고령화 시대로 진입한 한국사회에서 대중문화가 재현하는 노인의 모습과 그 속에 드러나는 젠더 차이는 노인에 대한 대중의 인식과 태도에 중요한 의미를 지닌다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 연구는 연예인 노인 출연자 중심의 리얼리티 쇼들을 대상으로, 젠더 측면에 주목해 노인 재현의 양상과 해독을 텍스트 분석과 수용자 분석을 통해 고찰했다. 분석 결과, 공통적으로 노인 재현은 소수 부정적인 기존 이미지와 대체로 긍정적인 이미지가 공존하고 있었다. 그러나 남성노인들은 ‘여행’을 젊음으로 보는데 비해 여성노인은 일상의 역할들로부터 ‘해방’으로 인식했으며, 남성은 ‘노인 됨’을 사회적 관계의 측면에서, 여성들은 가족관계와 외모의 퇴락 측면에서 파악하는 젠더 차이가 흥미롭게 발견되었다. 전체적으로, 남성노인은 가부장제적인 남성성을 전복하는 이미지 등 다양화된 재현이 이뤄진 반면, 여성노인은 전통적 여성상 및 외모 중심의 재현을 통해 여성에 대한 고정관념이 주로 재생산되고 있었다. 수용자 해독에서는 리얼리티 장르에 대한 관점의 차이와 젠더에 대한 기존 관념이 수용자의 해독에 영향을 미쳤으며, 수용자들에게 내면화된 가부장제적 남녀 차별적인 태도들이 작용하는 것이 발견되었다. This study aims to examine the representations of elders in reality shows focusing on gender disparity by employing a textual analysis and audience interviews. According to findings, as for elderly men, various images are presented while as for elderly women, traditional gender images are mainly reproduced. In the audience reception, the audiences’ understanding of genres and their preexisting gender perceptions have important roles on their interpretations in the ways of producing gender discriminated meanings.

Under the circumstances of that elderly consumers are beginning to represent an increasing share due to aging, it must be the needs of the times to develop products for the aged consumers being a bit easier to understand and learn, more convenient to operate, more pleasant to use. However, since the study to investigate the usability of products, services and life environment for the aged consumers still remains at the initial stage so far, it is making just at the level to examine limited only to the products of seniorfriendly industry or to approach as an issue of safety rather than of the usability. Hence, it needs to link the aged consumers and the usability together more directly for the consideration and to make efforts to present the direction of a new usability through it. As the result of this study, it was able to confirm that the usability, as the concept of how easily the tool can be used when a tool is used for achievement of a certain purpose, is a very useful concept, especially in consideration of the aged consumers in the aspects of that it can reflect the viewpoint of users and consumers comprehensively further from simple safety or firmness. Such usability can be measured through learnability, memorability, efficiency in use, error minimization and subjectively satisfaction, and it needs to apply the characteristic of the aged consumers to each principle. Also it needs to apply the fields being reflected by such concept and principle of the usability not only to the limited fields such as senior-friendly products, assistive products which had been made for the existing usability studies related to the aged consumers but also to the extended range of general common goods. When the concept of usability in consideration of the aged consumers is reflected to common goods, then it will be able to bring the effect being able to be used by the aged consumers as well as it lowers the level of proficiency required to use the products, environment under the condition to maintain or improve the utility provided to general people. For this, it needs to arrange guidelines in consideration of the characteristic of the aged consumers in addition to the concept and principle, application process of the usability. The meaning of this study is that it constructed a model of new usability in consideration of the aged consumers in Korea based on the existing concept and principles related to the usability and standard specifications for the usability related to the aged consumers, which can be referred for the presentation of plans to improve the usability being usable to use products, services and life environment more safely and conveniently for the aged consumers who are fast emerging as the subjective consumers due to aging.
영어의 조기 습득이 한국어-영어 이중언어 구사 어린이들의 한국어 운율 발화에 미치는 영향

