noise damage etc. 2. Human beings will continue their spiritual and cultural developments through dimensional expansion which will also continue to be spurred by the constant improvement of transportation systems. 3. Human beings will eventually be evolved into 'immortal beings' who are supposedly similar to the gods that we know at present.

This study is an attempt to discover the correlation between the tritium concentration detected from the rainwater in the Busan area and the air masses over the same area throughout the year of 1980. Each sample of rainwater was collected into one vessel from the beginning to the end of each rainfall. About 300ml of each sample rainwater was distilled, and a fixed quantity of 8 ml from each distilled water was mixed with 10 ml-Bray's mixture in a polyethylene vial. Then the β-ray radioactivity was determined on the basis of the Liquid Scintillation Counting System. Each of the determined radioactivity was in turn converted into TR value so that the synoptic meteorological study on the correlation could be available. Some of the results obtained in this study are summarized as follows: 1. The yearly mean value of the tritium concentration detected from the rain water of the Busan area was (37.86±5.29)TR. The value varied with seasonal change. For example, the value of the winter time was higher than that of the summer time. 2. The spring time saw sower tritium cencentration when the flow of cP air mass was cut off because of the east and west locations of the two Lows with fronts and the moving High being inserted between the two Lows, and saw higher tritium concentration when it was under influence of the continental cold air mass behind the Low system. But compared with other seasons, the spring time saw relatively higher tritium concentration. 3. The summer time saw lower tritium concentration, especially during the rainy season. But when the rainfall was caused by the Subtropical Convergence Zone it saw relatively higher concentration. This proved to be unique to the Korean Peninsula. 4. In autumn higher tritium concentration was detected when the strong trough was developed in the 500 mb upper weather map and the southward flow of the continental air mass was peculiar behind it, while lower concentration was detected when the southward flow of the continental air mass was stopped by the westward wind. Compared with other seasons the autumn saw higher concentration. 5. When the Typhoon approaching, comparatively higher tritium concentration was detected, but comparatively lower concentration was detected when the upper air flow was located in the zonal direction and the trough was weak. 6. In winter we could find very high tritium concentration in seasonal variation, but relatively lower concentration was detected when the npper air flow cut down the cold flow injection of tie 쳬 air mass. 7. The analysis of cloud pictures from GMS was very informative to this study. We found that higher tritium concentration was detected when the cloud top height was high and the main cloud was thick cirriform cloud or active convective cloud, while lower concentration was detected when the cloud top height was low and the main cloud type was thin cirriform cloud or middle level cloud. Especially the cloud top height showed without exception very strong correlativity with tritium concentration in rain water. On the basis of the above results, we may estimate that tritium concentration in rain water has strong correlativity with the characteristics of air mass and this could be justified by means of the synoptic meteorological method. In addition, the author thints that tritium measurement in rainwater is encouraged to be widely conducted since it will offer various practical values.
