Fifty-six cases of bronchogram were analysed suspected broncho-pulmonary pathology on conventional chest November 1968 through July 1969 at Kyungpook National University Hospital. We reviewed the contrast media using for bronchography, methods, techniques, indications and containdications for bronchography. We discussed differentiations between brochiectasis and acute and chronic bronchitis on bronchogram.

A more accurate method of feature point extraction and matching for three-dimensional reconstruction using low-resolution images of crops is proposed herein. This method is important in basic computer vision. In addition to three-dimensional reconstruction from exact matching, map-making and camera location information such as simultaneous localization and mapping can be calculated. The results of this study suggest applicable methods for low-resolution images that produce accurate results. This is expected to contribute to a system that measures crop growth condition.
Reduced Glutathione(GSH)이 단회 및 분할 X선 전신조사를 입은 마우스 뇌조직의 -NPSH에 미치는 영향

In an attempt to clarify the possible radio-protective action of reduced glutathione on the cellular level following total or fractionaged whole body X-irradiation, GSH was injected intraperitoneally to albino mouse prior to the X-irradiation. In the groups where X-irradiation was done, X-ray dose was set to 1,000r, and single dose was divided into 5 times, and 200 r of X-ray was given daily for 5 days. Where GSH was used, the total amount of GSH infected into each mouse was 50mg, and the 50mg of GSh was used either as a single dose or fractionated dose of 10mg daily for 5 days. RESULTS : 1. Levels of NP-SH in the XT group were higher than in the XF group, and the highest value was noted at 30 min. 2. Injection of GSH alone produced the highest value of NP-SH at 30 min., and the recovery to the normal lecels were observed soon thereafter. 3. Levels of NP-SH was found generally to be higher in the GSH+XT group comparing to the GSH+XF group, but no significant difference were noted between two groups. 4. Higher values of NP-SH were observed in the GSH+XT and GSH+XF groups than in the XT or XF groups.

In an attempt to better understand the radioprotective effect of reduced glutathione(GSH), and to observe a possible radioprotective effect of Ginseng extract, whole body X-irradiation of 1,200 r was administered to the mouse either independently or immediately following the injection of GSH or Ginseng extract to the mouse intraperitoneally. The non-protein sulfhydryl (NP-SH) and non-protein disulfide (NP-SS) levels of the liver, and NP-SH level of NP-SH of the blood of the mouse were measured at 30, 60 and 120 minutes, and results were compared with the normal. The results thus obtained are summarized as follows; 1) The normal values of NP-SH and NP-SS of the mouse liver were 5.90±0.46 μ mol/gm wet wt., and 3.02±0.42 μ mol/ml wet wt., respectively, and the normal value of NP-SH of NP-SH of the mouse blood was 3.98±1.29 μ mol/ml 2) The injection of both GSH and Ginseng extract produced the highest values of NP-SH in the liver at 30 minutes, but a gradual decrease to the normal was observed thereafter. When X-irradiation alone was applied, the liver NP-SH value was lower than the normal at 60 minutes post-irradiation and thereafter. When Ginseng extract was injected immediately prior to X-irradiation, the liver NP-SH was lower than the normal throughout the experiment with the lowest value at 60 minutes. However, the combination of GSH and X-irradiation produced higher than the normal values throughout the entire experiment. 3) The liver NP-SS value was most significantly elevated at 30 minutes after the injection of GSH, hut the recovery to the normal was observed thereafter. The injection of Ginseng extract produced slightly higher liver NP-SS values at 30 and 60 minutes, but the value at 120 minutes was similar to the normal. The single application of X-irradiation resulted in the lower then normal liver NP-SS values throughout the entire experiment. When GSH was injected price to X-irradiation, the liver NP-SS values were higher than the normal at 30 and 60 minutes followed b the recovery to the normal at 120 minutes. The combination of Ginseng extract and X-irradiation showed generally lower liver NP-SS values throughout the experiment. 4) The blood NP-SH showed the higher than the normal values in all the experimental groups except when GSH was injected prior to X-irradiation alone produced e significantly elevated blood NP-SS value at 30 minutes post-irradiation.