본 논문은 제2 외국어(영어)의 경험에 따른 한국어 운율 체계의 습득에 대한 연구이 다. 영어를 조기습득하고 경험이 많은 한국어-영어 이중언어구사 어린이들의 발화가 한국어만 구사하는 어린이들의 발화와 비교했을 때 분절음과 초분절음의 단위에서 보이는 차이를 알아보고자 두 어린이 집단을 대상으로 발화 실험을 실시하였다. 총 20 명으로 구성된 평균 7세의 한국어-영어 이중언어 구사 어린이들(경험 집단)과 그렇지 않은 한국어 구사 어린이들(무경험 집단)에게 첫 자음이 평음, 격음, 경음으로 시작하는 4음절의 한국어 구(phrase)를 발화하게 하였다. 먼저, 분절음 단위에서 경험 집단은 한국어의 평음을 격음, 경음과 구분 짓는 기본주파수(F0)의 차이가 무경험집단의 기본 주파수보다 유의미하게 작았으며, 운율구(Accentual Phrase)에서 차이를 보이는 평음의 운율적 특징(LHLH) 역시 미미했다. 또한 초분절음 단위에서 역시 영어의 강세를 실현하기 위해 사용되는 음향학적 특징들이(음절의 길이와 음의 강도) 한국어 발화에 현저히 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 제2 외국어의 조기 습득이 모국어에 미치는 영향이 분절음뿐만 아닌 운율 단계에서도 나타나며 이는 모국어 발달의 지연으로 이어질 수있음을 보여준다. 그러나 조기 영어 습득을 경험한 아이들의 영어 발화의 발달 정도와두 언어의 운율적 특징들이 양방향으로 미치는 언어 간의 상호영향을 연구하기 위해 서는 이중구사 어린이들의 영어 발화도 함께 비교분석할 필요가 있다. The current study examines Korean prosodic features produced by Korean speaking children varying in the amount of L2 experience. The primary goal is to examine the effect of L2 (English) experience on the production of the L1 (Korean) segments and prosody. Two groups (Experienced vs. Inexperienced) of 10 Korean children have participated in the production study. The four-syllable Accentual Phrases produced by the experienced child groups returned a significant effect of a two-way stop system in English. As for the F0 pattern, the experienced child group’s three-way stop contrast and the AP tonal pattern were produced in a nonnative-like manner. Also, results of syllable duration coupled with intensity showed a rhythmic pattern of a stressed-timed language. The results suggests that an early exposure to the L2 can yield a significant delay in the development of both the segmental and prosodic features of the L1.

유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 개념을 게임과 애니매이션 그리고 메신저에 응용한 3-D Pet Messenger (3PM)을 설계하고 개발하였다. 요즘 검색엔 진과 뉴스 서비스를 주로 제공하던 포털들이 메신저를 기반으로 하는 포털로 변신하고 있다. 3PM은 일상적인 메신저 기반포털(Portal)을 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 개념과 육성 시뮬레이션 게임을 접목시켜서 발전적인 새로운 형태의 메신저를 지향하고 있다. 육성 시뮬레이션 게임에서는 3-D Pet을 양육하는 게임으로서 사용자가 자신의 사이버 애완동물을 다른 사용자에게 보낼 수도 있다. 만일 사용자가 다른 컴퓨터로 이동하면, 그 사이버 애완동물도 그 사용자를 따라가서 필요한 최신의 정보를 제공할 수 있도록 제작되었다. 유비쿼터스 개념에 기반을 둔 메신저와3-D 애완동물을 이용한 육성 시뮬레이션 게임이 통합되도록 시스템이 설계되었고, Visual C++ /MySQL/OpenGL/3Ds Max 등의 도구들을 이용하여 시작품을 제작하였다.
음악교수법연구 : 달크로즈 교수법을 활용한 음악 개념 지도방안

본 연구는 달크로즈의 주요 교수 원리를 문헌 고찰하고 실제 교수 학습 활동에 유리드믹스, 솔페즈, 즉 흥연주를 각 영역별로 적용 가능하기 위해 따라 하기, 메아리모방, 계이름 부르기, 내청, 즉흥 악기 연주 등으로 수업 형태를 분류하였다. 또한 본 연구는 초등학교 2007년 개정 음악과 교육과정 이해 영역에 제시된 여러 가지 음악적 요소(리듬, 가락, 화성, 형식, 빠르기, 셈여림, 음색)을 중심으로 수업에 도입할 수 있는 달크로즈 기반 음악 수업안을 구안하여 제시하였다. 이를 바탕으로 교수˙학습 지도안의 예를 노래하기 활동영역에서 제재곡을 선택하여 한 차시 안에 달크로즈 3대 교수법을 골고루 적용하여 제시하였다. 본 연구는 일선 교육 현장에 즉각적으로 도입 가능한 달크로즈의 다양한 실제 교수 활용 자료를 제공하고, 어린이들이 신체 표현 활동을 통해 음악적 요소의 습득을 강화할 수 있는 효과적인 교수학습 지도 방법을 제안하고자 하였다. This research arranges ``seven musical concepts`` suggested in 2007 revised music curriculum, for children to understand ``basic, seven music concepts`` rightly. For them to facilitate understanding and learning, the ``musical concepts`` teaching plans are contrived; in the plans various teaching-learning activities are described based on ``how to teach children to have an understanding of seven concepts, such as rhythm, melody, harmony, and so on``. Dalcroze methods are applied in each plans, and in each, practical examples on teaching-learning activities such as singing is suggested. In conclusion, through various teaching-learning activities, creative expression of music, and appreciation of basic skills, children may acquire the ability to grasp ``musical concepts`` and they may raise a rich musical emotion. Children may acquire such ability easily through sound and movements while doing various teaching-learning activities in classes, and they may develop the way of expressing music creatively through continuous sensitive responses and self expression. And they may increase the will of learning and so participate class being on intimate terms with music, and, via that, being appreciated the amusement of music naturally.This study is to find ways to reach the curriculum goals and objectives of music education, focusing on teaching-learning musical concept- and figurative elements, and -physical elements that can lead children ``good life``.

