Primary ovarian transitional cell carcinoma is extremely rare tumor. The histologic subtype was divided from malignant Brenner tumor due to it's own histologic characteristics and chemosensitive nature. Most of recent studies revealed that transitional cell carcinoma has a good response to chemotherapy and long-term survival. Recent histopathologic reports show that transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder and of the ovary are immunophenotypically different. We experienced a case of primary ovarian transitional cell carcinoma, and report this case with a brief review of the concerned literatures.
Organizational Culture and Community-Oriented Social Support Oh Youngkyun

The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between organization culture and organization performance and the moderating effect of community social support. As a result of analysis, we found that organizational culture had a significantly influences on job satisfaction as a dependent variable and community-oriented social support as a parameter in the workplace. When early childhood education institutions receive social support from managers, fellow teachers, and parents such as the director, teachers report increased job satisfaction and become passionate about teaching. This study is significant because it empirically support that job satisfaction increases when social support is based on it, and that expanded social support from the community in various cultures can improve job satisfaction. In particular, this sutdy presents a policy implication in that teachers at daycare centers which can be the core of family policy, because the difficulty of care is the main reason of low birth rate.

Recently, The local self-governing inspection system is magnifying the autonomy and independence of the local government legally from the central government. But the real effect is less than that of out expectation. Serious moral hazard events have been often reported continuously by the press etc. It is the resident who must endure final damage of such results. Actually, the self-inspection organization of the local authority takes charge of the role which prevent occurrence of corruption. But there is a basic limitation where the self-inspection organization of the local government implements its mission because of the problem of independence and expert and relationship with BAI(the board of audit and inspection of korea). Therefore in order to overcome above problems, we suggest the redefinition of the local self governing inspection and modification of the public audit law. Finally building the proper relationship between the local self inspection organization and BAI. Especially improving the capacity of the local self inspection organization is very important. To add, the reform of the public audit law would be necessary in order to promote the performance of audit system of the local government.

Metabolic flux analysis (MFA) has become one of the major tools for understanding physiological states of the cell. However, MFA based on the stoichiometric balances cannot compute the real flux distributions of complex systems, which include parallel pathways, metabolic cycles, and bidirectional reactions. To overcome such drawback, additional constraints are required for MFA. Using 13C tracer technique in combination with direct extracellular flux measurement, we can get information of biochemical network, such as fractional contribution of a pathway to a target metabolite pool. In this work, we have developed MFA tools for the analysis of intracellular fluxes and added a split ratio of diverging pathway to the constraints. As a result, it allows users to construct in silico model considering available labeling information and to obtain more realistic intracellular metabolic fluxes.