Gallstones and alcohol consumption are well-known causes of acute pancreatitis, which usually follows a mild and self-limited course. Although extremely rare, hypercalcemia is a possible cause of acute pancreatitis. There are only few reported cases, all of which were mild and self-limited. Here we report a patient with iatrogenic hypercalcemia-induced necrotizing pancreatitis that progressed to serious adverse events such as biliary obstruction, peripancreatic fluid collection with walled-off necrosis, and acute cholecystitis. The patient was successfully treated with appropriate endoscopic and radiologic interventions, and recovered well. Korean J Pancreas Biliary Tract 2016;21(3):150-155
외래 진료부의 통행 밀도와 병원 내 감염의 관계에 관한 연구

Background : Studies on infection prevention and early clinical response are needed since highly contagious viruses result in enormous economic losses. The purpose of this study is to propose architectural design directions to reduce infections in hospitals by deriving spaces vulnerable to infections on the ground floor through overcrowding simulation and traffic observation. Methods : This study was carried out by reviewing previous research, analyzing drawings, and conducting overcrowding simulations. Based on the characteristics of regional hospitals and outpatients visiting procedures, the spatial compositions were analyzed using drawings. By using an agent-based simulation analysis, the overcrowded spaces were derived upon the space arrangement. By using the traffic density of the hospitals, we identified the traffic density throughout the ground floor and derived the overcrowding spaces. Finally, the relation between simulation outputs and actual results was analyzed. Results : The simulation analysis showed a moderate correlation with the observed public spaces traffic density. The overcrowded space of the agent-based analysis appeared more similar to the actual overcrowded space than the result of the visibility analysis. The results showed that overcrowding space due to user circulation and space arrangement, overcrowded space analyzed from agent-based simulation results, and overcrowded space derived from the actual measurement of traffic density showed a similar pattern. Conclusions : Based on the analysis results derived from patients traffic survey and agent-based simulation, architectural design directions were suggested for reducing the possibility of infection in hospitals.
한국 복지발달사(福祉發達史)에서 위기가설과 그 검증에 관한 연구: 1997년과 2008년 위기를 중심으로

Korean welfare development is different from the stream shown in the Western countries. The reason is that welfare history in Korea is short and the development process is packed, which has been pointed by Korean welfare scientists. Consequently, the theories developed in the Western countries cannot be adapted to Korean welfare development, because the theories have been evolved for accounting for the Western countries' welfare related to the Western society at that time. So when it comes to the explanation of Korean welfare development, a certain theory must be required to explain the Korean welfare situation. This paper aims to find a theory to explain Korean welfare development. Korean welfare development has been coincided with the crises, whether they were originated from domestic and foreign causes. When reviewing Korean welfare history, in the time of crises, Korean government has tried to increase the welfare budget and to develop new welfare policies. This study tries to verify the relationship between welfare development and the impact of the action by the government during the crises time. The details of this study are as discussed below. Based on the preceding researches on the social welfare development, this paper classifies some variables as political, economic, social, administrative factors and analyzes which variables have effect on the social welfare budget as well as effect on the foundation. In addition, this paper tries to show how much the variables have effect from the starting point of the crises to the policy output. As a result, the analysis shows that in the case of 1997 crisis, the social factors and administrative factors positively affected the development of social welfare budget caused by the crisis. However, when it comes to the social welfare foundation, the administrative factors showed negative results. In the case of 2008 crisis, it could be confirmed that the administrative factors have had a positive impact on the development of social welfare budget, but the study showed that the economic factors had the negative effect. This study verifies empirically that Korean social welfare development has been caused by the crises of 1997 and 2008. In detail, when a crisis occurred, the administrative factors played an important role. This effect has been previously ignored or has not been discussed by preceding researches. In the future, this research suggests that when the developing countries encounter a crisis, it could lead to the welfare development. That is, a certain crisis could be a stepping stone to the welfare development
